Keywords: value, globalization, national and moral security, value, national values, human value, family. "You can wake up the sleeping people. But you can't wake up a person who is sleeping." Mahatma Gandhi Introduction It's no secret that today we live in the age of globalization and information. In this period, it is important to protect national and moral security. "The acceleration of the process of globalization is also accelerating the process of decay of the nation's spirituality" ( 4 ). In fact, it is a pity that in the era of globalization, one of the evils that is spreading is that our national and spiritual views are seriously damaged due to "mass culture". In today's difficult times, it is one of our urgent tasks not only to preserve our national values that make us who we are, but also to pass them on to future generations. First of all, when we talk about value, I thought it would be appropriate to dwell on how it acquires meaning. All the things that are important for man and humanity - freedom, peace, justice, social equality, enlightenment, truth, goodness, beauty, material and spiritual wealth, traditions and customs can be called values. . Our values, which express the most important aspects, laws and relations of the universe, nature and society, are universal values. Because even if times change, these values will never lose their importance. In this respect, we are not mistaken when we say eternal values. We call our values related to the life, lifestyle, language, culture, spirituality, past and future of a certain people, nation, people as national values ( 5 ). If we say that national value is at the center of values, we can point to religious values as the foundation of our national values. Now, more literally, the concept of restoration, preservation, and enrichment is value. As mentioned in Hadith-u Sharif, "Hubbul vatani minal imaani", that is, loving the motherland is a matter of faith. In fact, love and loyalty to the Motherland, protecting every bit of it is one of our human duties. When we think about the national value, we cannot help but talk about the sense of homeland. Because loving our motherland, which fed us, provided us with the necessary food, created and provides the necessary conditions for us, American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 24, January, 2024 74 | P a g e is one of our highest values. We should love him not because he always gives us something, but because he never pushes us away. A conscious person, let's try to observe the society as a part of quality?!. Are we able to treat our country that has embraced us with dignity? Are we able to respond to his call in any situation? Do we understand the importance of eating salt and not spitting on it? When will we learn that bread is bread and bread is bread? Can we make the idea that water is not free more important than ever? Every time I think about these things, the thought of whether we can deliver the enriched value to the future generation in a complete and beautiful way gives me no sleep. " Seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave " - this is a wisdom that goes back centuries has been calling people to knowledge and enlightenment. At the same time, this hilmat has also become the motto of our people, which has been practiced since time immemorial in acquiring knowledge. Learning, retention and teaching are important in all eras. Acquiring knowledge is also one of the values, first of all, following the teacher's skirt, i.e. giving hands to the teacher-disciple tradition, is one of the most important pillars. Are you saying that Amir Temur, the founder of statehood, Imam Bukhari, who was glorified as the Sultan of Muhaddis, and Zamakhshari, the author of Al-Kashshof, who has not lost his importance, were not teachers of our ancestors? In any era, respect for the teacher, being able to be worthy of the knowledge he gave, in short, to be worthy of the status of a disciple, is actually one important value. Let's take today. We can see it in the example of only Higher educational institutions. Instead of focusing on our values year after year, what are we doing? How do we treat the people who deliver science and these complex processes in a simple and fluent language and are worthy of the great status of the so-called teacher? How are we cutting and sewing our life dress from the fabric called life? Can we know the value of time? When the day of reckoning comes, will we be able to answer for every moment we have spent? If each of us can keep bothering ourselves with these questions every day, we can reach the peak we are aiming for. Among the values, the most important value is the attitude towards people. As President Shavkat Mirziyoyev often repeats, "Human dignity is not some lofty concept for us" ( 2 ). We know that the essence of any of our reforms is aimed at raising and glorifying the human personality and is set as the main criterion. In order to implement the noble idea of "the state is for the people", we have developed the development strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 and are implementing it in the conditions(1). One of our next important values is family. We have already heard that the homeland begins with the family, at the threshold of the family. We are witnessing how high the contribution of the family is on the basis of our achievements and shortcomings today. It is a pity why today our young people agree to polygamy. Sorry, we don't have such a value and never had. Could it be that they have grown accustomed to it? Have we failed to explain to them that the family is sacred? Can we look at these events through the lens? I think it's time to face the truth. As education, in turn, begins with the family, we want to see the strength of our family, which is a spiritual fortress that determines the happiness, maturity and continuity of generations, so we should pay special attention to our educational values. American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 24, January, 2024 75 | P a g e Among our people, sayings such as "If you don't know your seven fingers, you are not born" or "A land that does not know its seven grandfathers, a land that does not know its seven ancestors" have been living for centuries and have not lost their importance. As simple as it may seem on the surface, we can see that there is an important value behind these proverbs. Knowing the seven generations also means being able to know what happened during the time when the seven generations lived. In my opinion, what is said by our mother is based on our ancient values in the family. Let's bring before our eyes what the munis mothers say: "Close your shepherd's eyes, my sheep, alla, let me tell you alla, alla." Such a heart-warming song is a collection of values that is embodied in all of us. Together with the dreams of our mothers, various historical events and attitudes to social life are described. She told her heartaches that she couldn't tell anyone about to her baby and child through Allah, and she was relieved to a certain extent. Allah is a universal song. It can be said in different languages, but at the heart of it lies a mother's infinite love for her child. For this reason, regardless of the language spoken in this part of the world, a child on the other side of the world can rest comfortably. Turkic peoples, especially Uzbeks, have paid special attention to the health of a child not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually. Our ancestors knew very well that the music heard while lying in the cradle plays an important role in the formation of a healthy and pure mind of a child. The baby may not understand the text of Allah, but he will feel the mother's love and the feeling of gratitude that is instilled in the essence of Allah. It is known that any mother protects her family for her children. With a feeling of gratitude in her heart, a mother asks God for all the best qualities for her child, the highest blessing given to her, and embodies it in everything. Among our national values, the age-old and ancient Navruz holiday has a special place. As the enlightened Uzbek poet Munis Khorazmi wrote, Let the camels come for a walk, because the season is the season of death, Riyazi is a young man who died in the mountains and the desert . These verses are not only about spring, new day, new era, youth, but also about mother earth and mother earth, life and time. This holiday, dear to us, was not openly celebrated in Uzbekistan and other parts of Central Asia during the Soviet rule. There are reports that this holiday, which has a history of several thousand years, was officially banned in the 1980s. After independence , Nowruz became a widely celebrated national holiday. Navruz, which was initially seen as a cultural holiday and was celebrated as a public holiday, has now become more political and official. This holiday, which embodies our national values, is celebrated every year in a cheerful spirit. It is no exaggeration to say that the morning will be special on that day. The reason is that from early in the morning, our eyes are drawn to the rare examples of our national craftsmanship, to the national costumes worn by our women, girls, and boys. On the one hand, they are cooking sumac in the Doshkozan, and on the other hand, they are cooking our national dishes such as blue manti, chuchvara, blue sumsa, and kholvaitar. we can see our people playing other games and watching with great interest. In fact, if we think about it, how much effort did our ancestors make to achieve this American Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and Development ISSN Online: 2771-8948 Website: www.ajird.journalspark.org Volume 24, January, 2024 76 | P a g e freedom? Shouldn't we think more about the fact that the freedom offered to us during the holidays did not disappear overnight?! Now we are celebrating freely, but are we contributing to preserve and enrich our national holidays, which are considered one of the pillars of our national values?! Aren't we becoming the cause of separating our generations from national pride?! First of all, as the young generation of our Uzbekistan, I can say that every conscious person, the future generation should always be awake, become an active participant without being indifferent to the reforms taking place in the world and in our country, burn for the sake of my country. passed, I think that he should be able to leave something to our society without lying flat on his stomach. And I believe that it should be one of our urgent tasks to establish a sincere and open communication between our young people more than ever. Because we can see our future and be able to leave our spiritual and material wealth to them, first of all we should educate them accordingly. Today, more than ever, it is more important to raise young people who are able to think critically, analyze the events of the past and the present, and who can take the initiative to improve the life of society and fulfill their responsibilities on time. Because we can all understand the consequences of our youth's love for gadgets in the age of globalization. I would like to end my speech with these calls of our honorable President. "If the body of society is economy, then its soul and spirit is spirituality. As we decide to build a new Uzbekistan, we rely on two strong pillars. The first is a strong economy based on market principles. The second is a strong spirituality based on the rich heritage of our ancestors and national values"(3). REFERENCES 1.
