INTRODUCTION The role of teachers, especially class leaders, in improving the quality of education and effectively organizing lesson processes in general education schools is incomparable. The head of the class means a pedagogue who leads a group of students of the same level, age, and knowledge. Regulation of the tasks of class leaders and their activities according to the order of the Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 22, 2021 No. 41 "On the organization of the activities of a single class leader in general secondary educational institutions from the 5th grade" ra is implemented.[1] According to him, the main tasks of class leaders are as follows:  as one of the main pedagogues in the educational system of the educational institution, organizing the education and training of the students of the class assigned to him (hereinafter referred to as the students of the class);  behave and dress in accordance with the rules of etiquette and internal order strict adherence to culture;  to be an example in the team;  monitoring of students' growth based on pedagogical observations to do;  national pride, patriotism, kindness, responsibility, initiative, arousing businesslike feelings;  organizing the spiritual and educational education of students, teachers, youth leaders, psychologists, parents and their substitutes (hereinafter referred to as parents), juvenile commissions through the management of the educational institution, neighborhood, law enforcement working in cooperation with departments, relevant state and non-state organizations. 95 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us MAIN PART Class leaders organize their activities on the basis of comprehensive educational work and specific criteria, taking into account the age characteristics of students, the general level of development and abilities. The activity of the head of the class is carried out in three important directions: individual approach to each student, relations with the team of school teachers, external environment, i.e. interaction with parents. These areas of activity are interconnected and include individual work with the student, harmonizing relationships with peers, helping him to realize his identity in the extracurricular environment and find a worthy place in society. Successful socialization in the student community is an indispensable condition for personal development. In turn, the classroom serves as a natural ground for self-realization of each student as a subject of the educational environment. Establishing constructive, positive relations with the parents of students is one of the daily tasks of a classroom teacher. To do this, organizing joint events is one of the most effective ways to establish relations at the school- family level. Class leaders simultaneously participate in the formation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of the student's personality in the intellectual, physical and spiritual spheres. For this, he must have information about the personal characteristics of each child, the social environment in the family. In the event of a problem with the students' psychological conditions, the level of learning, the student should be helped to find an optimal solution by studying the existing conditions created for the student's education with his parents. In addition, many parents today do not have complete information about their children's interests and abilities. It is appropriate for them to cooperate with their children's class leaders in solving this problem.[2] "Golden triangle - teacher, student, parent" When working with students, the teacher performs the following processes together:  visiting the student's family and establishing contact with parents.  analysis of student activity.  registration of student's personal work.  control of attendance and prevention of deviant behavior. In such situations, the democratization of the relations of the parties imposes several important tasks: Ø Equalization of student and teacher rights; Ø the student's right to free choice; Ø the right to make mistakes; Ø to have one's own point of view; Ø the relationship between the pedagogue and the students is poor, not to forbid; Ø Not control, co-manage, coerce, persuade, command, organize, limit, allow free choice. Although education at school is a leading activity, one of the other functions of class leaders is to conduct educational work with the student body and to form positive and socially significant aspects of behavior aimed at accepting the moral standards of society. Such activities are carried out in various forms:  Thematic meetings; Types of educational activities;  Active participation in socially required forms of behavior; (helping veterans, participating in Saturdays, organizing concerts, shows, contests).[3] 96 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us RESULTS The class leader is the main person who influences the class environment and the way students interact. According to the experience of high school students at the general education school, at the beginning of the academic year, the efficiency of students' mastery of general education subjects is 58%. In this class, an experienced teacher is appointed as the head of the class, and after 2 quarters, we can see that the students' mastery has increased by 79%, and in addition, the social activity and attendance of the students of the class has increased. This is achieved through the high level of competence of the class leader and his skillful pedagogic-psychology. Research shows that an exemplary classroom teacher is the single most important factor contributing to student achievement in the classroom, and they must have the following skills: 1. Strong communication skills - communication process is the main part of education; 2. Listening - the best teachers are the best listeners; 3. Adaptability is one of the basic skills necessary for a teacher who can teach students of different learning levels or different styles; 4. Encourage a love of learning - when students enjoy learning, they are more likely to attend class, learn better, and value continued learning. 5. The use of alternative teaching methods - the ability to use pedagogical methods and technologies depending on the level of the student and the type of lesson has a great impact on the effectiveness of the lesson. CONCLUSION In conclusion, the following recommendations can be presented instead  First of all, it is important to correctly distribute organizational tasks in the classroom. It is appropriate for the head of the class to assign tasks to each student according to their talents, interests and scientific potential. In this case, I suggest the "Assistant Teacher" method. We know that in every class there are definitely students who show more interest in a subject and have higher educational results. Making this student an assistant teacher in this subject will give good results. An assistant teacher helps the teacher to check homework and perform actions on the topic that classmates do not understand well. As a result, both the science teacher covers the whole class in the lesson and the supervision increases, and the assistant's knowledge in the field of science expands and strengthens. Students with low mastery will have the opportunity to get additional information about the complex part of the subject from their classmates.  Second, in order to improve the existing ability of students who are talented in arts, sports and organizational fields in each class, the following procedure will be effective: 1) To appoint students who are talented in art, sports and creative activities as class leaders, organizers, nurses and sports coaches; 2) At the end of the week, receive a report on the work done, discuss achievements and shortcomings; 3) Encouragement and awarding of active line captains; 97 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us As a result of the above method, students of the class will develop cooperation, social and leadership competencies, and it will be a good opportunity to develop the talent of talented students who are leaders in the fields. In this regard, the results of cooperation with the school psychologist and parents increase the educational efficiency and increase the level of basic competence of the students. REFERENCES 1.
