Introduction The content of the pedagogical profession is revealed in the activities carried out by its representatives, and it is called "pedagogical" activity. It is a special type of social activity aimed at transferring knowledge, culture and experience accumulated by mankind from older generations to young people, creating conditions for their personal development and fulfilling certain social roles in society, training necessary specialists. In order to understand the essence of pedagogical activity, it is permissible to study its purpose, reasons, specifics of its activities as an analysis of the organizational structure united into one system. The relevance of this topic is that pedagogical activity is the most important creative, social father performs a responsible task. In this process, not only a unique personality is formed and developed, but also the future of the country is determined, as well as the growth of knowledge, culture and production potential in the country is ensured. In this case, the person holding the position of a teacher must have all the components of pedagogical activity. The true pedagogue of the society always strives to inculcate the accumulated spiritual and practical experience of human culture in the young generation in order to raise a mature generation, preserve and develop the society in all aspects. The reason is that one of its main goals is to deliver a person with high culture. In order to achieve such a goal, a high level of American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 23, December, 2023 95 | P a g e pedagogical activity is organized in society. Pedagogical activity can be carried out by a socially educated person with pedagogical (professional) education. The task of the subject of pedagogical activity is to prepare the young generation with high knowledge and culture. The subject of pedagogical activity is the organization of educational activities based on social and cultural experiences aimed at mastering a specific subject. That is, they are the main conditions created for the development of students' knowledge. Any teacher, whether civilian or military, conducts his activities based on the existing modern pedagogical criteria, professional training, personal qualities and abilities. Only if the teacher has a complete picture of his professional direction by studying the harmony of the above aspects in detail, then the specialist can tailor his professional tasks to the requirements based on the detailed structure of the curricula and programs. allows to fully perform. Experts come to the conclusion that it is impossible to prepare and directly accept the profession of a military teacher by analyzing the characteristics of a teacher's professional and personal qualities. In their opinion, it is necessary for the pedagogue to have a psychological inclination when teaching military professions. In addition, a person must have certain personal qualities and abilities to successfully perform his professional duties. In addition, every person who chooses the teaching profession assumes the right to be a teacher and an educator, and at the same time, a great responsibility is imposed on him, as well as high professional training is required. Today, such a choice and proper performance of professional duty requires a person to accept a number of additional special obligations. First, you should objectively assess your abilities as a future teacher, identify your weak and strong qualities that are important for this profession (characteristics of self-regulation, self-esteem, emotional manifestations , you need to know your communicative, didactic skills). Secondly, in the future, the teacher should acquire the general culture of mental activity (thinking, memory, perception, representation, attention), in particular, the culture of behavior and communication. Thirdly, the condition and basis of successful activity for the teacher is to respect, know and understand his student as "other".. In turn, the audience must be properly understood and accepted, regardless of whether their value systems, behavioral models, and values overlap. In addition, the pedagogue is expected to know psychological mechanisms, objectivity and behavior, age-related features of communication. Fourthly, the teacher acts as an organizer of educational activities and cooperation of students, as well as a partner of pedagogical communication. In this regard, K. Rogers expressed the opinion that "Science does not yet have the information and discoveries that would allow us to find the keys to the teacher's psychology." As a result of studies, we see that the teacher's professional qualities are related to the following mechanisms of his psychological-pedagogical activity. According to the golden rule of antiquity, it is emphasized that the pedagogue should respect his student as a person. Give knowledge to the student in such a way that he can learn as American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 23, December, 2023 96 | P a g e much as he wants, be ready to use it in different situations and in self-education. These factors reflect the essence of the main pedagogical thesis: It is said that only the person educates the person, only the given knowledge forms the will. Assessment of pedagogical skills A century ago, a list of the main personal qualities of a teacher was formed as an aid to the successful conduct of professional activity. To form a model of a teacher, a person should have the following qualities: observation skills; goal orientation; diligence; determination; modesty; public speaking skills; artistry. In addition to more than fifty individual qualities, a teacher must also have certain professional qualities. The concept of professional qualities of a teacher includes such components as special knowledge, skills, abilities, behavioral models, ways of thinking and methods of conducting activities acquired during professional training. In addition to the defined components of professionalism, a well-trained teacher should also have the following: knowledge (intelligence); devotion to one's work; scientific interest; in- depth knowledge of one's field; operating methods; psychological preparation; broad cultural level; pedagogical tact, technique, skill and many other skills. The obtained professional qualities are the basis of the teacher's high professional skills. In turn, based on the above, it is possible to divide into several total groups that describe the direction of the teacher and reveal his pedagogical abilities. Pedagogical Image Standard If we talk about pedagogical activity, it should be noted that this activity includes scientific and practical aspects. Based on the transformations that have taken place in the modern military education, today it is ensured that the teacher carries out his professional activity at a high level by comprehensively coordinating all teaching methods. In order to create more modern, appropriate conditions, a number of changes in the field of military education will be necessary, which will allow the full implementation of the competence approach. The organization of the educational process in accordance with the requirements and standards established by the state, in turn, allows to improve the abilities of students. Thus, the qualifications of a future teacher undoubtedly include not only professional skills acquired during training, but also personal characteristics that allow full performance of professional duties. In this regard, there are educational standards in our country that determine the main competencies of a future teacher. As we all know, the core set of competencies is represented by educational, communicative, social and personal elements, which, in their embodiment, create the model of a highly professional teacher of our time. In conclusion, it should be noted that a modern teacher and a military pedagogue should have the following characteristics: ability to respond to the requirements of the present time, goal-oriented, proactive, self-control and regulation. , it means a series of certain psychological characteristics that allow to acquire the formed pedagogical culture, to carry out activities with high efficiency and within the framework of established norms. Another important element for a modern teacher American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 23, December, 2023 97 | P a g e and a military pedagogue is professional competence, which clearly determines the quality of a teacher's work. Thus, in the future, professional pedagogical activities in our country and in the military field will be carried out only by specialists who have a wide range of the above-mentioned characteristics and who have been educated in higher educational institutions, higher military educational institutions (military institutes) or specialized special scientific pedagogical faculties. possible References 1.
