In this respect, the quality of music pedagogic education is an integral part of this process, and quality training of music pedagogic personnel through it is relevant. In the new Development Strategy of Uzbekistan, the task of bringing music pedagogic education to the quality stage and quality training of music pedagogic personnel based on the requirements of technological development is set. Therefore, in music pedagogical education, first of all, achieving the quality of education is one of the primary issues. Introduction The level of quality in music pedagogical education is determined by the basis of the most modern teaching technologies, the theoretical and practical training of future music pedagogues, and the achievement of efficiency in this regard. For this, it is necessary to rely on innovative approaches. Today, one of the first bases for achieving the quality level in music pedagogical education is the in-depth training of professional-theoretical knowledge. The experience of mastering professional-theoretical knowledge in the audience has been fruitful for centuries. At the same time, the development process of our society requires rapid, timely and effective acquisition of professional-theoretical knowledge. In this respect, the plan, size or scope of theoretical training does not fulfill the primary task in mastering the basics of musical art today. On the contrary, the fundamentals of musical art are required to be mastered at the right time, in the desired period, and on a result-oriented basis. For this, it will be necessary to rely on traditional lectures, practical training and various forms of independent education on imparting professional-theoretical knowledge. In this regard, it is necessary to use such forms as regular presentation of training materials of professional-theoretical knowledge classes in electronic versions through information and communication means, organization of web sites of theoretical classes of experienced artists and pedagogues, demonstration of theoretical classes of trained foreign experts. Because music pedagogues who are considered to be future artists will have the opportunity to freely and independently learn theoretical training within their capabilities, in their free time and at any time. For this, relying on the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2022 "On measures to improve the quality of pedagogical education and further develop the activities of higher education institutions training pedagogues" will give the expected effect. American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 22, November, 2023 93 | P a g e One of the next bases for achieving music pedagogical education is practice. According to him, future music pedagogues must turn the professional-theoretical knowledge acquired in the audience into practical skills. In this regard, professional - theoretical knowledge is the foundation, and practical skills are the building on it. There are many ways to turn learning into practical skills. In this regard, the rational use of such forms as classes outside the auditorium, practical circles, Master's skill training, weekly practice is one of the unique mechanisms of acquiring practical skills. Therefore, in the decision of the President of February 15 of this year "On additional measures for the further development of the sphere of culture and art", the organization of practical circles at all stages of the educational system, the implementation of the educational process in the 4+2 system and the use of the practical process on two days of the week, 2023- Music pedagogues of the graduates of the 2024 academic year were determined to be able to play tunes on at least three national instruments. If you pay attention, the highlighted practical forms will allow you to form the practical skills of future music pedagogues at the expected level. One of the factors to achieve the quality level in music pedagogy education is to develop the creative skills of future music pedagogues at the required level. In this regard, it is important to pay attention to the development of the abilities of future music pedagogues in terms of musical instruments, singing and dancing, to develop their creativity in these areas, and to form the skills of creating new works in this regard. Because the majority of students who choose music pedagogy education are creative people. Therefore, realizing their creativity and bringing them to adulthood as creative music pedagogues is one of the main tasks. It should be noted that the quality of music pedagogical education is an important social phenomenon based on several foundations. For this, it is necessary to achieve harmony of theory and practice of music education in the process of higher pedagogical education, to train pedagogues and creative teachers. As a result, the foundations of quality level achievement in music pedagogical education are revealed. In the process of technological development, a phenomenon of envy of foreign experiences was formed in all fields. It is a good thing to study foreign experiences, but to accept them at the absolute level is not to criticize the national experience. In this sense, it is possible to use the experience of using foreign technologies to achieve the quality level in music pedagogic education, at the same time, it is necessary to rely on the experience of our national music pedagogic education, which has continued since our grandfather Farabi. Because in today's experience of music pedagogy in foreign countries, Farabi is deeply studied by them, it is enough to remember the researches of Loaqal Farmer. In this respect, in order to reach the quality level of our modern national music pedagogy, it is an inexhaustible foundation based on the combination of national and foreign experiences. It is desirable that the quality and scope of music pedagogic education should be in harmony with the development of our music art today. In this regard, it is necessary to understand the principle from practice to theory.
