It must be admitted that today non-governmental media, in particular, internet sites, as well as online channels hosted by bloggers, are in the leading positions in audience coverage and content ratings in general. We will only be happy about these achievements of them. Alternatively, it also means that we still have a lot to do in front of us. In this article, feedback and feedback will be made on the analysis of the state of development of the electronic database of periodicals. Newspapers may put a premium on reliable and accurate news reporting, but journalists rely on different kinds of evidence than academics do. Trade journals are publications made especially for specific trades or professions. Additionally, they run adverts for that industry. A trade publication for dentists, for instance, might promote and talk about new dental technologies. Trade journals for scholars include academic journals, peer-reviewed journals, refereed journals, and scholarly journals. The terms on this list have a few subtle distinctions in meaning, yet they are frequently used synonymously in undergraduate education. Professors, graduate students, and subject matter specialists from outside of academia write the majority of literature. The peer review procedure, which is defined on this page, is used by scholarly publications to evaluate the acceptability of submitted material. When content is displayed online, the stylistic signals that once made it relatively simple to identify between various forms of content disappear. An analog newspaper can easily be distinguished from an academic journal. They are remarkably dissimilar in terms of appearance and texture. Industrial process control is a discipline that uses industrial control systems in continuous production processes to produce at a degree of consistency, economy, and safety that is impossible to achieve merely through manual control by humans. In industries like manufacturing, mining, dredging, oil refining, pulp and paper manufacture, chemical processing, and power plants, it is extensively employed. The size, kind, and complexity are extremely varied, yet it enables a small team of operators to consistently handle challenging processes. Large industrial process control systems allowed for the creation of massive, complex processes that could be run cost- effectively and safely. And pluralism, on the other hand, should not be understood as presumptuousness, selfishness. Press officials in state bodies should be in constant search. Every journalist working on a state TV and site or in the press should also approach the issue in this way. It is necessary to constantly work tirelessly on oneself, gain experience, strive to have a larger audience by raising the problems that many are thinking about. There are many examples of this not only in the recent history of the world, but also in our country. With the beginning of the era of the Internet, the periodical press fell into an extremely difficult situation. And the pandemic has accelerated its crisis again. This is observed all over the world. Including in Uzbekistan. The subscription of traditional printed publications has fallen completely. This is influenced on the one hand by the instability of the delivery service, and on the other hand, by the relative complexity of the subscription registration processes, the inability to purchase newspapers from kiosks. Accordingly, advertising for newspapers also sharply decreased. It's been a long time since newspapers and magazines are looking for alternative ways to get out of this situation. They are taking measures to publish electronic newspaper options via the internet, to actively participate in social networks. But all this goes back to the funds. And not everyone has such an opportunity. Many publications mean a lot that even in order to preserve their personnel and technical base, the founders need help. Naturally, today's good frame, including a self-confident and talented journalist, knows his worth well, wants to work in a place where posture is paid. In a market economy, this is natural. And the journalist staff who meets the requirements of the time also has many applicants. Naturally, he chooses a place where he can in every possible way provide a material incentive for his life and future. As mentioned, where the financial and economic situation has become desolate and hamingadar again due to the pandemic, personnel landing will become commonplace, no doubt. People are becoming aware of the most current and important events, news, not through public publications, channels or sites, but through private news sites, bloggers, social media pages and even overseas media. And official sources are silent about this for a certain period, transmitting information about it only after permission. How many other messages are “flowing” through networks at this time. This can be explained by two factors. The first is still old — fashioned thinking, internal censorship, falling into one mold. The second is that some sources are interested in leaking news on serious topics first to information sites, and then making an official notification. And in the printed case, it is possible to give articles, analytical materials, interviews, interesting reports and journalism about the most important events. Secondly, it is necessary to increase the number of experts involved in the preparation of reviews and analytical articles. Much has been said about the organization of groups of experts and specialists who will always be in contact with the media in cooperation with ministries and departments. Of course, support and material incentives for such cooperation are necessary. At least a decent pen fee should be paid. Thirdly, unlike television, radio and internet publications, newspapers are not limited to showing what is happening, but also create a chronicle of their time. Soon, materials published in newspapers and magazines become a historical source. In this sense, extensive and detailed coverage of the most important historical processes should be one of the invariable conditions. Fourth, in a sense, the transition of the press to another form requires the retraining of personnel, giving them knowledge of a new format. They need to actively participate in the seminars of experienced coaches, attract specialists from editorial offices working with overseas success to exchange experience. Alternatively, many editorial offices are required to undergo technical modernization, but they are not financially capable of this. In this regard, preferential loans allocated for updating the means of production can solve the problem. Fifth, the transition to a new format, creative experimentation, radical updating of the brand and design — from important factors to attracting an audience, being able to show advantages. It is necessary to run video reports, be bold in using new programs and methods in pagination, not put the work in a slow way. It is of great benefit to study the activities of the most advanced newspapers and foreign publications in ourselves. In conclusion, another issue related to the development of the press is the reform of the system of delivery of newspapers to readers. Because the published press releases are not reaching the consumer in time. As a result, the relevance of the published articles, in terms of the point of time, is lost in value. So, first of all, the creation of a system that ensures the timely delivery of each publication to the reader is one of the issues that cannot be delayed.
