The main part: extracurricular activities — a component of the educational educational work of a general secondary school, one of the forms of organizing students ' free time. Extracurricular activities provide a wide range of opportunities for the formation of students as a harmonious personality and their preparation for life. Extracurricular activities include a diverse system of activities conducted with students and aimed at providing them with upbringing and knowledge. Such classes are organized by the pedagogical team, the head of the class, the leadership of youth organizations and children's self-government organizations at extracurricular times. Students ' palaces, young technicians, young naturalists, a young tourist club and other institutions outside the school are of great help in organizing extracurricular activities. As the main forms of extracurricular work are public works (activities in school clubs, holding nights, debates and competitions, organizing quizzes and exhibitions, going on excursions to nature, schools and museums), circle works (participation of students in various circles, sports sections, ensembles), independent works (extracurricular studies of students, collection, technique, music, fine arts, drawing, etc.k. can be shown to deal independently with). Methods of organizing the leadership of extracurricular and extracurricular activities. With out a clear planning of educational work at school, its content, forms and methods, it is difficult to achieve the goal that is already achieved without prioritizing, putting it in a certain system. The educational impact of extracurricular activities depends to a large extent on the level of Organization of the educational process and on how the team of students manages diverse work. Extracurricular activities are not limited to a mandatory program, but their youth voluntarily unites different students. On their initiative, they carry out work, qi-instilling in science, bringing them into the environment of the cultural life of the people. Extracurricular activities are the most important factor in the content of social activity, social consciousness and moral habits in a person. Because the future generation should be educated, organized, stable, true citizens of our native country.Civil activity stabilizes recognition of rights and duties before its state, conscious adherence to the standards of living and morality set by society, activity in labor and community, spiritual maturity:responsible for the fate and effect of reforms, conducting a priority state policy on the formation of selfless individuals for the tomorrow and future of the land-Miz;political awareness and social, that is, to understand and perceive the internal and international policies of the state. Patriotism is the feeling of internationalism, the desire to actively participate in social political life;civil duty to the people, the state, that is, the principles of legislation, the right and duty to his homeland, the neighborhood, the family, their strict adherence to them. Uncompromising treatment of violations of legislation.The deputy director for spiritual and educational affairs of the school instructs the relevant pedagogical staff in connection with the tasks set out in the charter. The service addresses the issues of organizing extracurricular and extracurricular activities and opening new circles based on the scope of the task. Independent work is an active type of exercise, in the process of performing it, students learn to think and operate independently. Independent work is especially necessary and of great importance in schools with a small complement, which is worked with two or three classes at the same time. Children are prepared approximate to do independent work in reading lessons, of course. When preparing students for independent work, the purpose of the assignment is explained to them briefly and clearly. The size of the selected text for independent work should be small and correspond to the level of readers. The types of independent work are different, and when choosing it, the preparation of readers, the character of the text to be read, the stage of study of the work are taken into account. Conclusion: Our conclusion is that questionnaires are conducted from school directors, teachers, students, hattokiota-mothers, and valuable information is collected on factors affecting the quality of education in the school, including school resources, students ' views on education, teaching methods and how much the knowledge of students in the home environment is supported. Extracurricular studies are organized on the basis of independent activities of students. This assumes, on the one hand, a special consideration of the age characteristics of the readers,the circle of their interests, on the other hand, the suitability and artistic perfection of the works recommended for reading to the subject of the program. Also, in the process of extracurricular study, special attention is paid to speech cultivation work. Because the methods used in it: expressive reading of the text, reading into roles, selective reading, memorization, drawing up a plan on the content of the work and retelling on this basis, shortening, narrating by personality, identifying the subject of the work, characterizing the characters, etc.are important in the cultivation of the oral speech of readers. Reading and learning folk oral creativity (fairy tale, proverb, riddle) in extracurricular reading lessons is one of the important factors in the cultivation of oral speech through the analysis of a work of art.
