It explores the various functions and benefits of integrating psychological support in educational settings to positively impact students' academic, social, and emotional well-being. It also examines challenges and potential solutions to implementing effective psychological services in schools. The results highlight the importance of collaboration between teachers, psychologists and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and inclusive support for students. Introduction The employees of the psychological service rely on the comprehensive and harmonious development of the child and his winters in solving all problems. Practicing psychologists carry out their activities in close contact with the pedagogical team and parents. In its activity, the psychological service works in close contact with medical, defectological and other types of services, as well as with community workers providing assistance in child education. Relations with all specialists are built on the basis of equality and complementarity of opinions. The goal of the psychological service in the general secondary education system is to create favorable conditions that ensure the all-round harmonious development of a person, full-fledged psychological development. LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH METHODOLOGY On August 14, 2018 PQ- In order to ensure the implementation of the decision No. 3907, as well as to further improve the system of psychological and pedagogical support for students in general secondary and secondary special state educational institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers decides: 1. Students of general secondary and secondary special educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as educational institutions) of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education to approve the proposal to organize psychological services in educational institutions in order to improve the system of psychological and pedagogical support. The following should be defined as the main tasks of the psychological service: effective and high-quality organization of psychological service activities in educational institutions, including increasing the efficiency of vocational orientation of students by applying modern information and communication technologies to work; to help students to choose the right profession based on their abilities, skills, interests and professional inclinations; to psychologically monitor the personal, mental and social development of students at different ages, to identify psychological defects in education, to prevent any negative deviations that may occur in their mental development; correction of situations where students cannot adapt to the social environment of the educational institution, organization and implementation of measures for their social rehabilitation; creation and support of a healthy psychological environment in pedagogical teams, correction of emotional states, interpersonal relations and conflicting behavior of team members, improvement of their psychological culture; to identify gifted and talented students, to study their individual-psychological, physiological characteristics and interests, to create conditions for them to demonstrate and develop their abilities; carrying out activities aimed at preventing the danger of informational and psychological attacks, the negative impact of the Internet global information network, the penetration of "mass culture" that threatens the education of young people; to help increase the psychological-pedagogical knowledge of pedagogues, students and parents, to ensure effective cooperation of pedagogues, parents and public organizations.1 DISCUSSION AND RESULTS The object of research and influence in the psychological service is preschool children, pupils, students, parents, they can be researched individually or in groups. Psychodiagnostic works psychological diagnostics — This set of diagnostic works is aimed at the psychological and pedagogical study of students during their education at school, and is intended to determine their individual characteristics, the cause of defects in their education and upbringing. Diagnostic work is carried out in a group or individually (individually). Such activities are reflected in the following: — In order to determine the compliance with certain criteria of youth development, the psychologist conducts psychological examinations of children and students, determines the levels of maturity; — secondary general education and new type (investment) special schools, studying the features of adapting their students to this environment. The elimination of this problem, first of all, depends on the content, nature and level of the student body. All tasks included in the "Regulations" of general education psychological service can be interpreted as tasks aimed at formation in a certain sense. Because, in the process of psychological service, the range of activities that can be carried out in the process of activity is regularly carried out to help each student to realize himself, to use himself effectively, to develop his individuality. . All of these are characterized as methodological tools aimed at the moment. In accordance with this, today's practicing school psychologists can be interpreted as tasks aimed at each student's self-awareness, effective use of himself, and formation in his work.
