The pedagogue does not remain creative in itself. His ability for creativity is formed over a certain period of time through consistent reading and learning, work on oneself, and he gradually improves and develops. In this article, the improvement of the methodology for the development of creative competence of students in professional-pedagogical activity is mainly considered and opinions are made on the teaching of a foreign language. Introduction The fact that educators operating in the system of Higher Education have the qualities of creativity helps them to create new ideas that are different from the traditional approach to the organization of educational and educational processes, not to think in one mold, not to tolerate originality, initiative, uncertainty. Consequently, the educator with the qualities of creativity focuses on a creative approach to the organization of professional activity, activity in creating ideas that serve to develop new, advanced, educational activities of students, personal qualities, independent study of advanced pedagogical achievements and experiences, as well as having experience of constant, consistent exchange of views on pedagogical achievements with colleagues. The new term requires the present-day teachers to take on new duties and tasks. Modern technology has dramatically altered the way English is traditionally taught. In addition, they were given the chance to significantly increase access to international educational and cognitive sources, enrich the Resource Center with multimedia resources, add applications for personal computers and mobile equipment, and publish educational and artistic literature in English. At the same time, all English teachers started to feel the need to use technologies in order to further revitalize their lessons. The choice of an innovative path of development, the creation and implementation of high technologies, the growing role of knowledge and information in the socio- economic development of the country are in great demand for highly qualified specialists. It requires new forms of integration of Education, Science and production and defines the formation of a new generation of teachers capable of training competitive professionals as one of the priorities. As in any specialist, the foundation is laid in student years and is consistently developed in the organization of professional activities in order for future educators to have creative abilities. In this case, it is important for the educator to orient himself in creative activity and be able to effectively organize this activity. In the organization of creative activity, the educator should pay special attention to solving problem issues, analyzing problem situations, as well as creating products of creativity of a pedagogical nature. Solving problem issues and situations, the pedagogical creative approach to finding a solution to the issue contributes to the development of emotional-volitional qualities in it. The pedagogue confronts him with evidence that contradicts his existing knowledge and life experiences by putting problematic issues in front of him. Thanks to this, working on oneself, one feels a relative need for independent reading and learning. The pedagogical scientific research and implementation of scientific or creative projects further develops the potential for creativity in it. Modern education dictates that teachers and educators who operate in all types of educational institutions should be creative. Creative qualities of educators. Additionally, it considerably improves the effectiveness of the educational system, which in turn helps the language learner grow more accustomed to the Times and work toward improvement. Traditional teaching is slowly being replaced by technology. New presentations and programs that support the teaching of various English dialects in television programs are constantly broadcast nowadays. It should also be highlighted that innovative approaches utilizing cutting-edge technology have been developed in Uzbekistan in order to improve the efficacy of teaching nowadays. For instance, a student learning a foreign language through multimedia had the chance to hone four abilities and learn through engaging resources both visually and vocally. Additionally, by seeing real events, the reader can infer the meaning of some phrases and attempt to comprehend it. As you know, professional experience is reflected as an integral of knowledge, skills and abilities. However, the assimilation of professional-creative skills requires not only the integration of practical skills and competencies, the development of methods and means of effective organization of activities as a specialist, but also awareness of the methodology of professional creativity, the development of creative thinking and the adequate assimilation of personal qualities of a creative nature. The formation of a creative personality can be defined as the development of a person in terms of creative activity and the creation of creative products performed in a mutually appropriate way. The pace and scope of this process depend on biological and social factors, the activity and creative qualities of the individual, as well as the existing conditions, vital and professionally conditioned phenomena. In modern conditions, it is necessary for the educator to have the qualities of creativity. The creativity of a person is manifested in his thinking, communication, histograms, in certain types of activity. And the creativity of the teacher is reflected in his creative (creative) approach to the organization of professional activities organized by him. In recent years, this situation has been expressed by the concept of “pedagogical creativity”. The fact that such creative competences are reflected in the education system increases the level of Foreign Language Teaching. It helps to formulate skills of reading in a foreign language, including English. It is necessary to create a method of networking (these are carried out in accordance with the classifier, qualified descriptions and the state standard of education) for each vocational direction of the vocational college, as well as for those who have perfectly mastered the English language, in order to determine the future needs. Agreement of education and training and their interdependence, ensuring consistency in the training of specialists who have mastered the English language in the system of continuous education, the introduction of effective forms and methods of teaching new additional texts, the methodology of teaching technology and the wide use of other advanced methods of education is a guarantee of positive results. The application of the technology of additional texts in the process of teaching the English language increases the chances of language learning of future specialists due to the areas in which specialists are trained in vocational colleges. In this alternative methods can also be used, that is, through the adoption of alternative methods in the education system of other states, it is expedient to use in different combinations all the above-mentioned approaches to student, student satisfaction, prediction. In conclusion, due to the inability of the educator to have the qualities of creativity, students also have interesting and great ideas, but, however, allow slowness in their expression. Therefore, it is also important for future English teachers to teach in a creative way. Due to this, the methods used in the educational process are determined by the fact that they do not serve to form free, independent thinking skills in students. The tools and strategies recommended by the author come in handy for teachers in the development of creativity in students and develop in students an interest, a desire to study academic subjects.
