In today's developing era, every person, that is, every person who wants to achieve a certain goal in the future, should learn a language. Not only one's mother tongue, but also any language that is considered a global language around the world, 1. Setting the goal correctly What should we pay attention to when learning English? First of all, there should be a goal in learning any language. It is not good to just learn a language, this way of learning is ineffective. Any work that begins without a goal is bound to fail. In the process of language learning, students should know exactly why they are learning the language. Since language learning is a long and difficult process, a person who starts this process without a goal will never be able to learn the language perfectly. if you are reliable and serious, any difficulty will be easily overcome. 2. Repeated reinforcement It is not for nothing that it is said "Repetition is the basis of knowledge". It can be seen that don't memorize new words or learn a new grammar rule if you don't repeat it, you will definitely forget it, especially if it is in the process of learning a language. it becomes more and more useless. 3. Make a conversation Another way to learn the language perfectly is to use it in conversation. Conversation can be in any form, that is: 1. Communicate with friends of the same level 2. Participation in various speaking clubs 3. Finding a partner for continuous English practice These methods are one of the effective aspects of learning English. If we talk about the first one, if the students with the same level of knowledge learn the language with interest and compete with each other in the language learning process, and as a result, it will be easy for them to achieve high results. It is not for nothing that we go to language courses to learn any language, and as a result, we learn this language perfectly and deeply. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to the 66 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us level of language courses. The atmosphere in such clubs helps to learn the language more interestingly. Among these, the most effective is to find a constant conversation partner. By making plans with a partner and following them, higher levels can be achieved. 4. Getting rid of fear and shyness It seems that the biggest enemies of students are: not speaking because of shyness knowing the language, fear of speaking and being ridiculed by others. The one who tries to speak, even if he doesn't know the language better, wins than the one who is shy to participate in conversations despite knowing the language. Another is to avoid making mistakes: Making mistakes is an important and positive part of learning a language. Only by experimenting with the language and receiving feedback can students begin to work out how the language works.' (from Blueprint intermediate Teacher's Book by Abbs and Freebairn) Making mistakes is an important and positive part of language learning. Only by experimenting with language and receiving feedback can students develop how language works.' The student should be trained to learn by making as few mistakes as possible ". He must be trained to adopt correct learning habits right from the start. A student should make as few mistakes as possible and learn the language. And it should also be adapted to the habits of starting right from the beginning. 1 Whatever you do, enjoy what you do. Learning a language is hard work. But if you like what you're doing, you won't want to give up. Don't just learn a language. Play games, solve crosswords and puzzles, sing songs and read stories. The important thing is not to be afraid to make mistakes. Often the best way to learn is by making mistakes Since learning a language is a long and arduous process, you should try to make it as easy as possible. Your smartphone will come in handy. There are free English learning programs that can be installed on smartphones. The most popular among them are Duolingo and Memrise. Duolingo and Memrise are similar. But the first noticeable difference is that in Duolingo, words are pronounced more in American English, and in Memrise in British English. A person who knows a little English can listen to TED talks. After installing TED on your smartphone, you can listen to the conversation with subtitles if you select English subtitles in the Settings section. List of references 1. Brown, H.D. (2007).
