Abstract This article is focused to the Uzbek construction materials industry's economic resurgence. The research approach is based on a study of the available literature, economic statistics, and research techniques. The study's findings demonstrate the necessity of taking steps including expanding construction investment, enhancing manufacturing technologies, performing marketing research, and raising employee standards in order to revitalize the building materials business. Introduction The economy of Uzbekistan is largely dependent on the supply of construction materials. They are crucial to the building of houses, infrastructure, and the maintenance of national security. However, the sector has recently encountered issues that might have a detrimental impact on its growth. This is a result of the economy's problems and the political environment's changes. In this regard, it was determined to research the issue of Uzbekistan's construction materials industry's need for economic revival. The industry's top priorities include expanding the use of local raw materials, developing product manufacturing, raising the quality of finished goods, lowering construction costs, and replacing antiquated machinery and equipment with cutting-edge technology. The standardization system in our country is crucial to the advancement of these works' production technology as well as to the industrialization of construction methods and the use of new materials in place of some of the more traditional ones. The Republic of Uzbekistan has created a standard for building supplies. Information on the material's composition, characteristics, size, shape, testing procedures, storage and transportation, and acceptance requirements are included in each standard that has been accepted for use in construction. Following the independence of our nation, the construction sector started to grow. The product's quality has grown, its variety has expanded, new technical approaches have been 173 A journal of the AMERICAN Journal of Engineering, Mechanics and Architecture www. grnjournal.us implemented, and completely automated and mechanized technological systems have been developed and put into use. Construction materials are one of the key industries that make up the republic's national economy. Our ownership of our own raw material base, the high demand for industrial, commercial, and residential projects, and the availability of skilled professionals all contribute to this. Initially, prefabricated steel-concrete constructions were used to construct high-rise buildings, but nowadays, cast concrete is used to construct homes and cottages. Utilizing locally produced building supplies and launching a wall covering and environmental protection product line will lower construction costs. The major goal of this is to increase the future production of building materials and products' quality, durability, and technical and economic efficiency. The following are the primary tasks of scientific and technological progress in the growth of the building materials sector in our republic: - to make sure that the speed of building material production is faster than that of capital construction; - to make materials, goods, and structures more in line with contemporary standards so they may be utilized for a variety of functions (weather protection, weight bearing, etc.); - reducing the weight of building components and structures while preserving their technological capabilities; - guaranteeing the materials' quality, particularly their long-term endurance in the presence of a hazardous environment; - producing useful construction materials from regional raw resources; - seeing that the manufacture of building materials attracts low-energy technologies due to its high energy consumption; - introducing new technologies and using computer technology to manage them for the building business. The information that was analyzed was compiled using data from studies of the current state of businesses that produce building materials, plans for new businesses, project organization scientific reports, candidate and doctoral theses, and plans for the growth of the construction industry. Thousands of businesses that produce building materials are currently in operation in our country, and their manufacturing technology has been modernized to match modern demands. Literature review According to earlier research, the expansion of the nation's economy is intrinsically tied with the development of the construction materials sector. This may then be accomplished through increasing investment in infrastructure and building projects. Conducting marketing research may impact the competitiveness of the building materials business in addition to enhancing production technology and people standards. 174 A journal of the AMERICAN Journal of Engineering, Mechanics and Architecture www. grnjournal.us Methodology Our research's approach is based on an examination of the literature, economic data, and research techniques. It was possible to make conclusions regarding the resurgence of this business after analyzing a variety of sources pertaining to the economics of the Uzbekistan building materials industry. Research results and discussion The findings of our study indicate that a number of precise actions are required to revive the Russian building materials sector. 1. Greater financial support for infrastructure and building projects. To resurrect the building materials sector, Russian authorities must expand their investments in infrastructure and construction. Through tax breaks, subsidies, and other forms of government assistance, this can be accomplished. Additionally, government agencies in charge of infrastructure development and construction need to operate more effectively, and decision- making in this area has to move more quickly. 2. Enhanced manufacturing techniques The majority of businesses in the sector employ outmoded technology, which delays the expansion of productivity and the raising of product quality. Automation of industrial procedures and the introduction of new technologies are required to improve competitiveness. This may be accomplished through making investments in R&D, building cutting-edge R&D facilities, working with international businesses that can give access to cutting-edge technology, and more. 3. Conducting marketing research It's critical to comprehend customer demands and the state of the market as a whole if the building materials sector is to be revived. Businesses may create new goods and services that better satisfy customer needs by doing systematic marketing research. Construction materials may become more competitive on the market as a result of rising demand. Market research may also assist companies in entering new markets and growing their current markets. 4. Increasing the caliber of the workforce One of the most important factors influencing production effectiveness and product quality is the caliber of the workforce in the sector. Wage increases and the hiring of competent individuals who are prepared to operate in contemporary environments are required to improve the quality of the workforce. Additionally, in order to secure a highly trained workforce, firms should support the vocational training and development of their highly talented employees. Conclusion The construction materials sector has to be revitalized if Russia is to advance economically.
