Keywords: Creativity, elementary school, competence, experience, reading, speech. Enter. In our republic, teaching the young generation to think independently and creatively has become a state-level issue. In the world pedagogy and psychology, special attention is paid to the problem of directing primary school students to creative activities during the educational process. The use of non-standard lesson forms and interactive teaching methods is of great importance in improving the effectiveness of primary education mother tongue and reading literacy classes and in developing students' creative thinking skills. The main goal of teaching mother tongue and reading literacy is to train young people to be creative and independent, to express their thoughts freely and effectively, meaningfully and logically in written and oral form, to consciously master the rules of the Uzbek language. 'teaching is also focused on broadening their horizons. In the classes of mother tongue and reading literacy, special attention is paid to forming the skills of students to understand, understand and react to the text, not limited to memorizing the text and repeating poems. Literature analysis and methodology: Sh.Abdullayeva, M.Kulakhmetova, Ch.T.Shakirova, among the scientists of our republic, can be recognized for their work on organizing lessons in elementary classes based on modular innovative technologies, and forming students' creative thinking ability. Also, various aspects of teaching in the primary classes of general secondary schools were discussed by B.R.Adizov, A.R. Hamroyev, R.Ibragimova, Sh.Nurullayeva, Sh.Sharipov, F.Khojjiyeva. studied. The psychological foundations of the thinking process were studied by E. Ghaziyev, V. Karimova, R. Sunnatova and Z. Nishonova, while the problem of developing sanogenic (healthy) thinking was studied by experts. Creative assignments in the primary-grade mother tongue and reading literacy classes play an important role in developing students' thinking, writing and speaking skills. In the process of learning mother tongue, creative exercises should be given to draw students' attention[1-3].  The educational importance of the mother tongue as a subject is that it is sharply different from other subjects due to its relationship with life.  Working in methodical methods typical for native language lessons of primary classes only.  In the emotional impact of educational material on students.  Only in the process of using creative assignments in mother tongue classes. 433 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us In the education of the mother tongue of elementary grades, there is also talk about the use of exercises and preparation for them, because students must be psychologically and logically prepared to perform such exercises in advance: Exercises that increase creative activity in primary grades are related to the constant preparation of students. Being busy leads to creative tasks [4]. In the general secondary education system, the influence of students' thinking, creative organization of the learning process, problem-based research method, creative works, didactic games on the learning and thinking of students secret number of scientists has been the object of research. For example, the process of teaching students to think creatively in the process of literary education is reflected in the research of Q. Husanboyeva. In order to effectively develop the creative abilities of schoolchildren, the use of heuristic methods should be combined with the use of algorithmic methods of creativity. Based on the analysis of the literature (G.S. Altshuller, V.A. Bukhvalov, A.A. Gin, M.A. Danilov, A.M. Matyushkin, etc.), the following requirements for creative tasks can be distinguished:  Openness (content of the problematic situation or conflict);  Conformity of the condition to the selected methods of creation;  Ability to find different solutions;  Taking into account the current level of development;  Taking into account the age characteristics of students. When choosing the content for the system of creative tasks, two factors were taken into account: 1. The creative activity of elementary school students is mainly carried out on the problems solved by the society, 2. Creative possibilities of the content of primary school subjects. According to modern researchers, the most important pedagogical conditions for the development of children's creative activity are:  Changing the nature of the activity;  Friendly atmosphere in children's educational activities;  Formation of the team. It is necessary to remember the importance of choosing a strategy of interaction between the teacher and the student when organizing artistic and creative activities[5]. In practice, as researchers note, two methods are usually used when choosing an interaction strategy:  Development from the outside, as an intervention in the inner world of a person, imposing on him developed methods, norms of activity and behavior;  Development from the inside, such as encouraging activity, independence, responsibility, showing respect for the individual, revealing the opportunities inherent in him, developing creative abilities[6]. It should not be forgotten that the requirements for all students are the same, but the level of students is not the same. Naturally, not everyone can do the tasks correctly. In this case, students can be interested by simplifying the exercise condition by giving additional assignments[7-9]. To conclude, these characteristics of a creative person are formed only thanks to the democratic communication style. In this case, the teacher takes into account the individual characteristics of a person, his experience, the specifics of his needs and capabilities, and he must be objective in his assessment, versatile and proactive in his communication with children. The most effective is communication based on a shared passion for creative activity. The basis of this method is the high professionalism of the teacher[10]. After all, passion for creative research is not only a 434 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us result of communicative activity, but also a result of attitude towards pedagogical activity in general. According to many teachers, the most important condition for the organization of artistic and creative activities of schoolchildren is not only the development of interest, a taste for non- standard solutions, the ability to think trivially, but also new and unusual things. is to develop a willingness to perceive, to create a creative environment created by the desire to use and implement them.
