560-562 Changes in the Field of Terminology and Translation Techniques 560 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education Volume 01, Issue 09, 2023 ISSN (E): 2993-2769 Changes in the Field of Terminology and Translation Techniques of English Terms Rahmonberdiyeva Saida Abdulmuxamat qizi PhD student of NamMTI Abstract Currently, terminology is in the focus of world linguistics along with various topics. It is during this period that it is one of the most difficult tasks to find a "terminology" that has acquired a wider meaning and is studied in depth in the science of modern linguistics. Keywords: terminology, term, terminology, transliteration, transcription method. Terminology is one of the current directions of modern linguistic research. Currently, the growth of the issue of terminology is considered, on the one hand, due to the increase of new concepts due to the dynamic development of science, on the other hand, it is explained as a phenomenon related to the insufficient study of issues such as the process of formation, development and function of terms. . Terminology is a very large part of the vocabulary of every language. It is not for nothing that it develops very quickly, because it allows you to create new words. The terminology of a language consists of a system of many terms. A word or combination of words in a special field of knowledge, industry or culture is called a term. The meaning of a word expressed by a term is interpreted by explaining it in a thematic literature. Z. Harris wrote that the expression can be considered a linguistic term I.F. Frizyslar. They are supporters of descriptive linguistics and define utterance as follows: "An utterance is any speech of a person, which can be expressed before or after a silence. Each department or school of science is special in its nature and methods develops terminology. Such special terminology is an important part of scientific research and is of great importance. Because it makes a great contribution to development. The terminology of this field is constantly expanding, as new technical tools have entered more and more fields. One such field is today's construction industry. This field is developing day by day and it is necessary to use new terms... However, B. N. Golovin suggested using the expressions "terminology" and "terminological system" as synonyms denoting a set of terms related to each other at the conceptual, lexical- semantic, word formation and grammatical levels in the fields of professional activity. Other authors, on the contrary, "terminology" and "terminological system" they point out the need to distinguish between the concepts, under the concept of "terminology" they propose to understand a set of terms that accumulate spontaneously, and "terminological system" as a set of organized terms that adequately represent the system of concepts that describe a certain specialized field of human knowledge or activity. The accuracy and strictness of the terms shows the level of science, education, and culture of this nation. The development and regulation of terms is different in different fields of science and depends on the progress of a particular science. Since this development is non-stop, the origin 561 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us and arrangement of new terms is also continuous. In general, careful processing and arrangement of terms in the native language is a necessary resource for creating textbooks and manuals, as well as for conducting classes in the native language. For this reason, the importance of terminology issues in today's Uzbek linguistics is improving year by year. Because the lack of processing and arrangement of terms also affects the style of speech. The fact that the technical qualification is now getting out of a certain narrow scope and gaining mass character and the fact that specialists of various fields widely use the achievements of science and technology in their daily activities requires the elimination of the inconsistency between the high demand for terms and its current state. Because science and technology in life The more important the development is the more important are the terms for its acquisition, management and development. In this respect, the regulation of terms is of great scientific and social importance. Prof. about Uzbek terminology. U. Tursunov's thoughts are also important for our linguistics today. K. M. Musayev compares terminology as the lexicon of the language to a city. He said that although the terminology is built on the basis of a single plan, it is not built all at once. It is formed on the basis of historical conditions different architects, designers, inventors belonging to different generations will participate. They build every building that is being built after studying it well. The specific complexity of terminology regulation is also determined by this. When it comes to translation, we think it is good to dwell on translation and its types. When translating a term from one language to another, we may face the following difficulties; a) Non-existence of a word that expresses the meaning of that term in the language being translated. b) The term being translated does not have the same meaning. This problem can be solved only by the method of translation based on the context. In order to overcome these problems and make the translation process easier, we offer the following translation methods: 1) In this method of transliteration, the term is translated graphically as it is in the original language, letter by letter. For example Интерфейс - Interface - Interfeys Интериор - Interior - Interyer 2) Transcription is the method of translation through sound forms, that is, by pronouncing it exactly as it is said in the language being translated. Интерфейс - Interface - Interfeys Интериор - Interior – Interyer 3) Translation using the Kalka method. This type of translation is considered one of the most convenient methods for a translator. It is a direct translation of a term in one language that fully preserves the semantics of the term in another language. For example: Tom-Roof-Крыш G’isht-Brick-Кирпич 4) Interpretive translation method. Annotated translation method is to translate a term existing in one language into another language by commenting on it if no alternative option is found. For example: Since our scientific 562 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us work is directly related to the term and its translation, the translation of the term is one of the methods given below. we consider it appropriate if used; Speaking about translation, we should pay special attention to the problem of finding a language between the translator and the author. It is very important for a translator to study the work in a comprehensive manner, to work on its vocabulary and realisms, and this requires him to be a scientist and a researcher to some extent. In Uzbek, "finding a language" There is a phrase with multiple meanings. Summary We mentioned the factors that have changed over the years in the field of terminology and served to further enrich the field of terminology. We also touched on the methods of translation from English to Uzbek calculation methods. We have analyzed the order and methods of classification of terms and the state of unification of terms through this classification was also explained. References: 1.
