In addition, information is provided on the conditions created in the country for the younger generation, the measures taken to implement their business plans, the ongoing reforms to ensure the employment of unemployed youth. Introduction In the current process of globalization, one of the important trends in modern development is the opening of wide opportunities for young people, the main foundations of which are the country, their support, a wider involvement in science and innovation. Because for all centuries the future of the country has been built together with young people. Any investment that the country makes for its youth will be rewarded with its result in the future. Therefore, it is the same fact that youth issues have risen to the level of state policy. Today, the words" New Uzbekistan "and" Third Renaissance " sound harmoniously and in harmony in our lives, causing our people to take bold steps towards their Great Goals. In the conversation of the head of the state with the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "new Uzbekistan", they noted that nowadays, the acquisition of knowledge by representatives of the younger generation, the emergence of talents and potential in the field of science, innovation, literature, art and sports, and the creation of all conditions for their active participation in the socio-political A significant place is occupied by young people with potential both in the management of the state and society, and in the development of business, and in the development of the entire industry as a whole. The reason is that they serve as a new foundation for society. The point of view of the younger layer is of particular importance in the promotion of new initiatives and ideas, in the introduction of modern methods of office work. Currently, special attention is paid by the state to the realization of their dreams, support for advanced initiatives and ideas. Therefore, young people who are recognized as an active layer of society in our country are expressed confidence in the development of the country as a great power and a strategic resource of the state. It is the boys and girls who have received modern knowledge, mastered advanced professions, innovative technologies, foreign languages that are at the forefront of building the era of the "third renaissance" of our country. As we know, our native land witnessed two Renaissance periods several centuries ago. In the early Middle Ages, the first Renaissance was founded by Imam Bukhari, Imam Termizi, Abu Rayhon Beruni and a number of other ancient scientists. In the XIV-XV centuries, in order to make the people's Armon come true, Amir Timur appeared on the world stage and built a second renaissance, the Renaissance of the Timurids. This Renaissance served to ensure the independence of the country, to build a powerful state, to develop the spheres of economics, art and culture, science. The words of the head of our state that "educating Khorezmians, Ferghans, Beruniy, Ibn sino, Mirzo Ulugbek, Navoi in our country is not only our task, but also our sacred duty to history and the future"- also testify that the youth of today are the followers of the two Renaissance periods mentioned above. In the conditions of rapid development of Science and technology, increased competition in the global world, the competitiveness of each state and society in this process will depend on the intellectual development of young people and the full implementation of their talents and abilities. For this reason, these issues always find their place in various trends and strategies aimed at the long-term development of states. A clear example of this is the "action strategy" of the Republic of Uzbekistan in five priority areas of coordination in 2017-2021. At the initiative of our head of State, 5 laws and 55 legislative acts on youth policy were adopted between these years. The law "on state youth policy"adopted in 2016 enshrines the creation of conditions for the social formation of youth, the maturation of their intellectual and creative potential, and their increase to Amla. A number of works were carried out in the implementation of the tasks set by this law. In particular, the Senate of the Oliy Majlis established a committee on youth, culture and sports, a commission on youth issues in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, a "youth parliament" under the chambers of the Oliy Majlis. At the same time, the youth academy was established under the Ministry of innovative development. In 2018, in order to attract small business and private entrepreneurship in our country, to support promising ideas of young entrepreneurs, decree on the state program "youth-our future" was signed by Sh.Mirziyoyev. According to the decree, today, the youth - Future Fund under the Youth Union provides a 7% preferential loan through commercial banks for the implementation of youth business ideas and startup projects. Today, official unemployment among 18-30-year-olds is noted to be around 17 percent. In order to systematically resolve issues in this regard by the decree of the head of State, The Working Group of the Republic is studying the proposals of boys and girls in places "mahallabay". Also, the complexes "youth labor Guzar" began to work, that is, complexes designed to provide employment to young people by allocating a place for rent on preferential terms to business entities for the organization of activities for the provision of retail and consumer services. The increase in the number of universities in order to train competitive personnel with high knowledge and qualifications in our country, the opening of branches of foreign higher education institutions and the achievement of double growth in this regard in the short term is the result of efforts to increase the intellectual potential of young people, to bring them closer to modern knowledge and In the next five years, the quota for admission to higher education was increased 3 times, and this year the opportunity to become a student for 182 thousand young people was created. This indicates that the total coverage has reached 28 percent. In this regard, the fact that state grants have been increased from 21 thousand to 47 thousand, and special grants have been allocated to 2 thousand girls from needy families to enter universities this year is a valid example of attention to ensuring the future of youth. In addition, for the" foundations of the future", the foundation" hope of El-yurt " was created in order to ensure the conduct of educational and scientific research activities in prestigious higher educational institutions. This can lead to the fact that in the future mature educated young people who have received education in the most prestigious universities and research centers of the world and have internships in their innovation centers will have a positive impact on the path of their homeland. In December 2019, in our country, in the election under the slogan "New Uzbekistan- new elections", it became of great importance that 9 deputies were elected from among young people under the age of 30. Our president writes about this: "the well-known politician, Secretary General of the Interparliamentary union Martin Chungong chief when the official delegation visited our country, the man sadly emphasized one idea. That is, although more than half of the population of the planet is made up of people under the age of 30, the share of young deputies around the world does not even reach 2.6%. The high-ranking guest highly appreciated that this figure in Uzbekistan exceeds 6 percent. This is a great recognition, of course."Indeed, this change in our country will motivate young people to work on themselves even more. Today, important strategic processes are being carried out in order to further improve the coverage of youth with science. On October 29, 2020, in the Presidential Decree No. PF-6097 "on approval of the concept of the development of science until 2030", it is envisaged to increase the share of highly qualified scientific personnel in the total number of researchers under the age of 39 by 2025 by 2 times, and by 2030 by 3 times. In particular, the quality efficiency of all work on the development of the creative intellectual potential of our country is lower than the level of demand. Based on the requirements of society and the state, it is necessary to effectively conduct work on the development of the intellectual creative potential of young people in the educational process. Psychologists and coaches should be attached to each student in order to increase his intellectual creative potential based on his personality. It is also possible to eliminate this problem by taking measures to strengthen their spiritual immunity, increase Information Culture. It was attended by about 4 thousand 500 respondents from 14 to 30 years old who live in all regions of the Republic. In addition, 24 focus groups were formed for direct communication. The study was conducted over three years on the basis of modern methodologies. Special attention is also paid to the involvement of leading domestic and foreign experts in the project. A report prepared on the basis of the results of a sociological survey said that 37.8% of women living in some rural areas of cannot use a computer at all. These indicators are both one of the main problems that we need to solve at a time when the times are developing rapidly. For this issue, it will be advisable to develop a state program and introduce free circles aimed at increasing computer literacy in old villages. Also, as a result of this survey, positive opinions were expressed that Uzbekistan will receive a unique demographic dividend after 15-20 years. According to him, by 2048, the number of able-bodied residents in the country is expected to reach a high peak. Naturally, a significant part of them is made up of young people. Now the main task before the state is not to miss the demographic dividend, as well as to make the most of it. In other words, it is necessary for the government to invest in human capital, that is, in a large amount in the quality education and realization of the intellectual potential of young people. This will allow in the future not only to raise the economy, but also to stabilize the social situation - to reduce poverty and potential personnel migration, eliminate unemployment, increase the standard of living of the people. In the history of all times and peoples, youth served as the main foundation. Because young people have qualities that are hungry for justice, courage, honor. Enlightened young people are the pillars on which the country will always rest. Today's young people are able to direct their enthusiasm to different areas. Their enthusiasm, the ability to find solutions to many issues on the basis of innovative ideas, the ability to achieve their goals are always in demand by our society. In conclusion,it can be said that despite the fact that there are several problems with youth in our country, the ground is being created for the comprehensive support of youth in our country and the achievement of youth as a perfect person. The door to the opportunities that are opening up for them is pushing the younger generation to take an active part in the life of the state and society. This is clearly evidenced by the achievements of our youth on an international and Republican level.
