A person's humanity is determined primarily by his spiritual and moral integrity and purity. At the same time, directing a person to correctness, honesty, purity, patriotism and humanitarianism, goodness and high morality constitute the essence and content of these concepts. The reason why we attach primary importance to these issues today is that only a country is independent, with faith, belief, and moral qualities - strong, moral, deeply rooted in the heart of the sense of national responsibility, morally perfect citizens. and can develop sustainably. This country will further develop and progress only when the great future relies on spiritually mature people. In other words, only spiritually perfect people can create a great future. Therefore, it is an important and urgent issue to raise a spiritually mature person and a healthy generation. In this matter, the First President I.A. Karimov expressed his opinion: "We need to raise a healthy generation and bring it to adulthood. By a healthy person, we mean not only physical health, but a person who has matured in the spirit of Eastern morals and universal ideals" [2]. It can be seen from these thoughts that a person who has imbibed Eastern manners and universal ideas in his mind is a highly spiritual person, that is, a spiritually perfect, perfect person. Spiritual maturity is distinguished by its direct connection with a person's worldview, faith, mentality, norms of behavior, morals. Spiritually perfect people think about the fate and well- being of the people, the fate of the country and its development. They do not want to live in silence and dependence. The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, said: "In today's complex times, raising young people to become physically and spiritually perfect people remains an extremely important task for us"[3]. In fact, the upbringing of a mature generation has gained a high level of importance in the development of Eastern philosophical thought. In our opinion, it would be extremely hypocritical to trivialize the issue of raising a spiritually mature generation or to look at it from behind the scenes, to understand it as some kind of abstract or self-fulfilling situation and to evaluate it in this way. After all, in the words of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov, "Where there is carelessness and indifference, when the most urgent issues are left to selfishness, then spirituality becomes the weakest and weakest point. And on the contrary - where there is vigilance and enthusiasm, high intelligence and thinking, there spirituality becomes a powerful force" [4]. Like all peoples in the world, the peoples of Central Asia are distinguished by their ancient rich cultural heritage, high spirituality, colorful customs and traditions. If we look at our recent past, depriving our people of their spirituality and culture and turning them into people without memory has become the main policy of the colonialists of Tsarism and Bolshevism during the last century and a half. Thanks to our independence, all these things have been put an end to, our spiritual life has been reawakened, our age-old values, the immortal heritage of our great grandfathers, have been revived and they serve to further enrich the spiritual world of our people and compatriots and strengthen our independence. It is known in the many thousand years of experience of our people that in order for the state to develop and prosper in all aspects, the citizens of this state must be spiritually pure, strong-willed, and have full faith. then he should be able to see, create in his heart feelings of deep respect and reverence for the immortal values of his people. National traditions and customs that protect humanity from decline are the product of long-term life experience of our people. As a result of the denial of our values, national-spiritual qualities, which are passed down from generation to generation, some young people will later look at our laws with disdain. Based on this, it can be said that in order to further strengthen the attitude of our youth towards the national- spiritual heritage and values, customs and traditions, the following can be cited as a condition for relying on the basis of spiritual values: - İt is desirable to increase the loyalty of young people to universal values. For example, it is necessary to raise the principles of education in the spirit of universal human values such as promoting respect for each other, freedom, well-being, peace- loving, fight against vandalism, environmental cleanliness and nature protection, and inter-religious tolerance; - İn order to rely on national spirituality, a person must first of all understand his identity. After all, this is the result of a strong need to realize our national identity. Universal values are always fed by national values and serve to form and develop national spirituality. This is a common factor that unites all mankind based on the national idea. Only then will we be able to educate a mentally mature person and a healthy thinking generation in the future. One of the priority tasks of our society is to raise a mature generation. After all, only spiritually perfect people can create a great future. Undoubtedly, the role of the education system in raising a spiritually mature person is incomparable. In today's world, the potential and intellectual power of young people are of decisive importance. Among such eternal treasures inherited from our ancestors are epics such as "Avesta", unique masterpieces of folklore such as "Alpomish", "Ravshan", "Gorogugli", our great grandfathers Khorezmi, Fergani. , Beruni, Farabi, Ibn Sina, Yassavi, Yugnaki, Yusuf Khos Khajib, Kubra, Naqshbandi, Imam Bukhari, Imam Termizi, Burhoniddin Marginani, Amir Temur, Ulugbek, Navoi, Babur, and the scientific heritage of our scholars and in our recent past It is appropriate to mention the artistic and creative activities of our ancestors such as Mahmudhoja Behbudi, Abdurauf Fitrat, Qadiri, Abdulla Avloni, Cholpon, Usman Nasir. Undoubtedly, at the root of our rich moral values mentioned above lies a high spiritual force that can lead a person to goodness, awaken the feelings of goodness in his heart, and encourage a person to realize his own identity and nationality. The issue of spiritual and moral values of our society requires constant study. First of all, in the conditions of the market economy, the needs and demands of the new society for spiritual and moral maturity are increasing. Because the penetration of "mass culture" alien to the mentality of the society from abroad, which includes moral and spiritual vices, has its effect and the transformation of behavioral activities is observed in the society. Secondly, in order to realize the spiritual and moral needs and demands of society, it is necessary to study ethics as a form of social consciousness, the problems of moral activity, moral relations, and moral awareness in a purposeful and consistent manner. Therefore, the issue of being able to awaken high feelings of respect for our moral values in the hearts of every member of our society, whether he is young or old, is one of the main problems facing each of us. To find a solution to this problem, it is appropriate to do the following: First, to create a platform for young people to spend their free time effectively. In addition to the fact that young people spend their free time learning foreign languages, engaging in sports and other activities of interest, special attention should be paid to the formation of spiritual advocacy groups. Only then, teenagers will not be influenced by any external forces. Secondly, he wants to make young people ideological slaves and sacrifice them using their own hands and feet.
