In the article, it is spoken about active and common borrowings in daily life even if they haven’t been codified yet. The main attention is paid to the peculiarities of the borrowings “biker” and “skinhead”, “holding”. The ideas put forward have been grounded with the help of the examples from mass media. Key words: borrowings, language, social life, biker, holding, skinhead, . Conclucion: This thesis covers some words borrowed from Germanic languages. Among such appropriations, "biker", "skinhead", "holding" were analyzed. The process of the assimilation of these words into the Uzbek language and the lexemes he discovered in this language and their meanings are analyzed. It is known that after the Uzbek language received the status of the state language, the nationalization of our vocabulary became stronger. In the next ten to fifteen years, the terms have been updated so much that it is not easy to define their scope. Because intellectuals, experts, students and teachers, wishing to raise our native language to a position worthy of it, found hundreds of beautiful and favorable terms borrowed from foreign languages related to their fields, and our language became very rich from this noble action. Of course, borrowing words from abroad is characteristic of all languages, and the Uzbek language is no exception. Because countries and peoples have economic, cultural and political relations with each other, they borrow words from each other, and as a result, borrowed words appear in the language. After our country gained independence, a lot of adaptations from Romano-Germanic languages, especially from English, began to appear. It is noteworthy that in newspapers and magazines, in general, in all mass media, there are some appropriations that are completely unfamiliar to the public. To make them easier to understand, many journalists (because the context does not reveal their exact meaning) give brief Uzbek comments to them in parentheses. These comments help newspaper readers to understand the meanings of foreign appropriations, and they are slowly becoming known to the public. Below we will try to cite some of such appropriations as an example of our above opinion. For example: "Biker" "Bikers" (eng. biker, bike-motorbike motorbicykle, "motorcycle") are motorcycle enthusiasts and people who love it. Unlike ordinary motorcyclists, motorcycling is their way of life. The same interest, like-mindedness brings bikers together in one group. Bicycle enthusiasts also call themselves bikers. Motorcyclists are called motobikers. The biker movement originated in the United States. Then it spread to Europe, Russia and other countries. Gradually, they turned into rival groups. The name of the most famous group is "Hells Angels" ("Hell's Angels") Biker's appearance: bandana (a black scarf that is tied behind the back like a pirate's) or a knitted black hat, a leather jacket, over it sleeveless jeans, leather pants. In the next moment, the demand for clothing among them has decreased considerably, they need to find clothes that are comfortable for them. Darakchi 19.06.08y "Skinhead" "Recently, another problem has appeared in front of the city administration. That is, groups of radical skinheads (translated from English as "those who shaved their heads") are appearing in the Moscow region. They brutally torture workers coming from abroad. "They are killing. For example, in 2006 alone, 42 citizens of Tajikistan were killed by skinheads." Darakchi 22.05.08y "Holding" "Holding company (English holding - owner) is a company that owns a control package of shares of other banks and firms in order to control and manage their activities. There are two types of holding company: pure holding company - created only for special control and management purposes; mixed holding - in addition to control and management tasks, also engages in business activities in industry, trade, transport, credit - finance and other areas. "Holding companies are at a high stage of the organization of the capitalist economy." Xalq so’zi 14.10.1996 As an example, it can be noted that the word "holding" has become a part of our daily life, and many linguistic units have been created in the Uzbek language, such as "pure holding" and "mixed holding". Because the use of this word has become a vital necessity for our people, especially for entrepreneurs. "Biker" is a word that is easy to pronounce, but it is still foreign to the Uzbek way of life. In our country, the use of motorcycles as a means of transport has recently declined, and interest in them has also decreased. Not to mention the motorcycle race (yet!). The word "skinhead" may not be fully assimilated into our language, because "making a mess on the streets by shaving your head" is a foreign and undesirable act for our people. In this sense, the absorption of the above-mentioned "unfamiliar borrowings" into our language and becoming "Uzbek" depends solely on the attitude of our people to them. as they remain on the pages of some newspapers as they are used by certain journalists.
