In recent years, the development of Information Technology and Communications has affected many areas of life. The penetration of digitization in all sectors, the development of the top picture plays a big role in the development of the entire industry, especially for the long-term perspective. Great attention is paid to scientific research, IT technology, startup ideas, and computer literacy in the experience of the countries of the world. Only through the achievements of Science and new technologies can achieve high economic growth. If the world-wide discoveries in the last century were made in many ways based on the human potential, then in today's era science is formed with the help of modern ICT. Today, Uzbekistan, which is ranked among the developing countries, is making great strides in all spheres, and these achievements are underpinned by the rapid development of information technologies and telecommunication systems. Introduction It is known that the development in the field of information and communication technology is associated with discoveries in the fields of Technology, Computing Techniques (Tools and software), electro electronics and ant electronics- microprocessors, semiconductors and fiber-optic cables. These discoveries allow the development and storage of enormous information and the rapid dissemination of them through communication networks. They bring people, their homes and offices together as well as develop and complete a huge number of assignments in a very short time. It radically changes the nature of the use of information and the structure of communication. This in turn provides for the development of information and Communication Technology. At the same time, computer networks allow communication with all points of the Earth's sphere. For the educational system, this will create new opportunities for communication between teachers and students. The novelty and uniqueness of information and communication technologies from the point of view of human development is that they penetrate into almost all spheres of human activity and can be used for an unlimited number of purposes.
