Introduction Nowadays, teaching English as a foreign language is a very difficult task, especially, in places where English serves a limited purpose. At this point, a question may arise: "Why are there so many difficulties and problems coming in learning English?" The reason is the vocabulary of learners, lack of concentration and discipline, boredom and speech problems, including insufficient exposure to English, inadequate classrooms lack of equipment and qualified teachers. Difficulties and Obstacles in Teaching The task of English language teachers is not only to teach learners or their English language skills, i.e. reading, writing, listening and speaking skill, but also to pay more attention, give them a passion for English, help and encourage them by providing attitude and excellent motivation. Despite this, today teachers speak English they face a number of difficulties and obstacles in teaching. These are the following: 1. Disrupted classroom environment. The environment is very important in teaching and learning English is considered A disturbing atmosphere in the classroom distracts students from learning the language has a negative effect. A suitable and comfortable environment is the main need for teaching English. If the environment is not suitable and convenient for students, it will destroy the process of teaching English. English language mainly teachers face such an unfavorable environment while teaching. 2. Limited teaching resources. There is a lot to learn, not just English depends on the resources. Teachers often face such problems. That is, the resources necessary for teachers to learn English effectively not sufficiently presented. Without them, it will be very difficult to teach and learn the language. Resources include speakers, microphones, projectors, computer systems, and more types include digital devices. With these, teaching and learning is very effective and it will be interesting. 3. There are a lot of students in the class. The presence of a large number of students in the classroom causes a lot of anxiety and stress. Problems that arise on the part of many students are as follows: 1. They make noise and disturb the teacher. 2. It will be difficult to manage the students in the class. 3. It will be very difficult to attract a large number of students to study. 4. Educational resources will not be enough for all students. 5. Limited time. Time is very important in learning and teaching English. Time for teachers to observe their students and teach them at their level need. However, there is very little class time allocated for teaching this subject. And this is a very difficult task for them to teach in a short time. 6. The fact that students are attached to teachers. Another one that teachers face A notable problem is that students are completely dependent on teachers. They themselves they do not try to learn and speak. Students to teachers every time they refer to them to help them learn and give them the right answers. They do not try to correct words and sentences when speaking English. In this problem, students talk about different tenses and words in English who have not studied the technical conditions of use. 7. Boredom of students and lack of interest in learning English is also a problem facing teachers. Sometimes students are not interested in learning English and attending lectures. Then they try to engage in other activities. Sometimes they talk to others during the lecture and do other meaningless things they disturbed the teachers by doing it. Along with problems and difficulties, the followings are the best solutions: 1. Competitions play an important role in learning English. It forces students to learn the language, such as debates, quizzes and others. Various competitions held among students make learning interesting, makes them participate in competitions and win among their colleagues encourages. Competitions make teaching English easier for teachers. Teachers should organize competition training among students. 2. Games are the type of activity that engages students the most. Games educational and it also plays a very important role in learning. It is possible to play with students in classrooms, there are many educational games. They help to increase vocabulary. There is a game of placing the missing word in different types of sentences. This is the vocabulary forms a lot. Students learn the types of words and their meanings and they understand the place in the sentence. 3. Specially designed new devices and gadgets can improve English language teaching and learning. Teachers should use multimedia tools in their lectures. It makes learning English more interesting and understandable for students. Because instead of what is written in the books, the students read visual images, videos, they can easily understand the idea through sounds. Conclusion Starting to learn a language earlier makes it easier to learn. If you start receiving it, it will eliminate some of the problems and difficulties indicated above as it causes easy acquisition of language skills and competencies. Especially, if this knowledge, skills, skills are absorbed through various games and educational activities, the child develops foreign languages as naturally as his mother tongue. Educational games are not only knowledge forms skills and abilities in a child, but at the same time ensures healthy physical development, mentally refreshes, self-confidence strengthens and helps to form social relations with the surrounding people will help.
