Pedagogy is the perfect development of professional skills, personal professional skills, art-level skill, pedagogic skill is a set of specific characteristics of the educator's personality. Communication is key in the classroom: successful teaching is generally considered to require only 50% knowledge to 50% communication skills. As a result, a teacher should be proficient in all four modes of communication – listening, speaking, reading, and writing – and should know how to use this proficiency effectively in a school environment. Being able to do this has been proven to impact the success students achieve in their academic lives, as well as the teacher’s own career success. The teacher's professional competence is improved: the increase in the demand of children; development of information technologies and the increase in demand; change of tutor; results of international experiences and cross-sectional analysis in the field of education. Comprehensive attention to the educational process of preschool children in the preschool education organization and their mental development ensures meaningful and successful learning. In pre-school educational organizations, the use of information technology in increasing the professional competence and professional skills of educators will change the effectiveness of education, but also the result of the educator's work in a positive direction. Pedagogy is a noble but very complicated profession. It is not enough to learn pedagogical theory to be good at it. because in the pedagogical theory, it is emphasized that the general law rules, generalized methodological approach and individual characteristics of children should be taken into account. Pedagogical stages of preschool education are very diverse. There are situations that do not correspond to the pedagogical theory. We can say that education aimed at the development of a child's personality is an approach that takes into account mental, emotional, physical, moral and spiritual aspects, and that it is an exaggeration to say that education aimed at preparing a child in a fast-changing, multi-cultured and independent world. Teachers benefit from good communication skills in three different areas: when communicating with students, with parents, and with colleagues. Communication skills are most vital for interactions with students, because the act of teaching itself requires them. In your role, you are responsible for comprehending and breaking down complex information, conveying this information clearly to your students (both verbally and in written resources), presenting in a manner that sustains their attention, and listening to and resolving their questions or problems.
