Nizami, Candidate of Philosophy (Uzbekistan) Email: absattorov86@bk.ru Annotation In this article, along with the specific successes of the 21st century, which is called the information age, the age of globalization, various problems that arise at the moment, the factors that cause them are analyzed and certain proposals are put forward. Keywords: XXI century, globalization, information, age of globalization, information age, modernization, media, goodness and evil, ideological struggle, information attacks.. Today's humanity lives in a completely new era, namely – the XXI century, which is called by such names as "the information age", "the age of globalization", "the age of technology", "the age of ideological struggle". In particular, it is possible to consider the current stage of the path of independent development, which most peoples of the world go through, the period of active Democratic updates and modernization of the country. In fact, the globalization processes taking place today in the information sphere, in the field of technology, create wide opportunities for humanity, lead to an increase in integration and cooperation between states and peoples, the opening of many new jobs, the rapid spread of modern communication and information technologies and achievements of science. This positive aspect of the age of information and globalization is the rapid spread of modern communications and information technologies, achievements of Science in all spheres of human life on Earth, the strengthening of integration and cooperation between states and peoples, the emergence of opportunities for foreign investment, capital and goods, the free movement of the labor force, the creation of many new jobs, , expressing an increase in the possibilities of mutual assistance during environmental disasters, the negative side indicates that in the current conditions, globalization has become an American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 11, Dec., 2022 112 | P a g e extremely acute weapon of ideological influence, serving the interests of various political forces and centers, observed by any healthy-minded person. Today, any product of progress can be used for two different purposes – on the path of goodness and evil. The positive aspects of globalization can be traced to the fact that several new generations of the most modern mobile phones, such as laptops, tuners, come into our lives, almost every family, and completely new, high-tech products. As a negative consequence of globalization, it is assumed that the propaganda of immorality, seduction in our youth through a spiritual threat to such noble human qualities as ariety, hayo, for, shame, as well as the receipt of material wealth by our enemies. Another unique aspect of globalization: it has become an extremely acute weapon of ideological influence, serving the interests of various political forces and centers. For example, it is possible to cite pictures in the box of sweets intended for consumption by young children. It is ashamed to look at the pictures reflected in the boxes not only children, but even adults. This has an equally negative impact on both the East and the West. In the era of violent globalization, events are nothing, but, on the contrary, relationships are everything. The fate of civilization depends on the speed of information delivery. After all, "one of the important directions that characterize the present time is the globalization of Information Processes" (4.32). In the age of information and Information Technology, a single information space is being formed, capable of overcoming political, economic barriers between states, continents. So what is the information itself? When first of all information is said, regardless of the form of presentation, information about people, things, facts, events and processes is understood. This is how the essence of the lexical meaning of the concept of information is explained in the "Explanatory Dictionary of basic concepts of spirituality", prepared and published by a group of Uzbek scientists: “information is a message or information about certain events, a concept that has been used since ancient times in their explanation, understanding and perception. In later times, thanks to the progress of cybernetics and informatics, this concept is acquiring a new, broad meaning”. This source notes that the name of the shows and broadcasts published through the media, a special genre in the field of journalism, is also called information (3.24). The concept of information is gaining global meaning today. It has become a powerful tool that influences human thinking in different directions, turning holistic human life and destiny in one direction or another, acquiring a gox negative, gox positive essence. Information space is understood as the unity of information resources, organizational systems (institutions for storing, processing, transmitting and distributing information), as well as Information Media in which the individual, state and society actively American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 11, Dec., 2022 113 | P a g e participate.Кенг миқёсда мазкур фикр, шунингдек, ахборий жамият тушунчаси билан ҳам узвий боғлиқдир. A society that freely receives various information, assimilates it without any obstacles and has free media expresses in itself the concept of an information society. Information has a number of distinctive features in contrast to other types of products: 1. Information reserves are absolutely inexhaustible. The development of society and the growing demand for information do not reduce it, but rather grow it. 2. The possibility of using information is not lost, but stored. 3. Information can be instantly transmitted to any place through modern means of communication. Importantly, this process does not require much time or a specific mechanism. 4. Information content does not become obsolete over time, it remains a historical fact. 5. Information reserves are not independent, but only appear as a moving force, united by other reserves. As you know, according to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, information according to the possibility of obtaining is distinguished as follows: ✓ Information in civil circulation. ✓ Public information. ✓ Information with limited access. Information in civil circulation is personal information belonging to certain persons. A person with such information disposes of it at his own discretion, that is, it is he who determines the possibility and procedure for obtaining this information, within the framework of the current legislation. It is noteworthy that "it is personal information that makes up a large part of the information circulating in society" (5.5.) Information intended for the public, directly documented in accordance with the requirements of legislation, is a set of public information. In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the state, public interests or owners, the use in accordance with the legislation belongs to the category of information with limited access to information. Citing such a classification of information makes it possible to more broadly reveal the content and essence of the concept of information attacks. After all, one of the global consequences of information technology is the danger of an information attack, information-psychological warfare that has arisen in the new century. Today it has become simple for any information to reach different ends of the world at lightning speed, millions of people to instantly find a message from it. In addition to the convenience of such a habit, there are also dangerous aspects that can lead to negative consequences. "Because it's no secret that music, which sometimes seems clumsy, is expressed by certain ideological goals and aspirations, even simply through a cartoon or a billboard" (2.33). American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 11, Dec., 2022 114 | P a g e While more than six billion people live in the Earth today, there is a lot of information being transmitted to them. Which of these is impartial, which one serves in whose interests? There is no way for every citizen to answer these questions on every Information issue or to do it at the minimum level. Now, for countries that have their place in the world political arena and are developing, today's globalization process is becoming more important. Because it is during the development process and transition that information attacks, aggression aimed at capturing social consciousness, attempts to derail the information management of the country mean risks to the fate of this country. It is no exaggeration to say that information today rules the whole world. So, since the information space has become the main target, the importance of protecting against it, being able to resist informative influences and attacks is also a very important task at the same timeIn other words, today Information and communication tools are used as the most universal means of controlling the consciousness of people, subjugating a social group, Nation, even an entire nation, influencing the political processes of states. This area of struggle is considered an information territory, and its main goal is not land or wealth, but the possession of the human mind. In conclusion, today's rapid progress requires everyone to pay serious attention to the extent to which the information they receive is useful or harmful, as well as to be able to use each information in its place. Any information directed against human spirituality can lead to a spiritual crisis, the consequences and harm of which cannot be compensated for by anything, although it does not go through the development process with the naked eye. Only with enlightenment, knowledge and spirituality can such a crisis be prevented. As the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted, "as long as we aim to make Uzbekistan a developed country, we will be able to achieve this only with rapid reforms, knowledge and innovation" (1.1).
