Basic concepts: pedagogy, spirituality, enlightenment, development, social activity, personality, society, character, temperament, ability, creativity, social attitude The rapid social development over the centuries requires humanity to be spiritually and intellectually mature and socially active. We know that the social worldview and norms of behavior were passed from one generation to another based on the master- disciple relationship. Centuries of historical and cultural development, the social experience of the people, and the transfer of ideas from one generation to the next caused a change in the worldview of young people. Spiritual and educational maturity of a person is the result of socialization of a person in society. After all, educating selfless young people with a high moral and firm life position requires pedagogues to have a high level of spiritual and educational perfection. Accordingly, it can be said that the spiritual maturity of every person living in that society will be raised to a higher level if conditions are created for the organization of spiritual and educational work by all existing institutions in the society. We studied the process of organizing spiritual and educational work in three directions: conceptual, social, and historical directions. For this we: - to draw up a plan of spiritual and educational work with students; - to determine specific directions of activity in the educational process in accordance with the main substantive (based on the topic of the event, targeted orientation of students) components; - to create a diagnostic basis; - to take into account the unique psychological characteristics of students, individual typological characteristics (character, temperament, ability), skill level and formation of the team and approach from a physiological, psychological and didactic point of view; - to clearly define the duration, forms and participants of events; - we should pay special attention to the convenience, viability and accuracy of educational activities. Decree No. PF-4947 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2017 "On the Strategy of Actions in Five Priority Areas of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021" also paid special attention to the higher education system, "the content of personnel training in accordance with important tasks for the socio-economic development of our country" fundamental revision, creation of necessary conditions for the training of highly educated specialists at the level of international standards. When thinking about the conceptual foundations of spirituality, it is possible to give an example that each of the European nations that began to restore the national statehood of the Renaissance and the Middle Ages created its own ideology. At the same time, the ideological doctrines and educational views created on the ground of these national schools became a great contribution to the treasure of human culture.[60] This problem is primarily a research subject of pedagogy, and the following concepts require a conceptual scientific interpretation: - Professional pedagogical education, spiritual and educational activities and their impact on youth education; - The object, subject, means, effective forms and methods of improving the mechanisms of preparation for the organization of spiritual and educational work in the process of professional-pedagogical education; - The scientific-theoretical basis of improving the mechanisms of preparation for the organization of spiritual-educational work in the process of professional-pedagogical education; - Cooperation of family, neighborhood, educational institutions, and other institutions of civil society in improving the mechanisms of preparation for organizing spiritual and educational work in the process of professional-pedagogical education; - Effective content and integrated mechanism of organizing spiritual and educational work in cooperation with students; - Didactic foundations of organizing spiritual and educational work; - Interdisciplinary communication, interaction, etc. in the improvement of the mechanisms of preparation for the organization of spiritual-educational work in the process of professional-pedagogical education. The creative ideas and activities of the entrepreneur Amir Temur made a great contribution to the development of Eastern spiritual ideology. The social roots of spirituality consist of a set of political, economic, and cultural relations typical of the enlightened world, and over the centuries, humanity has been gradually striving towards secularism. Universally recognized principles and features such as the rule of law, political pluralism, interethnic harmony, and interreligious tolerance form the basis of a secular society. Based on this, based on the idea of "enlightenment against ignorance", it is of great pedagogical importance to form the skills of striving for enlightenment and rationality in students and young people, to settle in their hearts the feelings of goodness, harmony, and the desire for harmony. The historical roots of spirituality mean that it is inextricably linked with the human mind and psyche, and therefore its ideological roots go back to religious teachings. That is, we see that in many ideologies, the noble ideas mentioned in divine books such as "Psalms", "Torah", "Bible" and "Quran" have been expressed to a certain extent. In Yusuf Khos Hajib's epic "Kutadgu bilig" ("Knowledge that leads to happiness"), the primary foundation of a person's entire life and activity - the peak of human perfection - is reflected in his views on education and the acquisition of knowledge. Education of thought is considered one of the important criteria of spiritual and educational development, speech culture determines the level of knowledge and spiritual perfection of a person, glorifies a person. [74] In Mahmud Kashgari's work "Devoni lug'atit turk" ("The library of Turkish words") "Learn knowledge, wisdom, do not be arrogant and arrogant in learning, a person who brags about being knowledgeable without learning anything will be ashamed during the exam", "Experience and advice from adults are also important for human spirituality. is considered an important influencing factor" still serves as an important pedagogical resource in the education of young people today. One of the educational and moral works created during the Karakhanid period is the work "Hibat-ul-haqayq" ("The Armour of Truths") by Ahmed Yugnaki, and the main idea of this work is education, with the fact that young people embody the ways, methods, and measures of spiritual maturity. young people are a spiritual resource for educating their moral qualities and qualities. In Sufism, the teachings of Yusuf Hamadoni, Najmiddin Kubro, Khoja Ahmed Yassavi, Abdulhaliq G'ijduvani, Bahovuddin Naqshband are of great importance in the social- political, cultural-spiritual life of the peoples of the East. Amir Temur's teachings provide an opportunity to guarantee freedom of thought, self- confidence, to listen to, hear and express the opinion of others in the process of spiritual and educational education. Everyone should know and clearly imagine the purpose of the country or state in which he lives, the ideas that express it. Only then will these goals take place in his mind and thinking. Or, without simply taking up space, confidence and belief in him gradually emerges. Trust, belief is such that without it, a person cannot see his way, goals and interests. The stronger he is, the more he finds it acceptable to devote himself to such an idea or goal, and he cannot accept cases of retreat from it. Based on the above, it can be said that in the process of professional-pedagogical education, the improvement of the mechanisms of organizing spiritual-educational work is determined by social relations and types of human activities. The more diverse the activities of students, the richer their social relations, the richer and more complex their worldview and interests. It is worth saying that improving the mechanisms of organizing spiritual and educational work in the process of professional-pedagogical education - designing the mutual compatibility of educational goals and the achieved results, as well as identifying the factors that affect them, completely freeing from old ideological complications, and comprehensively able to resist any aggressive ideas It is a pedagogical process that determines the need to raise a mature generation. Well, on the basis of what pedagogical mechanism are these structural aspects of the formation of spiritual and moral qualities in the students-youth, which are the subject of our research? This mechanism is a complex process, and its implementation requires the organization of the educational process based on the advanced innovative ideas advanced in didactics, educational theory, and educational management. Also, active participation of all institutions in the society, i.e. family, educational institutions, relevant ministries and agencies, civil society institutions is also required in this process. In the process of research, the organization of spiritual-educational events in the process of professional-pedagogical education is based on and fed by our rich experiences in building an independent state, national and universal values that are subordinated to a single set of educational goals that respond to various material and spiritual needs. we came to a conclusion. Today, one thing should be noted: that is, we should focus our attention on the spiritual and religious aggressions that are being committed from outside. Because in this regard, it is a pity that efforts are being made to break the faith of young people by various means. At the same time, paying attention to some issues serves to increase the effectiveness of the formation of spiritual and educational culture among young people. - one of the important means of forming the spiritual and educational culture of young people is advertising (visual, television, radio, press). Unfortunately, advertisements, TV and radio commercials, documentaries, and visual aids aimed at forming the spiritual and educational culture of young people in the press and mass media do not meet the demand of the time. Officials of the state and non-governmental organizations should pay special attention to this issue. - special attention should be paid to the preparation and publication of public, artistic, journalistic brochures, booklets, scientific research works, methodical materials and wide promotion among young people dedicated to this problem. - in the formation of the spiritual and educational culture of young people, for this, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of reading. However, today's reading level of young people is not up to the required level. Based on the above, it should be noted that becoming a member of the library, which is considered an important means of forming the educational foundations of improving the spiritual culture of young people, paying special attention to increasing interest in social and humanitarian sciences, should be in the attention of not only teachers, but everyone. Also, in the educational system, special educational courses aimed at instilling the essence and essence of spirituality into the minds of young people, organizing optional trainings, developing a concept for ensuring the well-being of young people and putting it into practice is the demand of the time.
