Zoirova Teacher, International Innovation University Abstract: The article presents methods of how one of the 3 main competences accepted for applied sciences defined in the "National Curriculum" can be used in practice to develop the competence of aesthetic culture and creativity. Keywords: methodology, private methodology, higher education, primary classes, steam, textbooks, painting, technology, nature, education, music literacy, listening to music. In this period of rapid development of our country's children, young people, and students, their independent thoughts, views, and interests are carried out freely. I want to say that the opportunities provided in our country are only for the benefit of the individual and we should appreciate it in time. President Sh. Mirziyoyev said, "Love for music and art is formed from childhood in the family environment. It is difficult to find a person in our country who does not have dutor, doira rubob or other musical instruments in his home, who lives without feeling the life-giving effect of music in his life. The most important thing is that today the art of music has a greater and stronger influence than other types of art on the development of our modern generation in the spirit of high spirituality. The word "Methodology" is based on the research results of pedagogy, psychology, aesthetics and art science, and means to know and learn. "Private methodology" means the method of one discipline. The basis and quality of the educational content in any educational institution is built on the basis of the teacher's methodology. Students are formed on the basis of the knowledge built on the basis of the methodology of their teachers, from primary school until they graduate from higher education institutions and become the owner of a profession. The teacher's methodology should be so strong that it is highly developed both pedagogically, psychologically, culturally, and educationally, so that it does not leave a gap in the student's mind in reaching this knowledge. Concept of teaching and development of the science of music culture in the preschool and school education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, concept of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2035, adopted on the basis of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5712 of 29.04.2019 The Republic of Uzbekistan "Concept of development of preschool and school education" and "National curriculum" of September 23, 2020 were adopted. It introduced the teaching of applied sciences, including the science of music culture, through the STEAM program in the National Curriculum. 392 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us Steam education is an education aimed at developing creativity and innovation, showing how the knowledge, skills and competences imparted on the basis of DTS are scientifically relevant to everyday life. In the development of the science of music culture, a number of educational programs, new textbooks, and new technologies have been introduced to this day, and this certainly shows a very good effect. In primary grades, textbooks were changed to be simple, interesting for the student, and exercise books created for music literacy were very relevant. In the scientific literature created until today, there are different views and opinions about teaching young students who have musical knowledge to independent, creative thinking, self-formation and development. According to Methodist music education specialists, teaching students to think creatively and independently is one of the most urgent tasks of Uzbek pedagogy in the period of independence, and these opinions are very reasonable. Core competencies for each subject support these visions. There are 3 competencies for applied sciences, one of them is the competency "Development of aesthetic culture and creativity". It is intended that teachers work with students without limiting themselves to theoretical knowledge. In music culture lessons, students' aesthetic culture is developed not only for the subject of music culture, but also through integration with other subjects. "Aesthetic education is a special form of education aimed at the formation of aesthetic consciousness and attitude. The goal of aesthetic education is to form the ideals of moral humanity, the ability to see, feel, understand and create beauty in students for the comprehensive development of the individual. If there are about 20-30 students in a classroom, we cannot say that all of them love art or have an aesthetic sense and education. Listening to music in music lessons helps us a lot in carrying out this education from the primary grade. In the process of listening to music, using the methodology of awakening students' imaginations and writing them down, and sharing conversations with their imagination reactions during the process of listening to music, develops their independent thinking skills. For this, if we use subjects such as painting, technology, reading, the world around us, and education, we can connect the integration between subjects and reveal the main content of competence. In the development of creativity, it is important to use theoretical knowledge in practical activities. For example, from the theoretical knowledge given in the lessons of music and culture, it is possible to carry out activities such as trying out the tasks of making, decorating, and drawing on practical instruments when the subject of the violin key or the location of notes for elementary grades, similar topics are passed. In order to arouse students' interest in the course of the lesson, to improve their aesthetics, culture, and to increase their creativity, the course of the lesson and the external environment of the classroom, and the beauty of the external environment, are also of great importance. Applied science rooms should be based on variety and variety of materials should be taken into account. Aesthetic education of the student, awakening of beauty and love in the heart should be carried out in harmony not only with music. Only the music is lacking. I mean that the teacher of music culture should show at least the speed of things created through visual aids, pictures related to other practical subjects as mentioned above, various manual labors, and connect them to appropriate music for the subject. Showing lips will greatly help the growth of aesthetics and creativity. The conclusion is that beauty, music, art, and culture enter a person's mind quickly and purposefully, regardless of the stage and stage of education, and the intended result can be easily achieved. At the stages of our education, the science of music culture is not only about aesthetic education and introducing the student to music, but also about bringing out his abilities and ensuring that our art and national music culture reach the hands of future generations. 393 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us REFERENCES 1.
