Orzukulova Teacher of the Department of Psychology of Fergana State University, Excellent Public Education One of the particularly noteworthy periods in personality development is early adolescence, which includes young people aged 15-18. The significant feature of this period is the improvement and self-expression of the "I". In this period, it is also manifested in the desire of young people to show their independence as a result of obtaining passports and having the opportunity to participate in elections.. It should also be noted that it is during this period that the desire to become known in a certain field is high. Taking into account the above features, it is appropriate to emphasize that the leadership of our country is creating all conditions for young people. As E.G. Goziev pointed out, "The main feature of this period is that work and education are of equal importance. Under the influence of the existing conditions, specific changes, new characteristics and qualities are manifested in the mental and moral growth of an early adolescent. By this period, young people begin to take an active part in solving current tasks in social life. Active participation in social life, changing the nature of education leads to the formation of a scientific worldview, stable faith in young men and women, the emergence of a high human feeling, the strengthening of a creative approach to the acquisition of knowledge, as a result of which independent thinking is formed." Another main feature of early adolescence is the desire to find one's place in life, choosing a profession, choosing a specialty, making a future plan, and taking a serious attitude to the future. differs sharply from other age periods with a romantic attitude to natural phenomena. Young people in early adolescence feel the need to acquire the most valuable qualities, education and skills in a conscious, planned, orderly, consistent and regular manner, along with the desire to show high human feelings. The abilities, skills and talents of the first adolescent develop during the educational process in work. In order to determine how talented he is, it is necessary to pay attention to his intelligence, readiness for a serious test, inclination to work, aspiration, mental readiness, speed of logical thinking, consistency, efficiency. The growth of ability depends on the quality of knowledge, skills, and qualifications, and is included in the process of personal development. Among the specific motives that occur in early adolescence, experts emphasize the following: 1) interest in a subject; 2) desire to benefit the country; 3) develop personal skills; 4) observance of family traditions (inheritance); 5) follow friends and comrades; 6) material supply; Also, there can be other types of motives, for example, a person's American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 09, Oct., 2022 275 | P a g e inclination to a profession, science, goal, aspiration for it, knowledge about the profession, his health, characteristics of the nervous system and temperament, etc. Taking into account the specific aspects of this era, one of the ways to guide and promote professions is the use of instructional tools, i.e., photo booths, book exhibitions, products of creative activities of young artists and naturalists, works of painting and technical circles. In addition, it is possible to arouse interest in certain professions by organizing excursions to museums. As can be seen from the comments made, providing information and advice about the profession is not enough for a conscious choice of profession. Accordingly, strengthening the cognitive activity of early adolescent students, teaching them to acquire independent knowledge creates an opportunity for them to try themselves in a certain activity. It is natural that a number of goals arise during early adolescence when choosing a profession. In it, the initial goal is called the main goal, and it consists of thoughts about whether I can contribute to the national work, what kind of person I will become, what my ideals of life and work should be. The immediate and obvious goal consists of considerations about the field of initial activity, how and where to acquire a specialty, what position the initial work activity will begin after graduation, and prospects for improving labor skills. From a psychological point of view, there are external and internal conditions for achieving a goal. External conditions include all kinds of difficulties, contradictions, conflicts on the way to the goal, the capabilities of this institution or organization, the resistance that can be shown to a specific subject - a young professional, etc. The internal conditions for achieving the goal include a person's abilities, health, mental ability, diligence, willpower qualities necessary for working in the chosen profession, etc. The main purpose of introducing the professional profile of young people in early adolescence includes the following content: a) the main labor tools - the attention, enthusiasm, imagination of the career chooser - should be focused and focused on these tools; b) basic labor operations: to determine what kind of activity is possible with the labor tool and to know in which areas it can be used; c) to be able to correctly imagine the role of operations in the production process; g) trying to find new options for operations; d) basic weapons and tools; hand tools are used by professionals such as plumbers, surgeons, carpenters, archers; j) working conditions: natural environment and conditions, people, etc., surrounding the career chooser. It should not be forgotten that in the period of early adolescence, by embodying high human feelings and national values and traditions, their orientation to the profession leads to positive results, as well as positively affects their place in society. The period of early adolescence is an extremely sensitive period, and psychologists and researchers often repeat that the owners of this period can quickly lose heart from something or, on the contrary, get into it very quickly. The essence of this situation is that most young people have the idea that "if I can't succeed in this field, I will try myself in this direction." Based on the above considerations, guiding early adolescents to choose a profession taking into account their interests, inclinations, needs, talents, abilities, skills and qualifications will prepare a thorough ground for the development of society.
