Keywords: globalization, national tradition, mass culture, transformation of national values, violence, individualism, egocentric ideas. Introduction of our people created over the centuries - restoration of our national traditions and instilling them in the minds of young people - remains one of the most urgent problems to be solved in today's 21st century, when intense global changes continue in all spheres of life. In his work on the family, Abdurauf Fitrat advises children to “teach their attention and minds to be deep and serious…. Don't jump to conclusions based on what you see," he said, pointing out that it is necessary to pay attention to the education of children. 1Because young people are the largest and most active part of society. That is why their constant monitoring and control is one of the urgent issues of the time. Abduhalil Mavrulov, the author of about ten articles on the spiritual world of man, in his book "The responsibility of loving the country" put forward such thoughts about young people: "Most of our young people feel the spirit of the times correctly... At the same time, the desire to ensure the balance of intelligence and wisdom in young people can be evaluated as a factor that strengthens the stability of society. Along with the achieved achievements, the negative situations that exist in some part of our youth, sometimes appearing anew, the attitude of some adults to this situation and the approach of those young people to such vices are worrying. In relation to certain negative changes in the worldview of our youth, some seniors say that "times have changed, and young people have also changed, or there are attempts to analyze such a situation as a "natural process", which naturally worries any scientist." 2In today's era of rapid globalization, technology, internet and rapid development, people are changing and national values are undergoing transformation. It is not unsettling that under the guise of "mass culture" moral corruption and promotion of violence, individualism, and egocentric ideas threaten the moral foundations of people's traditional 1 Abdurauf Fitrat- "Oila" or family management procedures, second edition. Uzbek scientists define the concept of "mass culture" as follows: "mass culture" is a unique form of the existence of culture that is complex and not always interpreted in the same way. It is common to understand 3popular culture as a phenomenon related to Western culture, as well as to evaluate it as an example of lack of ideas, poor quality and bad taste . The same explanation is given in "Spirituality: an explanatory dictionary of basic concepts" 4. "Popular culture" spread very quickly in the world. Along with some positive aspects, there are also many negative aspects of "popular culture". Because under the guise of "popular culture", various social movements, materials promoting obscenity and violence lead to the destruction and dehumanization of the human personality. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's 5opinion that "a total of 31 thousand 933 crimes were committed by citizens between the ages of 18 and 30" calls us all to be aware. As the head of our state noted, "One of the factors causing the increase in hooliganism and crimes among young people, especially among teenagers, is "mass culture". The results of the observation show that the "popular culture" attracts young people with its openness, transparency, with the lack of limits of the level of knowledge, by finding answers to all their questions. Young people are very interested in flash mobs that promote violence and obscenity through various Internet sites, modern socialization is very strong. The role of national values is incomparable in raising a mature generation that can understand the purpose and essence of the current ideological and spiritual attacks and has its own opinion and independent world view against them. National values serve for a person to realize himself, to have national pride, to grow into a person who is proud of his nation and its history, and strives for high ideals. Another important direction of ensuring youth activity is the formation of national customs and traditions in their minds. National traditions are embedded in every sphere of our life, and these traditions are proof of which nation we are. In order for a person to live as a real person, all areas are widely covered in the tradition, which includes the way of life , manners of living, culture of behavior, attitude to the living soul, respect for parents, etc. Each of our national traditions, which embody the eternal traditions of our people: marriage, wedding ceremonies, starting a family, raising children, honoring parents, honoring bread, waiting for guests, holding national games, national holidays, mourning ceremonies, is a great school. Our forefathers tried them in their lives for centuries and left them to us as a legacy. Therefore, as their heirs, we should carefully preserve the national, educational, cultural, and religious traditions discovered by them and pass them on to the next generation. In the age of globalization, technology and the Internet, in the age when these national traditions cannot be conveyed to young people with simple words, it is a bold step to inculcate in the minds of young people, without avoiding modern 3Philosophy: encyclopedic dictionary. In this regard, by establishing museums and virtual museums reflecting national traditions and values in the regions, establishing mobile theaters reflecting national customs and traditions, and opening the way for the audience to create their own characters and perform roles in these theaters, creating flash mobs in the national spirit, reviving folk legends in a modern spirit, the growing young generation will not have "Spider-Man" as its hero, but "Rustami Doston" development of the fields of multimedia and cinematography will also serve to enrich the national ideology of the youth. In addition, for children of kindergarten age, through cartoons, fairy tales, songs based on national traditions, that is, national songs, national holidays, respect for parents, honoring bread, greetings, national games, and for school-aged children, through topics reflecting national traditions and values in the textbooks "Tarbiya", "Sinf Soati", folk songs and folk songs in school textbooks. It would be appropriate to educate the young generation by introducing songs, traditions of "Navroz", "Hayit" holidays, including national games in physical education subjects, widely celebrating national holidays . The wider the sphere of influence on the minds of young people with all spheres, the more the aspect of breaking the ideology of the youth and promoting popular culture will decrease.
