Introduction One of the main tasks of the education system in modern society is to develop the creative abilities of the individual, form the ability to think independently, and increase social activity. The reforms being implemented in the field of education in Uzbekistan are aimed, in particular, at strengthening the principles of humanization and democratization of education, social activity, spiritual and moral maturity, and scientific worldview of young people. The concept of humanization of education implies the orientation of the educational process to the individual, taking into account the individual abilities of each person. Democratization, on the other hand, serves to increase the social activity of young people by introducing the principles of openness, free discussion, and participation in educational institutions. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, within the framework of the "New Uzbekistan" development strategy, educational reforms cover not only economic and political, but also spiritual and educational aspects. This approach allows for the formation of young people as active, creative and patriotic individuals. American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 38, March - 2025 168 | P a g e The role of spiritual and educational work carried out in educational institutions in the formation of creative thinking, intellectual abilities, moral qualities and scientific outlook in young people is very important. The following factors are considered important in increasing the social interest of young people: 1. Use of art and cultural means - the spiritual world of young people is enriched through such areas as theater, cinema, literature, music, fine arts. 2. Effective participation of the mass media - dissemination of educational and educational content through the press, television and the Internet. 3. Participation in social projects - strengthening the position of young people in society by involving them in charitable, ecological and socially useful work. It is necessary to develop new paradigms that are being formed in the educational process, to meet the social and cultural needs of modern society. One of the main tasks of the education sector is to educate a young generation that meets today's requirements, has a thorough knowledge of scientific and professional knowledge. This process supports a multicultural educational environment and allows you to achieve the set goals. Spiritual and educational work plays an important role in the implementation of this process, which should be considered as a mechanism of theoretical and practical measures to improve the educational and upbringing processes. The integration of theoretical knowledge and practice ensures the improvement of skills in pupils and students in educational institutions. Within the framework of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-5040 of March 26, 2021, it was established as a priority task to effectively combat actions that negatively affect the minds of young people and are aimed at their ideological dependence, as well as to develop programs of practical measures aimed at raising a strong- willed, selfless, patriotic and independent-minded generation. The work being carried out in this regard serves to strengthen the position of our youth in society. The discipline of sociology plays an important role in the educational process, especially in the organization of spiritual and educational work. Specialists trained in the higher education system often find it difficult to effectively apply their sociological knowledge during their work in secondary schools and vocational schools. However, sociology plays an important role in increasing efficiency in this regard. This is a key factor in appreciating the independence of Uzbekistan, instilling a sense of national pride in listeners, and shaping the bright future of the country. One of the main methods of organizing spiritual and educational work in educational institutions is spiritual propaganda. There are two main ways of this process: the first is through the glorification of human qualities and the example of the lives and activities of highly spiritual individuals. The second is propaganda aimed at condemning and eliminating vices in society. This second method is considered more effective than the first. As a result, it is important to objectively recognize the achievements and critically assess the existing shortcomings. American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 38, March - 2025 169 | P a g e The main goals in the renewal of society are to ensure peace in the country, prosperity of the Motherland, freedom and well-being of the people. Also, the upbringing of a complete person, the development of social cooperation and interethnic and interreligious tolerance play an important role. The time required to instill such creative ideas in a physically and spiritually healthy generation is not limited to one year or ten years of work, but requires a process that continues for generations. Therefore, failure to understand the depth of this process and frivolous propaganda will discredit the great goals pursued. Educational reforms being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of the "New Uzbekistan" development strategy require a complex, systematic approach. According to statistics for 2020-2023, in the republic: • More than 1.2 million students have access to individual educational programs. • Democratic governance mechanisms have been introduced in 78% of educational institutions. • The volume of spiritual and educational work has increased by 2.3 times. In particular, as established in Resolution No. 845 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 15, 2022, "developing the creative potential of young people through the introduction of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process" is considered one of the priority tasks. Pedagogical practice shows that the educational process, organized on the basis of a humanistic approach, has an effective impact not only on increasing the level of knowledge, but also on the spiritual development of the individual. In this regard, the development of a consistent pedagogical strategy at all stages, from preschool education to higher education institutions, is becoming increasingly important. Conclusion: The role of the family environment in raising a healthy generation is very important. For this, first of all, it is necessary to strengthen spiritual propaganda and advocacy in order to change the minds of parents and improve their attitude towards their children. In spiritual propaganda and advocacy, we must correctly and truthfully reflect the life path and legacy of our great ancestors. However, it is important not to be limited only to figures from the past, but also to take an example from our modern heroes and progressive contemporaries. These contemporaries should serve as role models for young people and inspire them to become good people in the future. Through this approach, the younger generation will be inspired not only by historical heritage, but also by progressive ideas and achievements of the present day, encouraging them to develop themselves. This method also serves to strengthen the sense of identity and national pride in young people.
