Annotation In today's, efforts to conquer the human mind have become increasingly powerful as a result of the transformation of information on the internet into a powerful weapon. In turn, it should be especially recognized that information attacks on the Internet act as the main factor in ideological and ideological influence. In this regard, the further formation of ideological immunity against various information threats in our youth is becoming relevant. Consequently, the education of our youth on the basis of strict faith and faith in the future of our society is one of the requirements of the time. Globalization processes also have an impact on the internal state of all countries in the world, the level of social, political, economic and national development. It is necessary to know that what is taken from the internet is correct, reliable and harmless. It is seriously alarming that young people who do not notice the good and the bad perceive any information-messages distributed over the internet as true. They are trying to break the peace of citizens and bring out a dispute among the people, inciting crimes such as corruption in young people and unjustly draining the blood of innocent people in pursuit of their selfish goals. Young people who have entered the world of the boundless internet should always remember that time, life is a panacea. After all, this global network has vast territories in which a person, wandering around for hours, spending his days fruitlessly, while our youth is stubborn and stubborn, unable to ignore what the elderly say, denies the values of ancestors”[1]. Comparing the cognitive potential of our youth with the cognitive potential of the advanced state youth, of course, we will not be mistaken if we say that the cognitive potential of the youth of our society is equal to, or even superior to theirs. But, the sad thing is that in a society where such a technology has developed, our youth of a certain category, without the effective use of computers, the internet, mobile communications, simply ermak or spend their precious time at a young age sitting at a computer with a day, or watching all sorts of obscene films, Pictures, watching similar games, “terrible” movies, watching President of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev comments as follows:" ... the active use of destructive forces by modern information and communication technologies and the internet has a negative impact on the worldview and consciousness of the population, especially the growing generation, " [2]. Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine a world without the internet. The internet, which unites billions of people around the world, forms the basis of the modern Information Society. According to statistics, as of January 2020, almost 4.54 billion people in the world are active users of the Internet system, which is 59% of the world's population[3]. As everyone knows, many apartments now have computers connected to the internet. It is better for a working person to create all the conditions for his comfortable life. But for our young people who do not yet know the White and black of life well, who have little life experience, the internet has become a source of spiritual threats. The Internet has created many spiritual threats that harm the future maturation of our youth: as a result of the increase in materials of obscene and pornographic content that threaten the culture, spirituality and enlightenment of the Uzbek ring on various dating pages and social networks, it is forgotten that the family is a sacred place in the eyes of our youth. In such complex conditions, the issue of ensuring information security in Uzbekistan plays an important role in the formation of immunity of the population, in particular, young people in the spiritual and moral aspect. The Internet is the result of the development of Science and technology, a derivative of the evolution of culture. Nowadays it is very difficult to imagine our life without the internet. Especially in the life of young people, the role of the global network is increasingly increasing. It perfectly facilitated the interaction of people living at different points of the internet world, as well as the exchange of information. According to statistics, the largest number of internet users around the world are considered to be young people aged exactly 16-30 years[4]. The internet system is also developing in our country, and the ranks of its users are expanding rapidly. The last ten years, users of the global network have increased by more than ten times. The huge use and popularity of searching, receiving, transmitting information over the network ensures an ever-increasing number of users from it. In order to develop mobile communication services, the speed of the mobile internet was increased by 1.5 times, and in 2021 14,150 additional base stations were installed, the total number of which was increased to 45,890. Separately, we should note that today the number of users of the internet service has exceeded 27.2 million, of which the number of mobile internet users is 25.3 million people. As we know, the internet has great potential in influencing the minds and feelings of young people, the way of thinking, behavior. The development of the internet today has led to a sharp increase in the scale and scale of ideological influence on young people[6]. Just as globalization has its pros and cons, it is important to remember that the internet network has such characteristics. Of course, the global network is a huge resource. But who and for what purposes uses this resource is also among the very serious issues. In particular, according to the data, to date, the number of pages on the internet that “promote” spiritual, moral abyss is several hundred milions. Extremist currents are trying to widely use modern information communications for the implementation of their goals, conduct various language propaganda over the internet and create vertual communities based on a well-worked strategy. For example, large terrorist organizations actively enter their ranks through social networks, mainly those who are in the age range of 17-35 years fall into their nets. Independent thinking and broad thinking are required in our youth in order to distinguish the truth of all forms of information disseminated via the Internet from lies. Independent thinking and broad thinking, ideological immunity, high spirituality are the main factors in the fight against ideological and informational threats. We must not forget that even a small message, directed against human spirituality today, which at first glance seems trivial, can take strength from the intensity of globalization in the information world and cause enormous damage that is invisible to the eye, but cannot be compensated for by anything. At present, that is, in the context of the modernization of public life, we must fulfill the following tasks in the spiritual sphere in society: - to make our youth an active participant in the process of spiritual renewal and reform; - to achieve the formation of an active civic position in young people; - further development of national and universal spirituality; - continuing the work on explaining to the general public the humanistic essence of the religion of our ancestors[7]. In conclusion, it can be said that as long as we are building an information society, we will have to follow the path of one-to-one elimination of both political, scientific and technical, spiritual and educational and economic problems in this regard. These problems are important-it is impossible to separate. Because they are closely interconnected with each other. We also need to protect our information space from various internal and external spiritual and ideological threats, to avoid “unacceptable” information hurdles, since 64% of the number of internet users are young people. Because such information negatively affects our national values, traditions, the spiritual world of the growing generation, upbringing. In the process of globalization, an information attack threatens the minds of our youth, the development of society, our national mentality. In the Prevention of such negative situations, a number of laws have been adopted and developed in the field of information and communication in our country in the interests of the state, society and citizens. Accordingly, in preschool educational institutions and schools it is necessary to establish explanatory work with our children with the participation of parents.
