This article describes the causes of pedagogical conflictology, the author's ways of prevention. Introduction Pedagogical conflictology is a science dealing with the study, analysis of conflicts that arise in the learning process, and the search for ways to resolve them. This science occupies an important place in pedagogical activity, since conflicts between teacher and student, student and pupil, or teacher and parents can negatively affect the quality of education. Pedagogical conflictology helps teachers develop effective management and conflict resolution skills, which improves the quality of the educational process. By constructively resolving conflicts, the relationship between teacher and student improves, and a positive atmosphere is created in the learning environment. The main problems of the science of pedagogical conflictology: 1. Conflict identification and analysis: This science helps to identify conflicts that may arise in the learning process and understand their causes. 2. Conflict prevention: Conflictology develops various methods and techniques for conflict prevention. These methods help teachers anticipate and overcome conflicts. 3.Conflict management: conflict management and the search for effective ways to resolve them is one of the most important areas of science. In this process, the psychological characteristics of the teacher and students are taken into account. 4.Effective communication styles: Conflictology studies effective communication styles that help resolve conflicts constructively. Effective communication is the main means of overcoming misunderstandings between teacher and student. The reasons for the origin of these conflicts can be due to various factors. Below are the main causes of pedagogical conflicts: Causes of the origin of pedagogical conflicts: 1.Communicative problems: Vague or incomprehensible instructions. Miscommunication or misunderstandings between teacher and student. Language barriers or lack of communication skills. 2. Personal characteristics and temperamental differences: Character or temperamental differences between teacher and student. Personal conflicts or conflict between students. 3. Assessment and discipline issues: Dishonesty or subjectivity in the assessment. Misapplication or rigidity of disciplinary measures. The injustice of the teacher in the assessment or the dissatisfaction of students in this regard. 4. Educational methods and approaches: Dissatisfaction with the educational methods and approaches of the teacher. Incompatibility or difficulties of students with educational methods. 5. Social and cultural factors: Cultural, religious or social differences. Conflicts that arise due to the different national or ethnic backgrounds of the students. 6. Influence of family and environment: Family problems of students or difficulties that arise at home. Miscommunication or misunderstandings between parents and teachers. 7. Psychological factors: Psychological factors such as Stress, anxiety or depression. The mental state of students and their impact on their ability to assimilate. The reasons for the origin of pedagogical conflicts are multifaceted, and in order to understand and prevent them, teachers and parents need to work together. Prevention of pedagogical conflicts is a very important and delicate process. Below are several recommendations regarding the Prevention of pedagogical conflicts. 1. Effective communication: Clear and understandable instructions: to convey tasks and instructions given to students in a clear and understandable way. These recommendations will help prevent pedagogical conflicts and effectively and positively conduct the educational process.
