Taking this into account, the authors, relying on the opinions of eastern thinkers, put a special emphasis on the cooperation between the educational institution and the family in the article. Some of the reasons that hinder the education of a perfect person and their views on how to solve them were presented. Keywords: perfect person, moral education, traditions, morality, correctness, justice, entrepreneurship, self-restraint, modesty, honesty, educational institution, family. Education of a perfect person has been one of the urgent problems in different times. In the ideology of the Republic of Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to the issue of the perfect person. It's no secret to all of us that changes in society have a great impact on the education, worldview and acceptance of the environment and realities of young people. If you look at it from this point of view, it is no coincidence that after independence, great attention is paid to the important factors in the formation of a perfect person - education and upbringing. The peoples of Central Asia have rich traditions in the field of moral education. Educational issues are expressed in the book "Avesta", ancient inscriptions and other written sources. In addition to these, ethical issues are given a wide place in the pandnoms, training manuals, folk pedagogy, philosophical treatises, and the heritage of scholars, which are widespread among the Uzbek people. In the religion of Islam, which our people have been believing for centuries, special attention is paid to the issue of forming and educating a perfect person. In fact, a perfect person should only do good for the society, refrain from bad things, and stay away from causing suffering to others. It is said in the hadith of Rasulullah (s.a.w.): "None of you will have complete faith until he sees in his brother what he loves." There are examples of morals in hadiths, advice, stories, national customs and traditions that have been formed in the lives of our ancestors over the centuries, many opinions about morality of great scholars, scientists, writers such as Beruni, Farobi, Ahmed Yassavi, Amir Temur, Navoi, Babur, etc. also has important educational value. The transition to market relations brought about changes not only in the economy, but also in people's worldview. Some parents have relegated the role of education and American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 09, Oct., 2022 240 | P a g e science to the second level in the upbringing of children. They began to believe that it was enough to teach them to be economically self-sufficient. As a result, the decline of interest in science among young people, especially schoolchildren of the transition age, is the reason for widespread disrespect for school administration and teachers. However, a number of scholars have emphasized in their works that not only wealth, but also knowledge is important in human education. Abu Rayhan Beruni also believes that the basis of perfection lies in being knowledgeable and emphasizes that the main cause of all evils is ignorance. According to Alloma, morality, correctness, justice, entrepreneurship, self-restraint, modesty, honesty, prudence, as well as fairness and conscientiousness are the most basic qualities that should be reflected in the image of a perfect person. Abu Rayhan Beruni says, "The benefit of knowledge is not to collect gold and silver greedily, but to acquire things necessary for a person through it." It is necessary to convey the opinions of Alloma to parents who prioritize economy over education. We should not forget that morals and knowledge are indispensable factors in the education of a perfect person, and moral views are formed from the first days of a person's life through upbringing in the family. Nowadays, it has become a habit to blame the educational institution or the teachers for the street indecency of the pupils or students of the educational institution. In the comments about the immorality of young people and their unknowing mistakes, which are regularly posted on social networks, citizens blame teachers without hesitation. At this point, we do not reject the cultivation of educational centers along with school education, but in order to be able to listen, accept, and apply the education and teachings given by educators and teachers in this educational institution, primary character traits such as hearing and correct acceptance are formed in the family. we must not forget. The issue of family and child upbringing in the family also plays an important role in the scientific heritage of Abu Ali Ibn Sina. Ibn Sina's work entitled "Tadbiri al-manozil" focuses on the issues of large family and family education. "If in the family - he says, the head of the family is inexperienced and incompetent, he will not be able to educate the family members well, and as a result, bad results can come from this," says the great scholar. So, it is known from the above thoughts of Eastern thinkers that education and training is the way to perfection. Realizing this, every parent who wants their child to become a perfect person should not entrust the issue of his education to the educational institution. Only when the communication and cooperation between the educational institution and the family are established, we can raise perfect citizens- children, who are the foundation of our future.
