Keywords: M.Berlis method, foreign languages, computer technology, scholarship, listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills. 1. INTRODUCTION In Uzbekistan, attention to foreign languages is very high. This is important for taking its place in the development of our country. English, Russian, Arabic, French and other languages are given a lot of attention here. Great attention is paid to the study and teaching of foreign languages in order to develop the environment of territorial and foreign investments of Uzbekistan, to develop international trade relations and to increase the country's capabilities. This will help to further strengthen the integration of our country around the world. Some of the focus on foreign languages or groups in Uzbekistan is in areas such as medicine, education, diplomacy, businesses, and conservatories. Usually, it is also very important to know foreign languages when communicating with international organizations, governments and companies. Therefore, it is important for people from Uzbekistan to learn English, Russian, French, Spanish and other foreign languages. With this knowledge, people will have more opportunities for their own development. Also, the official visit of the President of France on November 1-2, 2023 served to develop the French language in our country. In particular, the 2nd Alliance center was opened in the city of Samarkand. This is another opportunity for French language learners. 2. METHODS French is taught as a foreign language in many cities and regions of Uzbekistan. All conditions for learning and teaching the French language have been created in schools. French language science is becoming more and more necessary nowadays; general education institutions have begun to teach the topic. In order to equip themselves with the essential scientific information, students will acquire proficiency in the phonetics, lexis, and grammar of the French language during their school days. Methodical books and manuals have been published. In addition to providing education, French programs help pupils grow as individuals. When it comes to ensuring that pupils use their theoretical and scientific understanding of the language in practice and provide them with the practical skills required for independent life, we understand arming. This involves establishing a connection between theory and practice in the classroom. Linking theory and practice The phenomenon of the language being studied exposing pupils to the growth of speech activity, French turn teaching to relevant purposes, and language education to life means to establish a connection with people's work activities and daily life. Basically, M.Berlis method is used in the lessons. He organized foreign language teaching courses in the USA in 1878 and he is a famous Methodist scientist in the history of teaching 324 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us methods of foreign languages created by textbooks[1]. That is, that the mother tongue does not participate in learning a foreign language during classes, attempts are made to produce the meaning of language phenomena with the help of demonstrations, to memorize new material first orally, and then to memorize it using the chain method. In addition, attention is paid to improving students' listening, speaking and reading skills through the use of various innovative technologies. 3. RESULTS Thanks to the development of computer technology, both language learning and teaching are now easier. Especially in schools, foreign language rooms, especially French language rooms, are provided with all equipment. Interest in the French language is very popular among young people. Including, President of France Emmanuel Macron, who visited Uzbekistan on November 1-2, 2023 at the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, highly appreciated the interest and potential of Samarkand schoolchildren in learning the language and being able to speak French fluently. At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shahboz Gaybullayev won a grant to study at Sarbon University in France and became the winner of the President of France‟s scholarship. As expected, interest in learning the French language is increasing among young people[4]. 4. DISCUSSION Nonetheless, it is important to consider the pupils' early abilities, intelligence, and talents when teaching them French. Independent creative thought, its vocal output in compliance with speech requirements to develop the abilities of clear, concise, and fluid written expression, and it is meant to use games and psychological exercises with a focus on development. The use of demonstratives in French language instruction is discussed in terms of repetition, outward expression, and information accumulation. During the classes, students must directly observe objects, pictures, and other materials in order to better comprehend their logical essence, articulate built materials vocally, and strengthen their ability to observe independently in order to establish and improve basic speech abilities. As a complex of technologies serves to promote efficiency, it appears that interactive techniques and electronic textbooks are modern information French language education of our country. The lessons are also meaningful and engaging, and they are well-organized thanks to the following interactive techniques. 5. CONCLUSION In conclusion, it is important to note that studying foreign languages is a complex process that makes a person even more ideal. Psychological shifts, for instance, can involve comparing one's mother tongue with a foreign language. It goes without saying that in this process, a variety of instructional techniques must be used. Own rather, as is to be expected while studying a foreign language, utilizing a variety of approaches increases intensity. This makes learning a language easier, and it has sufficient impact. In other words, the availability of numerous resources for learning and teaching foreign languages creates chances. This makes it easier to achieve the intended goal and the methods mentioned above will undoubtedly help a lot in this. REFERENCES: 1.
