Problems and Current Situation 4.1 Lack of Understanding between Teachers and Students Some leading cadres have insufficient understanding of the necessity of deep integration of grassroots party building and business work in higher vocational colleges. They did not form a “chess” thinking, did not organically combine party building work with business work, and did not think enough in terms of overall planning and integrated development.
