Introduction We know that the development of technology is becoming the most reliable, time and money saving tool not only in education, but also in the fields of marketing, medicine, design and construction. In recent years, students and teachers prefer blended education, which combines online and traditional learning, as various smart technologies and programs make the learning process more effective. The new law of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan “ On Education “ adopted on May 19.2020 defines the forms, principles , state education standards and requirements of modern education. In article 4 of this law, continuity of education is also listed as one of the main principles in the field of education. So, since education is continuous , how important are modern programs and systems in organizing and monitoring it? It is known that some forms of education: distance education, dual education, inclusive and external education are hard to imagine without smart technologies and innovative programs. Because every person has an equal right to education, a person on the other side of the world can study remotely in any country of his choice, get quality education for people with physical or psychological disabilities, and independent education cannot be carried out without technology. Currently, terms such as e-learning, smart government, smart home, smart classroom, smart education and smart city have become commonplace in our language. Now new forms of education management are being used in practice, electronic evaluation systems (Kundalik.com, Hemis, etc.) are used in all types of education (pre-school, school, higher education, post-higher education). . Various lectures and seminars, independent work, laboratory exercises and electronic libraries, attendance books, examinations and assessment of mastery - all these are combined in new programs in education. Furthermore, they provide opportunities to try out new lessons and create different materials. In many advanced countries, the education system is already electronic and modern technologies are used for all purposes. If we take South Korea as an example of such countries, Chung-Ang University in Seoul has e-classes in every discipline, and every new student is also accepted to e-class. With this, they do homeworks and listen to missed lectures. It can be seen that there will be no difficulties and problems in mastering each lesson. According to scientists, a person quickly receives 80% of information by seeing and 15% by hearing. If multi-functional programs are used, the students' attention will be attracted for a long time, and they will receive the knowledge they need in the short term without effort, for this the educator should be media literate and must know how to use programs such as Prezi, Power Point, Canvas, Hot Potato, Slides, Slide Dog, WPS Office, Haiku Deck. Let's get acquainted with important systems and programs in such education: 1. The MOODLE This system is an electronic management system that provides distance learning communication between teachers and students. MOODLE stands for Modular Object- Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment and was founded by Australian teacher Martin Dougiamas. In 2002, it released MOODLE version 1.0 to the public. Currently, this system is used by prestigious universities in distance education, because this system is a free software complex, its portals operate in more than 200 countries, and the number of users has reached 2 million. Let's see some features of MOODLE: 1. Possibility of distance education; 2. Modernity of education, receiving and sending completed assignments online; 3. Completing tests, assignments in training sessions; 4. Use at any time and place; 5. Long-term concentration; 6. Individual education 7. Savings on travel costs, accommodation costs; 8. Large number of users (you can make friends from different countries and compete); 9. Conducting forums and meetings. Duolingo is also an example of the MOODLE system. 2. Duolingo. This is one of the perfect apps for young language learners. In fact, this was released to the public in 2012 and now has over 500 million users. In addition, collecting points in different periods (silver, gold, bronze, copper, sapphire), competing with world-wide friends and repeating new words, friendly competitions and planned topics attract the learners. 3. Hemis. One of the biggest reforms in the education system to get rid of excessive red tape and education planning is the transition to the Hemis system. This system is used in almost all universities in our country. This system facilitates the activity in institutions, and it is possible to use a number of opportunities of a single online platform for teachers and students (resources, assignments, lesson schedules, attendance and monthly mastering, exams, contracts, documents and personal data, correspondence, financial information data). 4. Hot Potato. This program was developed by Stewart Arneil and Martin Holmes between 1997 and 2003, and makes learning easier for students with 10 different activities, including interactive games, crosswords, tests and quizzes. It is handy that the teacher determines the questions, answers, and options for the desired subject. Moreover, Hot Potato includes JClose, JMatch, JQuiz, JCross, JMix and etc. CONCLUSION Keeping up with the times in the rapidly developing educational system, introducing new systems in teaching, using materials prepared through various programs in the lessons will increase the quality of education in a short period of time. In order to accelerate the independent education of students, various educational platforms have been introduced and are being gradually transferred to them.
