In this case, the National idea serves as a nationwide program. After all, in the era of global changes, it is necessary to instill a national idea in the minds, hearts and inner world of young people on the basis of the programmatic idea “from national revival – towards national rise”, to educate them in the spirit of devotion to the native land, to further form initiative, dedication, moral qualities in them – to become an extremely honorable task. Only then will we achieve in perspective the upbringing of a spiritually harmonious person, a healthy generation. Introduction Today's humanity lives in a historical period that is changing in fast images, showing extremely fast, intense and full of all the complexities that are fundamentally different from the stages of society that we have experienced to this day. Speaking about the main reasons for the globalization process, it should be noted that today the development and prosperity of any country is so closely connected with other regions and territories on a global scale that it is not difficult to realize that the exclusion of any country from this process does not lead to positive results. In this regard, the researcher N.Umarova writes: "globalization is a profession of a gross, complex nature, emphasizing that its influence extends to the information sphere, spiritual life, politics, economics, social spheres, bringing such social phenomena as negative aspects of globalization in these areas as cultural hegemony, Eurocentrism, management of consciousness manipulation[1]. The greatest danger in the present is the continuous ongoing ideological struggle for the possession of the hearts and minds of people. This bitter truth should never be forgotten[2]. Threats disguised as democracy are carried out by various political forces in the international arena with a conscious foresight[3]. Indeed, in the current period, when global changes are gaining momentum in all spheres of social life, the scale of spiritual threats is also expanding rapidly. As a result, the spiritual threats that affect the culture of the nation pose new challenges to humanity. Our opposition to these spiritual and ideological threats, which are coming from the outside, poisoning the minds and inner world of citizens of our country, especially young people, with the ideas of individualism, moral perversion, violence, egocentrism, is today a requirement of the era. Therefore, in such conditions, each nation seeks to ensure the safety of its national values, not to move away from its historical foundations and not fall under the influence of others. It is becoming more important for states to defend their interests in the global information space, while being able to resist various information attacks. In such conditions, the information factor plays a priority role in protecting our national interests. In this sense, it is required to maintain a strong information policy aimed at protecting our national values. Hence, the application of new, modern technologies of information delivery has become one of the pressing issues of the present day. In particular, observing global changes in the information and communication sphere alone, we see that its influence is becoming the main weapon for ideological and cultural hegemony in the world. And the countries with higher information technologies are the driving forces of this process. Especially through mass media communications, biased interpretation of various events, or a little falsification, whipping, makes a certain state oppose the entire world community, including part of the citizens of the same state. Political opposition attempts to raise various mercenary groups, sometimes even extremist and radical religious groups, to the level of political opposition in poorly developed states. Western countries give shelter to the leaders of such groups and use them in mercenary geopolitical games, manipulation of the minds of the inhabitants of a particular country. The negative impact of the era of Global changes on youth national ideas and spirituality is especially manifested in: First of all, the penetration of the Internet, mobile phone, telecommunications and various information publications as a result of the high development of information tools. The “values” offered through these means, in many cases, distance our youth from our national values, in other words, lead to the formation of individs that do not have their own “roots”, to their own historical roots. Secondly, the increasingly widespread distribution of various manifestations of” popular culture " among young people. These are mainly manifested in dressing, interests, leisure activities, the shallowing of tastes, the attitude towards national values. “Popular culture”, expressing in itself the values of the Yot culture, causes vices in our youth such as Western individualism, egocentrism, nihilism, anxiety, seduction and violence, free treatment of national values and social interests. In this case, it is not difficult to notice that the moral and spiritual patterns of behavior common abroad are clouding the minds of our youth through Motion Pictures, fashion and various advertisements. As a result, it is customary among young people to spend time in front of computer games rather than reading books, watching films of various genres that are shallow in content. Therefore, on the basis of his research, a sociological survey was conducted in December 2019 and February-March 2020 with the participation of undergraduate and graduate students of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University, the Karshi engineering and Economics Institute at the Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of the Tashkent region. In total, more than 320 respondents took part in the questionnaire surveys. 300 questionnaires that were found to be valid were sorted for immediate processing. The number of respondents involved from each area is 100, respectively. According to studies conducted among students, it was found that young people actively use social networks through the internet. In this regard, most of them became known as a result of sociological surveys conducted that telegram is considered a member of the social network (fig.1) In the current period, when global changes are gaining momentum in all spheres of social life, the scale of spiritual threats is also expanding rapidly. It seems to us that conflicts associated with global changes are clearly manifested, first of all, in the National idea and spiritual sphere. At the same time, the issue of instilling the basic concepts and principles of our national idea into the consciousness, soul and inner world of our people is also one of the important tasks. In our society, the constant raising of the spiritual and educational level of the population, especially of our young men and girls – is of paramount importance. Therefore, the education of young people in the spirit of loyalty to the native land, the formation of initiative, dedication, moral qualities in them on the basis of the programmatic idea” from National Restoration – towards national ascension " – has become an extremely honorable task[4]. It is also an important task to study and properly treat various phenomena in society by instilling national ideas and spirituality into the youth consciousness, soul and inner world, to preserve national and spiritual values, to teach them to contribute to the development of society. From this point of view, since the future of any state is in the hands of young people, it is necessary to start both with a measure of protection and, first of all, with the absorption of the spirit of nationality into the minds of the younger generation. Only then will we achieve the upbringing of a healthy generation, spiritually harmonious in perspective. After all, this is one of the priority tasks of state policy. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.As Mirziyoyev noted: "We will continue the state policy on youth without any deviations. Not only will we continue, but we will raise this policy as a priority, to the highest level that is in demand today. We mobilize all the forces and opportunities of our state and society in order for our young people to have independent thinking, high intellectual and spiritual potential, to mature and be happy as people who do not empty their peers in any area on a global scale”[5]. if necessary, we are able to inflict a sharp blow against the sovereignty and independence of our country, against any attempts that threaten the peaceful and leisurely life of our people”[6]. who expressed the opinion. As a result of this, it should be noted that the great moral losses caused by humanity, the age-old values of the nation, national thought and way of life, pose a threat to morality, decency, family and community life, a conscious way of living. Taking care of the spiritual consciousness of young people, which is the day of tomorrow of our country, is the sacred duty of each of us, in particular, family, neighborhood and educational institutions, in general, everyone who is interested in the prosperity, development of this country. Only on this basis can young people be brought up as strong-willed, selfless and patriotic people who have their own opinion and are able to stand valiantly against their various spiritual attacks. And their indicator was unfortunately (24.4%) (Figure 3)[7]. % The regular conduct of sociological research like this is an important factor in the formation and development of the National spirituality of young people. From this point of view, the factors that influence the National idea and spirituality are extremely diverse. One of the priorities of our society is to educate a harmonious generation. After all, only spiritually competent people can create a great future. In conclusion, it should be said that in the era of today's global transformations, the promotion of the National idea through modern methods to the soul, mind and inner world of every person, especially young people, is a requirement of the era of the present day, to comprehensively form spiritual, moral, educational qualities in them. After all, the development, spirituality and culture of the nation depend on highly educated us young people. To do this, in today's renewing society, it is necessary not only to move freely, but also to unite on the basis of a single national idea for its development, but also to prioritize the idea of “free - and prosperous motherland to build a free and prosperous life” and “from national revival to national uplift”. Only then will we preserve our youth, and at the same time our people, from any evil forces of globalization and a flood of spiritual threats, which will create in their hearts the basis for further exaltation of feelings of loyalty to the country, love for the motherland.
