The purpose of ideological education. The goal of any ideological education is to ensure the educational level of each member of society and each social stratum, the group they represent. This ultimately ensures the conscious assimilation of advanced ideas that drive the development of this society by every citizen, the transformation into his way of thinking and thinking. In this sense, the ideology of national independence must be found by every citizen living and working in Uzbekistan, who represents his current and future interests. This aspect is one of the main features of ideological education. Ideological education is manifested primarily in such virtues as high faith, responsibility to the Motherland and people, patriotism, self-sacrifice. Ideological education of youth. The cultivation of healthy ideas means the cultivation of high views and faith. Worldview is a set of knowledge, imagination and ideas organized into a coherent conscious system that offers a person to take a worthy place in society while maintaining their identity. The new worldview, formed during the years of independence, implies loyalty to the Motherland, love for national values and traditions, kindness to one's loved ones, loyalty to one's chosen profession, profession and faith. New thinking and new thinking are the product of national self-consciousness, worldview and faith, nurtured and refined in the spirit of the ideology of independence. An important role in this is played by: Communicative culture is a spiritual need specific to a person, and it is an important indicator of the general cultural level. A person expresses his feelings, inner experiences, thoughts directly in the process of communication. Communication is one of the most effective means of worldview education. The national idea expresses the fundamental interests, centuries-old hopes, noble intentions, great goals of the people of Uzbekistan, is the basis of the spiritual and spiritual strength of the nation to achieve its goals. This process takes into account the fundamental interests of the 393 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us members of society, so the upbringing of each citizen in the spirit of the idea of national independence is a sacred duty for the children of this country. A certain environment is also necessary for the formation of healthy beliefs and a high worldview among young people. A lot of work in this direction is being carried out in Uzbekistan. The restoration of our national values, an objective and in-depth study of our history, the perpetuation of the memory of our great ancestors, the study of the rich scientific and literary heritage, and the improvement of the spirituality of the people have become one of the priorities of our national policy. The organization of socio-political institutions, state and non- state organizations, political parties, funds to support talented youth has created a unique social environment. This, in turn, plays an important role in the development of young people as great creators of the future. Political parties have a great role and importance in the growth of political consciousness and legal culture. Through their activities, they serve to implement the idea of building a democratic society based on the diversity of opinions and views. Each party in Uzbekistan has a legal framework and legal guarantees for the implementation of its program goals. Citizens do not have to agree or disagree with the views of any political party, and this freedom helps young people to choose their own independent way of thinking. The main criterion of life is that each party adheres to the basic principles of the ideology of national independence in the process of implementing its program ideas. Because the interests of the people and the idea of independence are sacred to all our compatriots, regardless of what political and ideological power they belong to. This is literally the beginning of political culture. There are many examples of this in world history. The mobilizing role of creative ideology is clearly visible in the spiritual changes in the life of society during the period of fundamental socio-economic upsurges. This can be seen in the struggle of the people against foreign invasion, in various creative works, in general mobilization work, such as the construction of water structures, bridges, roads, cities and villages. Ideology as a component of social consciousness actively responds to social changes, either supporting or rejecting them. Therefore, ideology by its nature cannot be indifferent to social change. Various social groups, classes, strata in society determine their attitude to political and social processes on the basis of ideology. However, the mobilizing feature of ideology is not always clearly visible in the process of social change, but is more clearly manifested in a period of fundamental social change. For example, national ideology plays an important role in uniting and mobilizing people for the independence and development of the Motherland during periods of growing ideological threats that threaten the independence and integrity of the country. During the period of political struggle, ideologies can also appear that target a very small part of the population and a narrow circle of interests aimed at destruction. Between groups with this ideology and groups and classes that make up the bulk of the population, there are various disagreements on ideological issues. After all, a nation is a powerful force that lives by its thousand-year traditions and experience, inexhaustible memory and great feelings, when in the face of lies and deceit, its age-old values, its ever-awake conscience come to the fore, and calls for the fight against injustice and evil. The mobilizing function of ideology is fully manifested, especially in the course of ideological battles. Indeed, in a period of exacerbation of ideological contradictions, harsh means of achieving the goal, in particular, invasion, terror, sabotage, and revolutionary methods, can be used. These are extremely crude and inhuman methods of ideological struggle, and resistance to them requires humanity, endurance, endurance and activity. In this process, only an ideology that embodies the ideals and interests of the masses, armed with creative ideas, based on the principles of humanism and development, will have a positive value in the fate of the country and people, will encourage people to do good. affairs. 394 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us Supporting people from a spiritual and spiritual point of view. In the most difficult period of national development, ideology spiritually and spiritually supports the masses, especially during the transition from one socio-political system to a new one, and serves to instill in them a sense of confidence in the future. . For this reason, the idea of independence, which is a truly national ideology, encourages us to look to the future with hope. It is also important to what extent it reflects popular fantasies and hopes. Because building a full-fledged, prosperous and happy life, establishing social justice, interethnic harmony, peace and friendship is the eternal dream of all the peoples of the earth. Therefore, the viability and effectiveness of the ideology of national independence depends on how fully and vividly it reflects the hopes and dreams of the people, how correctly the ways and means of their implementation are determined. After all, if members of society see in the ideology of national independence an expression of their vital interests and hopes, then it will become a force capable of making people mentally stable, awake and active. An active attitude to the ideas that exist in society, the upbringing of an active life position is another important goal of ideology. ideological education is the basis of moral, political and legal education. Any moral, political, legal education is aimed at protecting, promoting and developing a specific idea. In particular, the ideological goal of emphasizing the stability of society is hidden in feature films aimed at the moral decay of young people by promoting evil, debauchery and cruelty. “The majority of young viewers, whose consciousness has not yet been formed, often learn from such films various evil, savagery, cruelty. As a result, their diet becomes rigid, and they do not even realize that their hearts are full of vices such as stubbornness, violence and immorality. Even blindly imitating the heroes of such shows and films, he does not understand what sad consequences his work will lead to under the influence of interpretations. Therefore, ideas can be promoted openly or covertly, directly or indirectly, directly or symbolically. Human activity is aimed at a certain ideological goal, and this intention is often not visible. The main goal of ideological education is to form people's sense of vigilance and sensitivity, the formation of the ability to resist alien and harmful ideas. Ideology acts as a specific program of socio-political movement in society. Because it arises from the need to unite and mobilize people to solve today's problems, but at the same time, it looks to the long term. With the change of the historical period, there is a need to further improve the national ideology and enrich it with new content. National ideology is a general program of action for all social strata and groups of society, a tool that encourages them to act. The ideological goal is the ideal result expected from the implementation of ideological activity. The interests of youth underlie all the renovations, reforms and creations carried out in our country. Excellent educational institutions, music schools, sports facilities and other facilities being built in different regions of our country are aimed at developing our children in a physically healthy and morally high way.
