In school and in the course of extracurricular activities, students' mutual respect and moral qualities are formed among the team. In this, the culture of students' behavior towards each other is formed. It will be discussed about the role of parents in organizing extracurricular activities. Introduction In the concept of educational work outside the classroom, the need to improve educational activities is emphasized: the change in the political system, the formation of new economic relations, the development of new principles, ideas, work methods that meet the requirements of the time in improving educational work, and the teacher's it is necessary to rebuild the creative activity. The next task of the educator is to master the theoretical knowledge of organizing, educating and cementing the children's team, relying on best practices to help the students in the educational process of camaraderie, mutual cooperation, solidarity, self-esteem and consists in mastering the skill of educating public qualities such as education and management. They are: - educating the elementary team of the class and creating mutual relations among them. - integration of students into the team in all aspects of their daily activities. - teaching to put the collective interest above personal interest. - if there is mutual kindness, kindness and generosity, friendly cooperation in the team, it becomes a great educational force. Teachers are required to skillfully use various methods and tools when organizing groups of schoolchildren of a young age: 1. During the period of adaptation of the members of the teaching team to the new conditions (from the 1st grade of the school), it is necessary to be able to trust, respect, politely, correctly set requirements for them, and at the same time to have the ability to understand and listen to the student. is done; 2. Selection of the core of the leading force in the student group; 3. Extracurricular activities are not limited to the compulsory program, but young people voluntarily bring together different students. He carries out work on the basis of their initiative, makes them interested in science, brings them into the environment of the cultural life of the people. Extracurricular activities are the most important factor in the formation of social activity, social consciousness and moral habits in a person. The content of the educational process is the system of spiritual and moral knowledge given to children, trust, faith, discipline, and behavior as a whole.
