M. F Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Art and Design Teacher of the "Design" department, Independent seeker Abstract: In today's modern urban development, the demand for green areas around the world is extremely strong, we can see in the example of the landscape design for the environment of the new and multi-storey buildings that are being built every step of the way. This article also talks about the problems in the landscape design of the theater buildings in the city of Tashkent. Keywords: modern city, theater, landscape, electronics, design, architecture, ornament, factor. Today, the modern development of cities creates problems related to the development of landscape design of buildings built in open spaces and included in the history of architecture as cultural heritage. At the same time, the beautification of the environment of the theater buildings, which are emphasized as cultural heritage, as well as the design in accordance with the design requirements, is one of the main problems of Dolizarb. But this landscape design, which is used for a new building, is not suitable for other buildings with a history of several years, it may not serve the needs of the population and the area where it is located, and it may also cause some inconveniences. From the point of view of these problems, the Uzbek State Theater of Drama and Comedy named after "Muqimi" is no exception. In addition, it can be said from the point of view that this theater building is located on the road where several serkatnov streets of the city of Tashkent are united, so this problem seems more acute for this theater. Theater areas have always had a special place in the structure of cities. This primarily concerns their urban planning and functional purposes. In addition, these areas have always carried an intellectual and emotional-artistic load. In the conditions of the modern transformation of the city of Tashkent, from the point of view of urban planning and landscape, the problems of improving open urban areas are especially relevant. People's ease of being in a city depends largely on its attractiveness and the availability of several amenities for living and cultural recreation. Today, great importance is attached to finding a solution to these problems and not only to the importance of landscape design in the city center, but also to the theater and its artistic and cultural significance, aesthetic design and the design of their interior space, to further increase their position in the social and cultural life of the population. Historically speaking, with the emergence of the folk theater, the creative search for the appearance of the field in front of it is extremely important. In 1943, architects and decorators D. Khazanov, V. Tikhonov built the building of the Muqimi Theater based on the combination of ancient and modern architectural styles; engineer A. Rabinovich; folk masters YU. Musaev, M. Kasimov, Usta Shirin, SH. Gafurov was built by Usta Mominlar. On the 2 sides of the peshtoki, 9 A journal of the AMERICAN Journal of Engineering, Mechanics and Architecture www. grnjournal.us there is a ganchkori grid. Master Yusufali raised the halls of the hall with ribbed domes, installed arches one above the other between the columns, and decorated the interior with ganch carvings. Usta Momin carved the image of grapes and its leaves on the wall of the auditorium, and a blossoming apricot tree is depicted in the foyer. However, the design of the building based on national traditions could not reveal that the entrance area of the building is not based on a perfect solution. Landscaping techniques in theatrical urban areas had to be classical, that is, in accordance with the style of the building. The problem of reconstruction of this theater space can be solved by active use of terrain, landscaping and landscaping elements. Figure 1. Uzbek Musical Drama and Comedy Theater named after Muqimi If we pay attention to the area where the building is located, it can be seen that there is a space for the formation of landscape design and sufficient use of small architectural elements at its front entrance. However, the entrance to the building is almost pathetic today. In order to make effective use of this space, to form its landscape design, it is first of all necessary to use electronic advertising banners based on modern technologies, but suitable for the design of the facade of the building. Figure 2. Seats with advertising banners. Electronic advertising banners of this type can direct the flow of viewers by presenting the repertoire of the theater team. Currently, such interactive projects and design ideas are widely promoted by designers (Fig. 2). Application of the above project of a small architectural object with both seats and electronic advertising in this theater area will increase the coefficient of effective use of its landscape. 10 A journal of the AMERICAN Journal of Engineering, Mechanics and Architecture www. grnjournal.us At the same time, it is necessary to improve the information navigation system in the area of the landscape theater building, as well as to ensure ecological, architectural and landscape balance. Taking into account the fact that the theater building is located at the intersection of Besyagoch and Furqat streets, as well as the presence of a newly built park near it, it can be said that these streets will be very crowded and people will be active. This in itself indicates the need to provide light in the dark part of the day, along with seats intended for recreation. Taking into account these factors, it can be very beneficial to design small landscape objects. Figure 3. Design of seats with lighting. According to this project (Fig. 3), the seats not only have the feature of relaxation and lighting at the same time, but also have a decorative function. Today's urban environment must provide not only environmental safety and safety of functional life processes, but also visual comfort. A theater building is an architectural structure that is a place of presentation of staged actions. In recent years, architects have paid great attention to the construction of modern theater buildings. The theater embodies literature, music, vocals, choreography and other arts. The theater has different directions, so there is a lot of interest in it. Beautification of the theater area, paving, the use of small architectural forms and design elements (fountains, sculptures and visual advertising communications) allow not only the architectural and spatial arrangement of the area, but also contribute to its correct technical solution in terms of sanitation and hygiene. In short, green areas should be subordinated to the general architectural composition of theater areas. Their role is important and diverse: they decorate the area, help define the main building, and help visually unify the space. The installation of a monument or fountain, especially if it has a large size and complex configuration, should organize the space of the square. The vertical layout should be designed in such a way as to emphasize the leading role of the theater building. To cover the surface of the theater areas, a combined coating is recommended: the decorative coating of the free spaces of the area is combined with the gray asphalt of the road. References: 1. S.
