The main content and essence of this is to improve the quality of education in schools. Every year, several reforms are carried out to control the quality of education in schools. The main purpose of this is to form rating indicators in schools. Providing high-quality education to students is the main task of a teacher in this school. This requires high knowledge and pedagogical skills from the teacher. When developing educational programs in schools, the teacher uses several methods of delivering information on the subject to students and chooses the most effective method. For example, the teacher should determine the level of the student's knowledge by presenting the necessary information on the subject through slides, pictures or interesting information. This article provides information on the creation of methods related to the topic of developing the pedagogical skills of teachers. Keywords: Mixed educational program, educational methodology, pedagogical analysis, pedagogical skill, quality education, teacher potential and knowledge, science methodology. Introduction The results of research based on new methods and methods of pedagogical activity in schools showed that teachers are responsible for ensuring regular interaction between teachers. learner's basic human skills and culturally invented technologies, resulting in their improvement. In students their cognitive abilities develop. Class interaction according to the principles of this theory simulations in the form of graphs, tables and newspapers challenged students' knowledge and allowed them to be more creative. In terms of resources, in research teachers found that they need to use different resources such as computers, books, smart boards in the learning process. Pedagogical methods on the subject effective use of equipment, artifacts, blackboard, special speakers, games, computer programs. In educational processes the more interactive the lesson, the more interested students will be in improving their learning experience. Research has shown that certain teaching methods can be very beneficial for some students. Thus, it is recommended to use blended learning along with experience and which was very useful in improvement from learning experiences and case studies to reduce disruptive problems in the classroom. Based on prior knowledge of student learning, we asked students what they found most interesting, and we learned what results they seek to achieve from the educational process. Different students gave different answers to these questions, which showed that different students did and different learning styles for active participation in training sessions and obtaining important knowledge Based on the results, the quality of the lesson was increased. We also realized that the learning outcome depends on the students' answers. There are certain types of learners in certain classroom settings. One of them is a group were auditory learners who felt confident in receiving 492 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us and interpreting auditory stimuli. Students in this category students benefit best from classroom lectures, discussion, and group instruction. Based on the main priorities of using new methods and methods of pedagogical activity in schools, it is necessary to organize libraries, electronic rooms, and computer rooms for students to improve their knowledge of the subjects they are interested in. The main goal is that students can complete tasks in the computer room based on their interests. Jumamuratov.R. has published a scientific article about the program of using new methods and methods of pedagogical activity in the field of education in schools, and about the importance of chemistry teaching methods in the modern educational program. His articles describe in detail the main content and essence of the history of chemistry, its predecessors, and scientists who contributed to chemistry. The object of pedagogy is mainly schoolchildren, and the subject is the theory of education given to students and practice. Turemuratova A., an assistant teacher at the department of pedagogy and psychology at the Karakalpak State University, has been carrying out many studies on the formation of modern methods in the educational process and the enrichment of students' outlook. His researches based on pedagogical and psychological experiences in pedagogy and modern education have been published in many international scientific journals.Pedagogy meets the needs of society and the purpose of education learning content depending on the age characteristics of the students requires going, the components of education and they reveals the connections between At the same time, education and upbringing summarizes experiences in the field, the future of education shows the prospects and ways of development. For the effectiveness of pedagogical activity, it is in the teacher the following types of abilities must be present: a). The ability to know is a teacher who has the ability not only in the scope of a science course, but much wider and deeper knows, always follows discoveries in his field, knows the material from thread to needle, is extremely interested in it, scientific also does research. b). Ability to explain - educational material to students be able to explain clearly, students are independent the ability to arouse interest in correct thinking. A teacher is needed to be able to change the learning material in situations, to facilitate difficult tasks, he should be able to make the complex thing simple, and the incomprehensible thing understandable to the students. A perfect pedagogue, the level of knowledge and maturity of his students takes into account what is known and what is not yet known, he imagines what he has forgotten. Capable, experienced the teacher can put himself in the place of the student, which is understandable to adults and things that are understandable are difficult for students to understand and it works on the premise that it can be abstract. That's why because it plans the statement form separately. c). Ability to observe - the student's personality and his with a very good understanding of temporary mental states related psychological observation. Such a teacher small characters, small external characters based on subtle changes in the student's psyche also understands. A student about such a teacher: "He doesn't seem to be looking, but he sees everything!", The fact that the student is upset or not preparing for the lesson he knows from his eyes!" - they say. d). Speech skills-speech, as well as the use of gestures express their thoughts and feelings clearly and precisely ability However, the main findings of this study are possible can be summarized in three points: We found that teachers with several years of service feel more qualified to perform their duties. Most teachers consider themselves competent tasks related to planning and teaching, followed by academic disciplinary actions, and teachers, regardless of years of service, feels least qualified to write professional articles. In studying the effects of work experience in the role of teachers, we found that teachers with more work experience are valued claims related to their educational activities, at the level of relationships and within planning and conducting lessons, statistically significantly higher than teachers little work experience. More on the first item experienced teachers "to giving students the opportunity to participate forming common rules in the classroom" and "deciding to solve disciplinary offenses together with students" higher. And in the context of content, teachers with more work experience also responded that they did when planning their lessons think about the potential educational impact is achieved by emphasizing 493 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us content valuable volume of educational content discuss the content and students encourage sensitivity to artistic experience works and artistic expression. As part of our research also identified the effect of the subject the domain of teachers' own understanding the role of teachers. There were differences between groups of teachers in different subjects, which were attributed to teachers a particular subject area of greater or lesser importance. In the same research question, We also found that teachers define their professional identity and thus their role through their personal characteristics. This is a finding important in learning about the professional identity of teachers and improving their professional skills, it shows that we should not ignore personal qualities of teachers, because they play an important role in the professional development and personality of teachers. We also wanted to draw attention various aspects and factors that constitute and defining the role of teachers, thus building together affect their professional identity and their professional development. The second starts with their education and then changes and career path updates. Therefore, equipping future teachers is important with the necessary training and pedagogy skills even at the university level. All three elements are equally important for teachers' work. For the same reason, when study the professional development of teachers, all three elements should be treated equally. Teachers should be aware of these factors affect their professional identity and development. It is important that teachers pay attention to the changes that are happening, and they are not afraid, and these teachers raise awareness and reflects to improve performance reflects their professional development. Asked to define the role of e-learning platforms in teaching - learning processes, starting with their advantages and disadvantages most of the teachers in the sample felt that teaching would be served by encouragement if teaching aids were available. develop interactivity and cooperation between students and the teacher and students. E-learning has made the lessons much easier and helped to increase the attention of the students. technologies used in teaching also facilitate the acquisition and correct understanding of information provided. - The use of e-learning platforms in the lesson increases the effectiveness of education for students one of the teachers included in the investigated sample. Effectiveness of teaching – learning processes are often accepted by teachers not only through the academic results of their students, but also by students. They easily absorb and interpret information, thereby contributing to creation and the next step. dissemination of knowledge. Using audio and video elements, animation workflows, and more multimedia technologies are one of the main advantages of e-learning platforms identified by teachers who participated in the study. The importance of these elements in improving the effectiveness of education and from the need to ensure that educational processes are recognized and recognized by the majority of teachers interactivity as the main motivator for students. Conclusion This article gives instructions on the program of using new methods and methods of pedagogical activity in schools. Stages of preparation of methods by school teachers on the subject and methodological programs implemented in the course of the lesson are shown as examples. In conclusion, if we use methods based on quality education in the field of education, the information about the subject will be better retained in the memory of the students. Many opportunities and conditions have been created for young people in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our youth are leading in many fields. Our people and our president have great faith in the youth. As a teacher, I know that there is no such thing as a difficult subject, there are teachers who cannot explain it. If we can explain the topic to the students in a simple and understandable way, the students will understand. The main goal and tasks of this methodology is to improve the quality of education. For this, pedagogical skills, potential, and knowledge are required from the teacher. References 1. Kaipbergenov A.
