Issues such as the condition of the enterprises, the extent to which the available opportunities are being used, the purchasing power of the manufactured products, the created conditions were analyzed in depth, and proposals were prepared for the promotion of transport enterprises by purchasing the products produced in these enterprises. communities of persons with disabilities, disabled people, enterprises, production, jobs, products. Introduction According to the results of the analysis, there are 156 enterprises owned by societies of persons with disabilities in the republic. Today, 1,606 employees, including 1,204 disabled people, work in the above enterprises. Types of activities of societies of persons with disabilities were analyzed. According to it, enterprises can be divided into the following groups depending on the type of activity: 1. Enterprises engaged in one type of activity: a) production; b) service provision; c) production and service. 2. Enterprises engaged in two or more types of activities: a) production; b) production and service. According to the results of analysis and studies, the share of enterprises engaged in production activity is more than 90%. The number of such enterprises is 144 across the country. It is worth noting that 87.5% of this number, i.e. 126, are engaged in tailoring, textile and textile products production, and cotton processing enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to this area when developing measures to improve the health of these enterprises. Examples of such enterprises are "Gozal Yurt Revanaq Educational Production Enterprises" LLC belonging to the Society of the Blind of Uzbekistan in Andijan (produces mattresses, gray and sewing products by processing cotton), "Shofirkon Educational Manufacturing Enterprises" LLC (sewing products) in Shofirkon district of Bukhara region. ), Jizzakh region Sh. "Navqiron Nurshod" subsidiary American Journal of Business Management, Economics and Banking Volume 12 May, 2023 P a g e | 129 www.americanjournal.org (sewing products) belonging to the Society of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan in Rashidov District, "Karmana Educational Production Enterprise" LLC belonging to the Society of the Blind of Uzbekistan in Karmana District of Navoi Region (recycling cotton and producing mattresses, blankets and sewing products), in the city of Namangan "Sherbuloq Textile Educational Production Enterprises" LLC belonging to the Society of the Blind of Uzbekistan (produces mattresses, blankets and sewing products by processing cotton) can be pointed out. It is also worth noting that Namangan and Fergana regions remain the regions with the largest number of enterprises and the areas of activity of enterprises compared to other regions. 14 of the 24 existing enterprises in Namangan region are tailoring, weaving, furniture making, beekeeping, handicrafts, construction and assembly works, poultry farming, general catering, computer services, environmental assessment service, cast iron production, mold bread production, school supplies production (bag, pencil box), operates in the fields of gate production. Also, 26 enterprises in Fergana region are operating in 9 directions - tailoring, weaving, construction and assembly work, folk medicine, health training courses, home economics, handicraft training courses, confectionery, farming. According to the conducted studies and analysis, a total of 237,498.5 million soums are required to improve the financial, economic, technical and technological condition of the 156 associations of persons with disabilities in the republic, to modernize them, to increase the number of jobs for the disabled and to improve their working conditions. As a result, 9,500-11,000 new jobs for the disabled will be created across the country. Along with the measures implemented to improve the financial, economic, technical and technological condition of enterprises owned by societies of persons with disabilities, to modernize them, to identify specific sources of attraction of local and foreign investments, as well as to increase jobs for disabled people and improve their working conditions. at least 50% of the annual textile industry products and goods purchased by transport companies (including blankets, mattresses, pillows, sets of sheets, special clothes for workers, T-shirts, sweaters, socks, underwear, hats, all kinds of furniture, etc.) it is proposed to purchase from enterprises belonging to societies of persons with disabilities in the relevant area.
