It is especially reliable that representatives of our country achieve high results at the Olympic Games, World Championships, Asian Games and championships, as well as international competitions, the prestige and sports potential of Uzbekistan in the world increases, magnificent sports facilities are being built in the regions of our republic in accordance with World Standards, Sports games of "sprouts of Hope", "perfect generation". At the same time, there are important and urgent tasks in all regions of our country to promote and promote the important importance of mass sports in the life of a person and family, the basis of its physical and spiritual health, to protect young people coming to life from harmful habits, to create conditions for them to realize their abilities and talents. In order to further develop physical culture and mass sports in the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to attract all segments of the population, especially young people, to regularly engage in physical education and sports, to increase the efficiency of effective use of the conditions created in this regard in our country: 1. To approve the program for the further development of Physical Culture and mass sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan (next to it is called the program) in accordance with Appendix 1. American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 09, Oct., 2022 249 | P a g e Let the following be defined as the main areas of the program: further improvement of legislation aimed at the development of the system of organization and management of the field of physical education and sports; strengthening the material and technical base of the field of physical education and sports, the construction of modern sports complexes, equipping them with modern sports equipment and equipment, the development of the private sector in this area; scientific and methodological support of institutions of training, retraining and professional development in the field of physical education and sports, and provision of sports schools with highly qualified coaches and medical personnel; students and students of educational institutions, Organization of Health, Physical Education, mass sports among the broad segments of the population, holding complex sports competitions, qualifying talented athletes from among young people and their targeted training; actively using the capabilities of the media, the internet network, promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population, carrying out extensive information and explanatory work on the content of the program and the process of its implementation. 2. To approve in accordance with Appendix 2 the composition of the Republican commission coordinating the implementation of the program for the further development of Physical Culture and mass sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan (next to it is called the Republican commission). Republican commission (A.N.Aripov) assign the following tasks: Coordinate the activities of ministries, departments and local government bodies responsible for the full implementation of all measures provided for in the program; to ensure the establishment of territorial working groups for the implementation of the program in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, Tashkent City, districts and cities within a week; to ensure the development of territorial programs based on this decision and the program by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, Tashkent City, district administrations within two weeks; to ensure the solution of all issues related to the support of proposals and initiatives of the state committee for Physical Culture and sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan for practical assistance to the relevant Republican and regional sports federations (associations) in all sports included in the calendar plan of Sports and mass physical education events within a month; development and approval of the procedure for the selection of talented athletes from among young people within two months, the systematic organization and control of the work of their targeted training. Let the results of the work carried out by the Republican commission be regularly discussed at semi-annual meetings of the government. 3. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the municipalities of Regions, Tashkent City, districts and cities ensure that funds for sending residents, pupils and students to sports competitions, Republican sports events are allocated in accordance with the calculations based on the funds provided for in the calendar plan of Sports and mass physical 5. Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, city halls of Tashkent: take measures to ensure that sports facilities operate continuously throughout the Year, use them efficiently, strengthen their material and technical base, equip sports facilities with alternative energy sources according to the need; types of practical assistance (free use of buildings and structures, provision of funds and sports equipment, etc.) of sponsor organizations attached to sports federations (associations) in the relevant. to ensure that all issues related to support their proposals and initiatives are resolved; strictly observe the implementation on the basis of decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to dispose of land areas (sports facilities of open and closed types) at the disposal of sports educational institutions and complexes. 9. The national news agency of Uzbekistan, the national television and radio company of Uzbekistan, the press and Information Agency of Uzbekistan, the ministry for the development of Information Technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan ensure regular and wide coverage of the content of the program and the events organized within its framework in the media, including the internet.
