ANNOTATION: This article describes several ways to use modern teaching methods of a teacher, as well as some educational pedagogical technologies in language learning. In traditional teaching, the work of a teacher consists primarily of messages of knowledge and methods of action that are transmitted to students in a ready-made form and are intended for reproducing assimilation. The teacher is the sole initiator of the learning process. The teacher informs the topic of the lesson and the goals, which does not contribute to the emergence of interest among students and the desire to learn. The teacher's explanation of the material does not guarantee that the students will understand the topic they have passed. It turns out that students can only learn and retell a topic, but not understand its essence in any way. Currently, the teacher ceases to be the bearer of "objective knowledge" and simply passes them on to the student. Now the main task of the teacher is to motivate students to show initiative and independence in learning new knowledge, to find ways to put their skills into practice when solving various everyday and life tasks. At the stage of finding a solution, the teacher encourages students to put forward and test hypotheses, provides the "discovery" of knowledge through trial and error. Thanks to new teaching methods, students learn to find material on their own, solve problems. They develop a love of learning new things. But most importantly, the students fully understand and delve into the essence of the topic they have passed. This is how modern education technologies, which help the development of the educational environment, acquire great importance. Educational institutions offer a wide range of educational pedagogical technologies. A research method of teaching. "In reality, your world is designed so that nothing happens to you, but everything happens for you: for your awakening, for your growth, for your inspiration and exploration; even if you have forgotten about it or do not see it, being in confusion or despair." Students are required to pay attention, patience, the ability to follow a plan, and also have a good memory. Children should learn to remember what they have seen and apply it in practice, with the help of a verbal description, a graphic sketch, building a diagram or a model. Based on what they have seen, students should draw independent conclusions, write them down or memorize them. This develops their mental activity, forms a stock of simple generalizations, develops the skills of building accurate, logically sound knowledge. The application of the research method depends on the specific academic discipline. It is impractical to apply it according to a single scheme for each academic subject. Naturally, there are principles and rules for the application of the research method in teaching, but for each area of activity they have their own characteristics. This method is effective and suitable for both preschool and school children. He develops in them the ability to think logically and correctly. In the learning process, the teacher helps to formulate the problem and guides the student. It acts as a "guide", which only suggests the way to solve the problem. Thus, the initiative of studying falls on the shoulders of the student. An example of a research method can be a brainstorming session, where the teacher only gives a specific problem and directs students to solve it. At the same time, he does not take any part in the discussion itself. This method is actively used in solving practical and scientific problems and for the "birth" of new interesting ideas. It is often used not only in educational activities, but also in the workplace. Large organizations brainstorm employees when they get into a "dead end". With the help of brainstorming, they find a solution to the problem. The purpose of brainstorming is to organize collective activities aimed at achieving and finding solutions to a specific problem. This method allows students to creatively assimilate educational material, discover the connection between theory and practice, activate their educational and cognitive activities, strengthen concentration of attention, as well as the direction of mental efforts to solve the problem. The technology of using game methods in teaching. Game technologies are connected with the game form of interaction between the teacher and students through the implementation of a certain plot. It can be a game or a fairy tale. At the same time, educational tasks and materials are included in the content of the game and are actively used. The educational process involves entertaining, role-playing, computer games, theatrical and business games. Separation of training at the level. Multi—level learning is a technology in which educational material is delivered to groups of students with different depths. This makes it possible for each student to master the educational material in individual subjects from the school curriculum at different levels (1, 2, 3). The basic level is mandatory. The level of education of each child is selected depending on individual characteristics and preferences. The topics prescribed by the standards of education remain the same for all levels of education. The student's transition from level to level is also possible in practice, it happens painlessly, since the content (subject matter) is the same for all levels. Technology training in collaboration. Pedagogy of cooperation is a technology of personality–oriented learning, which is based on such principles as: –self-responsibility for their achievements, as well as for the achievements of the whole group as a whole; -the interdependence of each member of the group from another member; -general educational and cognitive activity in the team; -one assessment of the work of all participants of the same group. There are several collaborative learning technologies. The technology of learning in a team. In this method of teaching, special attention is paid to teamwork and achieving a common goal of cognition. Each member of the group will have to work with other team members, since it is possible to achieve a common goal only by working together. In working with a team, it is important to develop each student, gain skills and new knowledge. The whole group is interested in the assimilation of educational information by each of its members, since the success of the team depends on the contribution of each, as well as in the joint solution of the problem posed to the group. The researchers determined the principles of teamwork. These include: - A common goal. In cases of learning, as a rule, it is the acquisition of knowledge with further application of them. - Complementary skills of the members of the same team. Each individual has his own special skills that help and complement the skills of other individuals in the team. - Strict performance requirements. Each member of the team must understand the performance requirements in working with the team. It should not happen that everyone interacts, but one person does not participate in the work and does not help to come to a common goal. - Mutual responsibility. Understanding responsibility not only for yourself, but also for the whole team as a whole. - A small number of people. It has been proven that the smaller the team, the more productive it is. Although a larger team is more functional. But there are difficulties here. To overcome them, it is necessary to professionally establish roles and rules within the team. We need a leader who will be a "guide". Then the team will become as efficient and efficient as possible. Conclusion. There are many different methods of modern education. With the development of education, they only appear. Teachers are increasingly paying attention to their study and implementation in practice.
