This source of funding, the Provincial Government of West Papua Province, in its implementation, has not run optimally as other provincial governments throughout Indonesia should, with regulations that include West Papua Province having given privileges in authority, funding for development, both the General Allocation Fund (DAU), the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) and PAD to support the APBD, as well as special attention from the Central Government to West Papua.	cache/aijbe-135.pdf	txt/aijbe-135.txt
