TABLE 1: Number of patients tested with tuberculosis loop-mediated isothermal amplification as initial tuberculosis diagnosis test in June 2017 and July 2017 in four diagnostic and treatment centres in Cameroon. However, Xpert® MTB/RIF equipment was placed at the regional laboratories and recommended for tuberculosis diagnosis in specific categories of presumptive tuberculosis cases including: children (0–5 years), people living with HIV, contact patients with multidrug- or rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis, prisoners, refugees, patients previously treated for tuberculosis or those with treatment failures.	cache/ajlm-1792.htm	txt/ajlm-1792.txt
