Keywords: music, artistic, aesthetic taste, national tradition, thinking, knowledge, skills, potential. I. INTRODUCTION The process of development of artistic and aesthetic knowledge and skills in the social environment is influenced by socio-spiritual factors: - traditions and rituals, traditions and spiritual cadres influence their artistic and aesthetic consciousness and thinking, forming and developing a pleasure attitude to reality, calling for creative activity no matter in which sphere; - a number of nationalities and nationalities living in a certain territory on the basis of national-cultural cadres unite in the creation of general artistic and aesthetic views of society and the country, national and universal spiritual and aesthetic cadres; - the process of developing artistic and aesthetic knowledge and skills directly involves interethnic relations aimed at the prosperity of the motherland, urges a citizen to be peaceful, harmonious, native, patriotic, hardworking, loving, kind, loyal, believing, morally pure, conscientious, humble and Noble; - all measures aimed at enhancing the aesthetic relations of the individual and society, ultimately, the main goal is to educate a creative person who is able to implement the new Uzbekistan strategy; - as a result of the development of artistic-aesthetic competence, artistic-aesthetic memory is restored, a sense of identity is strengthened, a new generation with independent thinking is formed, a new aesthetic heritage, a new aesthetic attitude is formed that ensures the decision of democratic values suitable for our time. II. LITERATURE REVIEW According to a sociological study, today "can you judge the interest of young people in fiction and art?"65.7 percent of our youth expressed the opinion that" positive", 19.4 percent" negative", 4.9 percent" not interested", and 10 percent expressed an additional opinion of uz. It can be seen that at the new stage of development of society, young people are shown to have a stronger personality in relation to literature and art, striving to live on the basis of a new artistic and aesthetic thinking, to raise aesthetic knowledge and skills. In music education, it is necessary to deeply teach the theoretical foundations of art and, through it, to explain the social significance of art and the processes associated with it, to show the effectiveness, social significance of artistic and aesthetic impact and to clarify it on a scientific basis. These include, firstly, what has become the object and subject of artistic perception of existing reality-phenomena; secondly, a group of people who are directly artistic creators, as well as institutions and associations that create and disseminate the values of art. The third component is a set of values that are formed from the system of created and socio-aesthetic relations, and the fourth is formed by art lovers, formed under the influence of art, literature, artistic and literary criticism. It is the desire of the layers, the worldview of the immersion of art, the nature of the works they require, in general, they are required to be able to understand the demands and needs of the orcali social environment and have the skills to be able to explain it to their readers. III. METHODOLOGY & EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS For the development of artistic and aesthetic competence in students of music education in higher pedagogical education, it is required to pay attention to the following aspects of social relations: - processes of aesthetic reconciliation of nature, marriage, social relations and their results; - artistic culture, level of development of art; - socio-aesthetic ideal; - artistic-aesthetic taste; - aesthetics of living; - modern scientific-theoretical and artistic-aesthetic activity; - national and religious aesthetic traditions; - labor aesthetics; - artistic amateur; - aesthetic beliefs and perceptions; American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 11, Dec., 2022 47 | P a g e - aesthetic views and interests; - the degree of development of the theory and practice of aesthetic education; -socio-aesthetic activity of students. IV. RESULTS In fact, on the basis of artistic and aesthetic activity, there is an activity aimed at mastering the world from practical skills, in which the aesthetic consciousness of the subject, the content of aesthetic relations are materialized. So, artistic and aesthetic knowledge and skills first of all include a high human feeling, reflecting the essence of the human nature of things, their formal perfection, as well as the norms of an unselfish, disinterested attitude to order, material and practical interests. However, no matter what kind of human emotion is important, but it does not find enough to carry out aesthetic activities. When assessing a particular phenomenon from the point of view of beauty, it is necessary to compare it with the content and significance of the subject, to establish appropriate norms for it. This, of course, is also a link to the intellectual abilities of future music education teachers, which means a certain level of their knowledge of the objects of aesthetic perception. The artistic and aesthetic activity of teachers of music education, which will be blurred in social relations, will develop on the basis of the interconnection of various processes. It is on the basis of development that the sum of imagination and thoughts formed in the consciousness of a student of music education expresses the following patterns of social life, based on a certain aesthetic appearance: - uneven development of elements of aesthetic activity; - uneven development of the development of aesthetic views; - proportionality of the natural environment with aesthetic activity; - changing aesthetic knowledge and skills in accordance with spiritual needs; - involvement of aesthetic activity with the social system; - the law of succession of the system of aesthetic activity and views. V. CONCLUSIONS Bringing young people to adulthood as people with their own independent opinion, life and national values tested by Times, a healthy worldview, rich spirituality, ready to strike them with any ideological pressure and spiritual threats are among the urgent tasks of today. In this regard, the priority is the development of artistic and aesthetic knowledge and skills based on high taste in students, as well as the formation of a sense of ownership of high aesthetic taste, the need for an innovative pedagogical process so that emptiness does not arise in their aesthetic worldview. After all, in Islam, special attention is paid to the development of aesthetic knowledge and skills and ideals in connection with moral ideas. It is said, "whoever does a good deed, we will increase the hustle in it again." Also, the aesthetic views of the thinkers of the medieval Muslim East, in particular, the aesthetic knowledge and intelligence in the individual, analyzing the work of Abu Nasr al-Forobi "a treatise on the achievement of happiness", grow it to true perfection and beauty.
