Keywords: people, higher nervous system, disease symptoms, epilepsy, migraine, etiopathogenesis, epidemiology, clinic, arachnoiditis, arachnoiditis, arachncephalon and deuterencephalon. Introduction Today, the world's population has exceeded 8 billion. In particular, we can see from statistical data that the population of Uzbekistan has increased by 37 million. Therefore, the health of people on a global scale and their healthy lifestyle in society are becoming the most important issues facing all countries. It should be noted that every country of the world tries to create the necessary conditions for its people and future generations. In this regard, the main goal of the fundamental reforms implemented in our country is to raise human dignity and establish a people-friendly state through the further development of a free civil society. Therefore, the year 2022 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the purpose of Decree PF-60 №56 of January 28 "On the Development Strategy of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026", comprehensive measures aimed at implementing the program for the development of the health care system, protection of public health and capacity building of medical personnel in 2022-2023, Also, tasks such as implementation of the strategy of digitization of the healthcare sector for 2022-2026 and elimination of existing environmental problems that harm the population's health and gene pool are defined in the 79th goal. Review of Scientific Literature When studying the activity of the higher nervous system, we must refer to the ancient written sources of our history. In this regard, Hippocrates, Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Zakari ar-Razi, Abu Ali ibn Sina wrote down the clinical signs, manifestations, methods of diagnosis and treatment of various diseases related to the nervous system. Also, a number of foreign medical sciences related to the topic and scientists in our republic conducted their scientific research and practical experiments. The etiopathogenesis, epidemiology, clinic, treatment methods, and rehabilitation problems of pre-stroke and stroke diseases have been fundamentally studied. 6. H.K. Salokhitdinov, I.S. Yodgorov studies were conducted on vascular pathology of the brain, cardiac activity in the pathology of the brain, cerebral arachnoiditis. Therefore, all people, regardless of whether they belong to the male or female gender, each person has a unique higher nervous system, which depends on the formation of each person, that is, the processes of embryo formation. At 2.5 weeks of the fetus, the neural crest appears, and at 3.5 weeks, the clearly visible neural crest quickly closes and becomes a full band. An adrenal gland cyst develops. At the 6th week of pregnancy, the length of the fetus is 12.0 mm, and the primary 3 turns of the neural tube are formed. Nerve tangles are formed. The epiphysis (globular body) is visible. Segmental aggregates of sympathetic nodes are formed, meninges begin to appear. In vertebrates, the nervous system begins to develop from the outer layer of the fetus. This development is accompanied by the formation and intussusception of the medullary tube. The brain is formed from the anterior part of the medullary tube. As a result of uneven development of some parts of the walls of the medullary tube, brain bubbles are formed. In the first stage, 2 bubbles are formed. These are arachncephalon and deuterencephalon. At the next stage, the deuterencephalon is divided into 2 more bubbles. The brain develops from the cranial part of the neural tube. This part of the neural tube is initially divided into 3 bubbles: front brain bubble or front brain - prosencephalon; Urta brain bladder or Urta brain - mesencephalon; hindbrain or rhomboid brain - rhomboencephalon. There are 3 main structures that make up the nervous system (Figure 1). Figure 1. Therefore, it is not an exaggeration to say that the higher nervous system is the most important organ for people to be active in society and conduct social relations. In our opinion, we will be able to see the following factors (Figure 2). Figure 2. Factors affecting the higher nervous system If we focus on the first factor, people are diseases that can be caused by the transfer of hereditary diseases during the development of the mother's fetus, as a result of the marriage of close relatives. In our common language, it is also known as blood-sucking diseases. In this regard, it is worth noting that in the decision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 9, 2017 "On approval of the list of diseases and physical disabilities that hinder the administration of justice", such types of diseases as congenital defects of the development of the nervous system (syringomyelia and syringobulbia) are listed. The second factor - natural climatic conditions are an important factor in the daily activities of every person and leading a full lifestyle. If we interpret it simply, the beauty of the yong shot, the bright light of the rabbit, the smell of the siren flower, etc. Such factors do not affect the higher nervous system of people. For example, if someone close to you (colleague, student, student, spouse or child) gives you warm words and a bunch of flowers early in the morning, it is natural that this person will achieve high productivity in daily service activities as a result of the positive effect on the nervous system of each person. . Or, on the contrary, in the case of the reverse of these situations, the negative impact on your nervous system, for example, in the morning you observed that the weather was clear, but in the afternoon it rained heavily and you did not have an umbrella, we can certainly consider it a factor that affects the higher nervous system of people in natural climate conditions. The third factor - information technologies are rapidly developing in the world today. About 5.19 billion people in the world use mobile phones. This is 2.4 percent more than last year. And 4.54 billion people use the Internet. 3.8 billion of them, or 49% of the world's population, actively use social networks. This year, 3.2 million people in Uzbekistan are actively using social networks. This is 972,000 more than last year by 44%. However, no one can guarantee the accuracy and correctness of all information in social networks and we cannot say that they can be used for all the right purposes. we can consider as the most important factors. The fourth factor is that human beings come into the world not only to be rich, but to be happy. Social environment, society, surrounding people and family play an important role in their happy life. For example, families whose families are peaceful, perfect, and have sufficient monthly income for all their children consider themselves happy. We can see this as a factor that has a positive effect on their higher nervous systems. In our opinion, as a conclusion, we should emphasize that as a result of depression of the higher nervous system, a number of organs are injured at the same time. Therefore, we believe that everyone should take care of their own nervous system as much as possible, look for easy ways to cope with depression, and have as much knowledge and skills as possible.
