Introduction Visual art plays an important role in cultivating students' worldviews, enriching their spiritual world, developing their artistic skills, cultivating their ability to see beauty, and educating them aesthetics. As our President, Sh. Mirziyoyev, pointed out, "Building a new Uzbekistan means further studying and relying on our recent and long history, our unique and unique cultural treasures, and continuing our independent national development path in a new phase."1 In his essay "High spirituality is an invincible force," our first president, I.A. Trump, wrote: "The future of our country, the next day of our people, and our country's reputation in the world depend primarily on what kind of person our children grow up to be, grow up, and enter life. We should never forget such a sharp truth,"2 he stressed, noting that the quality of standards today is a guarantee of the achievement and bright future of the younger generation in the future. In the 2023 election program, our president, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, talked about the future implementation of the following plans. "An additional 1.2 million pupils will be created in the public education system by establishing a state program for the development of schools, which aims to build new schools, increase private schools and improve the quality of education." There is a special emphasis on increasing the level of coverage to 50% in the higher education system and improving the quality of education. It is planned to build about 100,000 student residences to improve students' living conditions. It has been noted that state higher education institutions will implement the practice of gradually paying wages, independently determining the number of employees, the amount of contracts and the form of education, reducing the social tax rate to 12 percent for them. First of all, what is the content and nature of painting? We answer this question: Visual arts will help students to acquire the necessary knowledge in social life by developing their literacy and cultivating artistic, aesthetic, and emotional sensitivity. Visual arts education has a wide range of opportunities to address the issue of raising a spiritually healthy generation among general secondary education. By studying the world of art and art, the social function and uniqueness of art, its visual expression tools, students learn to see, appreciate, and protect the beauty of the environment, painting, practical art, and architecture during classes. Visual art involves elevating aesthetic culture and artistic thinking in students and educating them in visual literacy. Today's education system requires the introduction of the national curriculum on the basis of modern approaches, from this point of view, the principles of national excellence and the achievements of the era of independence, the rich national, spiritual and intellectual well- being of the people, and the gradual introduction of humanitarian-oriented teaching content to strengthen the student's appetite for education and knowledge, to teach independent thinking. It involves fostering a sense of dignity and human dignity. Today, the content of education in higher education institutions is known to be one of the most pressing tasks of the day. Solving this task requires a modern-day teacher to be deeply and broadly educated, with his or her own worldview, as well as to be creative and motivated. To this end, the ≪The methodology for teaching vocational art≫ will be taught in the field of education and discipline. The main purpose of this subject is to prepare students to teach ≪thematic arts≫ lessons in elementary schools, to be able to see and understand the beauty of nature and fine works of art, to cultivate artistic skills, visual memory, color perception, spatial imagination, observation, and artistic abilities. "The main tasks of the visual arts teaching methodology course are as follows: - to develop and cultivate knowledge and skills in the methodology of fine art in future teachers of fine art; - help future teachers in fine art to master knowledge of theoretical and practical principles of fine art (graphics, sculpture, color, composition); - to develop skills and skills in painting and artistic creativity in future teachers of fine art; - familiarization and in-depth teaching of uzbek and world peoples with fine art, practical and craftsmanship; - provide information about the history, objectives and functions of the unique development of the methodology of teaching fine art, theoretical foundations; American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 22, November, 2023 87 | P a g e - introduce students to ways to use modern pedagogical technologies."3 Special attention is paid to the theory and methods of teaching science, as well as the basics of fine art and its history. The methodology of teaching fine art includes drawing images based on sequential stages, independently working on visual and practical topics, making different sculptures of clay and plastic, getting accompinted with color characteristics, teaching the basics of fine art history, and teaching them materials related to the methodology of teaching fine art in grades 1 to 7 of secondary schools. The main forms of teaching students are lectures, practical workshops, and require students to prepare independently. In the lectures, students will study the theoretical foundations, methods and historical development of fine art and teaching methodology, get acquainted with the theoretical basis for describing, brief information from the history of art, and the content of programs for fine art from secondary schools. In practical workshops, students master deep knowledge and practical skills, from the simple basics of illustrating using a pencil to describing complex things, practically perform color characteristics in the sections of graphics, sculpture, color, and composition, and learn to work illustrations for works of art. In accordance with elementary school programs, students also develop theme-based plans, textbooks, prepare didactic materials for them, and engage in artistic decoration art and practical graphic work, sculpture. Drawing a picture and taking a creative approach to all issues are essential in all areas. Creative approach creates completely new ideas and ideas, plays an important role in the artistic development of an individual. In a nutshell, every teacher would have been able to draw a picture, and he would have had excellent teaching results. They can also prepare weapons of mass destruction for classes themselves. Mastering classes would also be very easy and lightweight for the student, and there wouldn't even be well-absorbed students.
