The scientist worked on this work for many years, traveled around the country and collected material for many years, traveled one by one to the vast and large territory inhabited by the Turks, determined the lifestyles, customs, professions, residences, and influence of the clans, tribes, peoples. and carefully studied the peculiarities of their languages. Keywords: proverb, genre, poetic, nature, poetry, folk art, art-historical annals, riddles and problems, tradition. As a result, Mahmud Kashgari was able to identify almost all the Turkic tribes and their languages very carefully and perfectly. He comprehensively determined which tribe each word belongs to, the meaning and form of words, their ancient and modern variants, similarities and differences in the pronunciation of words in the language of tribes. He widely used folk songs and proverbs to prove his point. This work is of special importance in the development of the Uzbek language, and foreign scholars such as Basim Atalay, V.V. Bartold, A.N. Samoylovich, P.K. Juze, S.E. Malov, Andrey Nikolaevich Kononov, Alexander Konstantinovich Borovkov, N.A. Baskakov and Abdurauf Fitrat, Salih Mutallibov, has been studied to some extent by Uzbek linguists such as Natan Mallaev, Gani Abdurahmanov, Hamid Nematov. It is known that the manuscript of "Devonu lug'otit turk" was found in 1914 in Diyarbakir, Turkey. This manuscript of the work was copied by Mahmud Kashgari from the copy written by himself - the original. The copyist of this book is Muhammad bin Abu Bakr bin Abdul Fatih al- Sawi al-Damasqi. This copy was copied in 1266, about 200 years after "Devonu lug'otit turk" was written. The manuscript consists of a large volume with 319 pages, the pages are scattered, torn, the beginning and the end are unknown, the pages are not placed. Now it is stored in Istanbul, in the Ali Amiri Foundation of the Fatih Library. Ali Amiriy, one of the old book fans from Diyarbakir, will introduce this work to the world of science this year. The manuscript "Devonu lug'otit turk" was divided into three parts, the first and second volumes were published in 1915, and the third volume in 1917 in Istanbul under the editorship of Kilisli Rifat. Linguist Bosim Atalay was the first to fully translate the work into Turkish. All three volumes of the work were published in 1939-1941. Basim Atalay is the scientist who not only perfectly translated "Devonu lug'otit Turk" into Turkish, but also scientifically checked it in every way, and tirelessly promoted Koshgari's work. Abdulahad Nuriy collected 251 aphorisms and proverbs from "Devonu lug'otit turk" and published them under the name "Fathers' Words". Shakir Ulkutoshir's small work entitled 539 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us "Kashgharli Mahmud" describes the life and works of Mahmud Koshgharinint and the content of "Devonu Lugotit Turk". In Western Europe, the orientalist Karl Brockelman published his first article on "Devonu lug'otit Turk" in 1920, then compiled a list of words, names, and place names in the work, marked which pages and pages, and published it in 1928 as a separate book (index) with the beginning of the German word. ; He also wrote several articles on the importance of "Devonu Lugotit Turk" for language and literature, as well as its translation. The famous Turkologist Sergey Malov attached great importance to "Devonu lug'otit Turk" both during his work in Tashkent and later. In his monograph "Ancient Turkic Writing Monuments", valuable opinions about the work are expressed and a large bibliography is given. In 1926-1928, Orientalist P.K. Juze wrote two articles dedicated to "Devonu Lugotit Turk". P. K. Jose was originally a Palestinian Arab and was born in 1871. He studied at Kazan University, worked as a professor in Kazan and Baku, died in Baku in 1942. In his articles, he gave a very high assessment to the work "Devonu lug'otit turk" and highlighted its great importance. He writes: "Mahmud's work "Devonu lug'otit Turk" collected almost all the North-Eastern tribes that were part of the Karakhanid state at that time. It is safe to say that the basic laws of phonetics and etymology of Turkic languages, which were studied recently (at the end of the 19th century) in Russia and the East, were identified and studied by Mahmud in the 11th century. Mahmud's investigations are so wide and deep that even if such a work was written in the 19th century, he would have been honored. Like Mahmud Kashgari's "Devonu Lugatit Turk", the work was not created in the world of science even in later centuries. An example of his work is "Turkish dictionary". Among Uzbek scientists, Abdurauf Fitrat, the ideological leader of the Turkestan Jadidism movement, initiated the study of the work "Devonu lug'otit Turk" on a scientific basis. One of his studies on the work "Devonu lug'otit Turk" is called "Samples of the oldest Turkish literature". This research-complex was published in 1927 in the reformed Arabic script, in which Fitrat collected poetic fragments from the famous work "Devonu lug'otit Turk" by Mahmud Kashgari, the founder of the science of Turkic studies, and classified them according to literary types and genres. At the beginning of the article called "A couple of words", important ideas are expressed for the history of the Uzbek language and literature, Turkic linguistics and Uzbek literary studies. Among them, the following can be said: a) Mahmud Kashgari, V.V.Radlov and A.N.Samoylovich's scientific views on the classification of Turkic languages are analyzed in detail; b) the main sources of the new Uzbek literary language are correctly defined; v) the poetic passages in the work "Devonu lug'otit turk" are clearly classified according to literary types and genres; g) The scientific-historical importance of the work "Devonu lug'otit Turk" is correctly evaluated. As mentioned above, the manuscript of "Devonu lug'otit turk" was found in Diyarbakir, Turkey in 1914, a photocopy of this 319-page manuscript was published in Istanbul by Kilisli Rifat in 1915-1917 in three volumes. Fitrat tried to research it using this publication. First, he expresses his attitude to the Turkic language classifications of Mahmud Koshgari, V.V.Radlov and A.N.Samoylovich. It is known that the classification of V.V. Radlov is mainly based on the territorial-geographical point of view, and according to that Turkic languages are divided into four groups. They are as follows: 1. Eastern group (this group includes the language of Altai, Chulim, Khakas, Shor, Tuva and Enasay Turks). 2. Western group (this group includes Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Karakalpak, Tatar, Bashkir languages). 3. Central Asian group (Uighur and Uzbek languages are included in this group). 4.
