The article also examines the issues of literature search, selection, placement of literature in these scientific and auxiliary indexes. The authors of the article determine that the compilers of indexes on the history of this period set a noble goal: to achieve complete inclusion of publications on this period. In subsequent years, a number of sources related to the personality and era of Amir Temur were translated, scientific, popular science, and fiction literature was created, which necessitated their identification and systematization. "Amir Temur. Bibliography. In the retrospective bibliographic publication of the researcher “The First Book,” the literature search is aimed at completeness; it is necessary to use literature in previously published bibliographic indicators, since an attempt was made to fill the bibliography of literature published on the history of the State of Amir Temur by language. Here, all types of publications, books, articles, collections, regardless of where and in what language they were published, were tried to be fully included in the bibliography. It should be noted that the first bibliographic index was compiled by the historian B.V. Lunin in this index of publications for this period were divided into twelve sections according to content (1). At the same time, in this bibliographic index, the publication on the life and work of Amir Timur is included in the “General History” section. But this position does not reduce the scientific value of the study; on the contrary, it shows how deep the scientist‟s philosophical observation is. The classification of this bibliographic index was greatly developed by B.V. Lunin in the years of independence and is presented not only in several fundamental publications, one of them is the scientific book “History of the era of Temur and Ulugbek” published in Tashkent in 1996. Boris Vladimirovich searched for and selected publications on the era of Amir Timur from current indexes of book publications and magazine articles on the contents related to the reign of Timur and the Timurids. The scientific works of foreign historians, Russian orientalists, and historians who conducted research during these years were also gradually studied. In 1999, “Amir Temur in the Mirror of World Science” was prepared by academician E.V. Rtveladze and academician A.Kh. Saidov. Literature published in foreign languages was systematized in the bibliographic publication “Amir Temur in the mirror of world history. Bibliography / Responsible for the publication by D. Nurmatov. - Paris, 1996. - 28]. The authors recognized the formation of an independent scientific direction " Temurology" in world historiography. Also, the work of Uzbek and foreign researchers was analyzed in the "Scientific Research" section of the chapter "History of the Period of Amir Temur" of the publication "Amir Temur in World History". In the publication "there was a gradual transition from the initial skills of interpreting the personality of Amir Temur one-sidedly , narrowly and monotonously to a deep, broad and comprehensive perception of it” (Amir Temur in world history. - Tashkent: Shark, 2001. - pp. 214-216) represents a scientific turn in historiography. In 2003, academicians B. Akhmedov, B. Kasymov, I. Niyazov, B. Bannopov, M. Zikrullaev, Y. Muhammedov also conducted research in the field of Temur studies and published “Bibliography of Amir Temur” (Bibliography of Amir Temur (Akhmedov B., Kasymov B., Niyazov I., Bannopov B., Zikrullaev M., Muhammedov Y. French Institute of Central Asian Studies. Tashkent, 2003. - 114 p.). In 2010, in the bibliographic index “History of the reign of Amir Temur”, prepared by O. Rakhmatullaeva, literature published only during the years of independence of Uzbekistan was classified by industry (Rakhmatullaeva A. Historiography of the reign of Amir Temur (Bibliographic index - T.: Science and technology, 2010. – 95 p.). Amir Temur and the historiography of the Timurid era were carried out in Uzbekistan. Most researchers unanimously say that the lack of literature is a problem when studying another historical period, and the researcher of this period is faced with a large amount of literature and different attitudes. This aspect also increases the need for bibliographic research. We see that the search and selection of literature on the topic is aimed at completeness. We can say that the authors of the manual have achieved the goal of completeness by period. The next step in bibliography methodology is the placement of these literatures. In the manual, the literature is organized by language and within them in alphabetical order. A certain conclusion can be reached by scientifically analyzing the correctness of this arrangement of literature by periods, by historical figures, and by periods of the Renaissance. Enidy, on the one hand, is a specialist reader, and for researchers doing scholarly work on the period, this arrangement of literature can lead to a lot of time wasted on research. If the literature were organized by content, then each researcher would work with a publisher in his or her subject area. There is another side to the structure of the alphabet: for those who consider themselves broad readers, one of the researchers is academician S.F.D. Professor G.A. Published scientific books and articles by Pugachenkova about the architecture of this period, i.e. mosques, madrassas, palaces, houses built during this period, the originality of construction, products used in construction, forms used in construction, the content of their decorations. the. Through the reference list in this bibliography, expert readers can learn about the originality and traditionality of examples of art from the Timurid period through the information provided in the books and articles in the list. Famous historian, scientist Ph.D. Professor B.V. Through Lunin's scientific publications, readers can familiarize themselves with a bibliography of publications related to the history of the Timurid period. In this bibliography, he gave a bibliography of literature published in Russian and Uzbek languages of that period. This author also analyzed the handwritten literature of scientific publications from the point of view of source studies, historiography, and gave a bibliography of writers. If the literature in this bibliographic reference book is ordered by relevance to the Timurid era, then specialized readers and scholars can easily find publishers studying issues of science, trade, economics, production, military art, spiritual culture, foreign policy, urban planning and religious views of a particular period that They study. There is one more aspect of this bibliographical manual that can affect the expansion of the readership of the manual and increase its eloquence. This reference book contains annotations for individual scientific books that reveal their content. Annotations of scientific books, monographs and textbooks of particular importance make it possible to expand the scope of services and increase the significance of bibliography. The annotations given for the books are concise and accurate, which can lead readers to the topic of the publishers, whose accuracy has been studied. Most books in Russian in the bibliographic reference book can be listed by publishers in translation from other languages. Such books are also placed in their place in the bibliography according to the type of author. An example of this is the books of French scientists. We can show that their books have been translated into Russian or that their articles written in Russian are listed in the bibliography of their books in Russian. Thanks to the publications in this section, we can find out who in Uzbekistan was engaged in scientific research into the publications of this period or in what direction of the work of this great man. We may also have a reaction to the activities of individual scientists. One of these scientists is probably Akhil Boriev. Because scientific books, articles, popular science publications written by this scientist during this period contain many names. Over the past period, many scientific studies have been carried out in order to create our objective history. A number of important resources have been published. As a result, historians have the opportunity to create large-scale studies. In particular, sources were created for studying unknown aspects of the history of our ancestors and the activities of historical figures who occupied a special place in the past of mankind. Therefore, Amir Temur, who founded a great kingdom in his time, took a worthy place in the history of Uzbek statehood and world history in the field of military skill, and the history of the Timurid era requires much research as a period recognized not only in the development of our country, but also of world civilization. After all, Sahibkiran Amir Temur is a child of our people, who embodied in his dreams the development, peace and security of the nation, the founder of the “Timurid Revival”. Such as Mirzo Ulugbek, Zakhriddain Muhammad Baburi and Boburidov who left architectural monuments, art monuments, park areas and spiritual heritage during these periods there are also many publications. The exemplary life and state activities of Amir Temur and the Timurids, the history of their kingdoms, the study of science and culture in them have always been in the focus of attention of scientists as one of the major scientific areas of history, art history, cultural studies and other sciences. Also, publications and handwritten sources related to the history of Timur and the Timurids have been translated into various languages on a global scale and scientific research is being conducted all over the world. Publications related to the study of the era of Amir Temur and the Temurids in world scientific studies, the formation of the scientific direction “Temur studies”, the creation of the image of Amir Temur and the Temurids in fiction, began much earlier and in all languages of the world. In Uzbekistan, the study of this period was carried out by such scientists as G. A. Pugachenkova, I. Muminov, R. Mukminova, B. V. Lunin, E. V. Rtveladze, P. Zokhidov, L. I. Rempel, A. Orinboev, B. Akhmedov. Fayziev, O. Boriev. After all, we must recognize their merits in covering the history of the life and work of Amir Temur in major publications published during the years of independence. Primary written sources, that is, handwritten books, are covered in special catalogs (Collection of oriental manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. In the bibliographic index for collecting official data (laws, decrees, resolutions and other normative documents) dedicated to perpetuating the memory of Amir Temur in our country. This project contains written sources on the topic, monographs, brochures, a list of dissertations and abstracts, albums dedicated to anniversaries, historical references and chronicles, materials of national and international conferences, textbooks, articles published in domestic and foreign publications. Literature from libraries, museums and funds of foreign countries was also used as much as possible. In particular, about 6,000 different books and articles published in Russian, English, French, Turkish, Arabic and Farsi were collected and systematized as much as possible. The book contained descriptions and explanations of written sources and scientific research, monographs and important books and pamphlets. It should be noted that the bibliography conditionally, due to the extremely large volume of volumes, did not include periodical publications (especially newspapers). Because we hope that periodical materials will be reflected in future editions of this bibliography. In the bibliographic index, all literature is placed in alphabetical order, primarily by language of publication, in the section for surnames and first names of authors. In this bibliography, the term literature includes monographs, treatises, dissertations, abstracts, popular science publications, fiction, etc. Various spellings of the same name, including Timur, Tamerlane, Timur, Temur, Tamerlane, etc. The names are preserved as they appear in the naming of sources and scientific literature. However, it was considered correct to write “Temur” in the comments. In printed publications (this is more common in collective monographs), the direct title of articles without the author's surname is given in alphabetical order. This research, which is carried out at the State Museum of Timurid History, continues because new literature and research are added every year. This situation will become the basis for the creation of further editions of this bibliography in the future, and the project that is planned to be implemented by our scientific group in the future will be called “Bibliography of Amir Temur. It will be continued in the second book. Indeed, in the second edition of the work it is intended to collect scientific literature written in the languages of Eastern and European peoples into a bibliographic index. We hope that this bibliographic index will be recognized as relevant for the science of modern history, will create convenience and opportunity for studying the exemplary life and government of Amir Temur, and will be of practical importance in the direction of future research.
