Also, in the era of today's information threats, some unpleasant situations that have a negative impact on the education of young people, which have become a high value for thousands of years, and turn young people away from our traditions, such as kindness, prayer, respect for elders and respect for children, are scientific- theoretical from the point of view of spiritual and moral values. In our country, young people are being given ample opportunities to get modern education, to enjoy the riches of world culture and spirituality, like the youth of developed countries. At the same time, in the era of today's information threats, there are some unpleasant situations that have a negative impact on the education of young people, which turn young people away from our traditions, which have become high values for thousands of years, such as kindness, prayer, respect for elders and honor for children. In the current era of globalization, the Internet has emerged as the most optimal means of human communication and information exchange. Today, most of the information is distributed to the world through the Internet. The volume of information on the Internet is very large, and due to its diversity, it has a negative effect on the minds of young people. LITERATURE REVIEW. Due to the high demand for information in the era of globalization, people are getting the various information they need. At the moment, in the process of development, it is an urgent issue to believe in the impartiality or truthfulness of the information distributed on the Internet. For example, some messages on the Internet encourage acts of vandalism. The fact that various extremist groups and subversive organizations are currently using such methods of information dissemination is causing concern to the whole world. In fact, the Internet is one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century, a huge information highway that enables the exchange of information. Meanwhile, the reality of life shows that any product of development can be used for two different purposes. Today, most young people spend their free time in internet clubs and get various information and information from there. On the one hand, this creates ample opportunities for young people to get an education, and on the other hand, the ideas foreign to our national ideology entering through this system have a negative impact on their morale. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY. As the majority of our country's population is made up of young people, it is necessary to create a healthy information environment for young people in the current conditions of globalization, that is, various threats in the information space. We must inculcate creative ideas in the minds of young people. Otherwise, a spiritual vacuum will appear in their minds, which will immediately be occupied by destructive ideas. If we look at the negative impact of Internet networks on the minds of our youth from a psychological point of view, the human brain is malleable and flexible. The positive wonders of the Internet are many, and it is important that it serves to further increase our intellectual potential. Currently, the Internet, which is expanding day by day, is expanding the possibilities of people. In recent years, the use of social networks, which have become popular among young people, is increasing day by day and is becoming a daily activity of young people. Every day, millions of young people use this type of service on the Internet: some are friends, some are customers, some are looking for employers and workers, and some are using fbekor to pass time. Today, there are different views about the future development of social networks, and this development will depend on the target audience of social networks. Undoubtedly, the youth audience can be cited here. Young people, who are considered to be a socially active force and are always eager to create innovations everywhere, are aware of the world, regional and national news in social networks, advertise their knowledge and capabilities, get to know their educated and talented peers, relate to their life, profession, and creativity. discussing many issues together with their peers and finding the right solutions to them. This is a good thing. But just like the other side of the coin, there are also some problematic downsides. It is known that there are no restrictions or conditions for establishing communication in social networks. In real communication, there are such things that cannot be said from the point of view of humanity. And in social networks, they can be said in writing. Social networks are pushing aside the classic institutions of youth socialization - family, school, friends, and real communication circles of peers. This, in turn, has a negative impact on the personal development of young people. ANALYSIS AND RESULTS. The Internet has made it possible for young people to get information easily. This, in turn, leads to mixing of various information in the brain of young people, such as watching a video on YouTube, listening to music, communicating with someone on one of the social networks, browsing web pages at the same time. Just as overeating can have a negative effect on the body, it can also have a negative effect on the brain of young people. According to the researches of scientists, all kinds of attention-grabbing factors in the form of social networks cause a decrease in memory, a decrease in the ability to perceive, literally causing the disease of insanity. In addition, according to the research of British scientists, the lack of real communication between people damages their immune system, hormonal balance, and the work of arteries and blood vessels. As a conclusion, it is necessary to say that today it is important to raise the qualities of young people who correctly perceive the essence of social and political processes, who can look at the great future with the eyes of hope, and fight against internal and external information threats. The ХХst century is the age of information. Information and communication technologies are rapidly entering every field and are constantly developing. Today's image of the education system is changing radically. Traditional, theory-based education was replaced by education based on new pedagogical methods and information and communication technologies. Modern computer technology and the Internet system have removed territorial and distance boundaries in the education system, as in all fields. This accelerated interregional integration. Therefore, today's teacher should not only have a perfect knowledge of modern computer technology, but also discover its new possibilities. The development of science and technology requires a radical reform of the continuous education system, including its principles, content, and educational process. One of these problems is the use of new information technologies in the educational process. The use of computer technologies in the educational process can be carried out mainly in two directions: the computer as an object of learning and as a teaching tool. Firstly, in the process of acquiring knowledge and skills, the computer leads to understanding the possibilities and increasing computer literacy, and secondly, the computer is considered a tool that increases the efficiency of education. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATIONS. The global network is developing rapidly and its possibilities are expanding. The appearance of more than a few million information resources in the virtual space every day indicates that its volume is growing every minute. Some scientists associate the Internet with the emergence of a computerized world of material prosperity that is friendly to man, while others predict a sharp democratization of society as a result of the use of new telecommunication technologies.
