           HAVING
           to
           the
           great
           grief
           of
           Our
           Hearts
           ,
           by
           information
           of
           a
           most
           unhappy
           difference
           fallen
           out
           between
           the
           PARLIAMENT
           and
           some
           Officers
           of
           the
           ARMY
           at
           
             LONDON
             ,

           hath
           occasioned
           the
           displacing
           of
           sundry
           Officers
           :

           also
           the
           interrupting
           of
           the
           Members
           of
           PARLIAMENT
           in

           discharge

           direct

           great

           Weighty
           Affair
           ,

           Liberty

           godly

           Faithfull
           therein

           nearly
           concerned

           Duty
           to
           Declare

           endeavours

           utmost

           begetting

           Reconciliation

           PARLIAMENT

           Officers

           ARMY

           Declare

           shall

           strength
           of
           God
           assert
           and
           maintain
           the
           Freedom
           and
           Priviledge
           of
           the
           present
           PARLIAMENT

           was
           so
           often
           and
           lately
           acknowledged

           Supream
           Authority
           of
           the
           Nations
           ,

           not
           suffer
           the
           Members
           thereof

           be
           illegally
           interrupted

           doing

           Countrey
