Therefore, from the perspective of "curriculum ideological and political", this paper enumerates the ideological and political resources contained in each chapter of the course, with the help of corresponding cases, and discusses the implementation path of ideological and political resources such as "craftsmanship", "campus online loan" and "sustainable development". Introduction President Xi indicated that we should adapt to the situation, advance with the times, and adapt to the situation. We should follow the law of ideological and political work, the law of teaching and educating people, the law of student growth, and constantly improve our working ability and level. To make good use of the main channel of classroom teaching, the ideological and political theory course should adhere to strengthening in the improvement, enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education, and meet the needs and expectations of students' growth and development. Other courses should keep a good channel and cultivate a good responsibility field, so that all kinds of courses and the ideological and political theory course can go hand in hand, forming a synergistic effect [1]. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to combine ideological and political education in professional courses. Engineering Economy is the core course of construction cost specialty. Engineering Economy is a systematic theory and method for economic analysis of engineering technology problems. It is a science that uses Engineering Economy analysis methods to analyze and compare various feasible schemes of engineering technology (projects) under the condition of limited resources, and select and determine the best scheme . Its core task is to make economic decisions on technical schemes of engineering projects. 2. Problems in Traditional Engineering Economy Teaching The teaching object of Engineering Economy is freshmen majoring in engineering cost, with 48 class hours. The course is arranged for the second semester. Nature of the course: Engineering Economy itself is also a course with more calculations and boring contents, while many professional qualification examinations, such as the first class constructor and the first class cost engineer, are an important compulsory course. The student number of the course plays an important role in obtaining relevant professional qualification certificates in the future. Most of the students in the class are liberal arts students. They generally feel that it is difficult to learn, and their enthusiasm for learning is not high. Traditional teaching method of the course: The traditional teaching method of Engineering Economy mainly focuses on teaching basic concepts, deducing corresponding formulas, and then assisting students with simple exercises to understand. However, most exercises are not targeted and cannot be connected with the actual engineering, which leads to low interest of students. In the teaching process, teachers mainly focus on imparting professional knowledge and skills[3]. For the ideological and political part, most people think that it is the responsibility of the ideological and political teachers, and the goal of ideological and political education is not integrated into the teaching. The traditional assessment method is single. At present, the assessment of Engineering Economy is mainly based on the students' attendance in class, their answers to questions, and the final exam. It mainly checks the students' mastery of the theoretical knowledge in the exam outline. It does not consider what kind of life principles students have learned from this course. The assessment method is relatively single. 3. Construction Plan of Ideological and Political Courses of Engineering Economy 3.1. Objectives of ideological and political building Engineering Economy is the core course of engineering cost specialty. Through the construction of this course, students can comprehensively and systematically master the basic principles and knowledge of engineering economics, as well as the economic problems involved in the whole process of engineering construction and common analysis methods, and initially have the ability to apply the basic principles of engineering economics to feasibility research, economic evaluation, project decision-making and strategic decision- making. The ideological and political education goal of this course is to integrate the education of socialist core values into the course teaching, organically integrate the value guidance, knowledge teaching and ability training, promote the all-round education of all staff in the whole process, and enable students to grow healthily. The construction of this course is mainly based on classroom teaching, supplemented by offline communication. In the class, the relevant engineering economic evaluation, 194 comparison and selection, value engineering and other issues involved in economics are mainly explained in the form of PPT explanation and blackboard writing, and the relevant classic events and classic characters are introduced in the form of video or pictures, so as to transfer positive energy and strengthen the ideological and moral education of students [2]. 3.2. Ideological and political elements and integration points of the course There are many teaching contents in this course, but not every chapter can have ideological and political elements. Therefore, the introduction, time value of funds and equivalent calculation, basic elements of engineering economic analysis, comparison and selection of multiple schemes for construction projects, uncertainty and risk analysis, and value engineering are selected as the units of ideological and political integration in the course. In the process of explanation, pictures or videos are mainly used for integration, as follows: 3.2.1. Ideological and political elements integrated into the introduction unit The introduction talks about the relationship between technology and economy. When teaching technology, we can integrate such ideological and political elements as craftsmanship spirit, great country spirit, national self- confidence, cultural self-confidence, and institutional self- confidence. When talking about economy, through watching the "super project" project, talk about how to combine technology and economy in the project, so as to realize the ideological and political elements of "sustainable development". When talking about "solving sunk costs", we can integrate the ideological and political elements of the new era that college students should learn to "grasp the present". 3.2.2. Ideological and political elements of time value of capital and equivalent calculation With the rapid development of society, people's consumption concept is also changing. Advanced consumption and impulsive consumption are not rare, and various lending platforms emerge as the times require. "Campus loan" has attracted many college students' attention because of its low threshold and fast review. Some students began to borrow "campus loans", which caused a series of troubles. There are many such cases either around students or on the Internet. The calculation method of "campus loan" just coincides with the compound interest calculation in the time value of capital.
