My engagement with the ritual aspects of Arabic poetry left me perfectly poised to absorb and apply the work that appeared in fields as diverse as the classics, folklore, linguistics and literary theory on rituals of royalty and court ceremony, together with performance and performative (speech act) theory.	cache/alusur-6848.pdf	txt/alusur-6848.txt
