This article spoke about the importance of national customs in the education of preschool children. Keywords: national customs and values, sets of history, ancestral heritage, natural-historical unity, spiritual heritage, national pride, positive development. The system of values, which is an expression of national values and their connection, along with the nation itself, ranges of history, zayilar of times, passes from the past through various social and political processes towards the future. These values are more related to the ethnic characteristics and ethnic space of the nation. And the social development of the people will continue to be inextricably linked with the prosperity of their national ethnic values. Each people or nation, as a result of improving its own colorful values, forms universal values and develops its facets. National values are not only preserved in a narrow circle according to value, but are constantly renewed in the process of prosperity and marriage, enriching the values of other peoples with achievements. National values are inextricably linked with the natural-historical development of the nation, social life, way of Life, Past, Future, Culture, spirituality, customs, traditions, language of the territory in which it arose, etc. They are manifested from different forms, in close contact with each other, form a unique system of national values. In this system, the values that provide natural-historical unity - blood-kinship, cultural spiritual closeness, past and spiritual heritage, customs of the motherland, etc. - are considered relatively stable. They represent a characteristic in the national value system regarding certain values of daily or practical importance that change rapidly during historical processes, with the national value system maintaining its place and importance for a longer time. The above-mentioned customs and traditions reflecting the nationality of the Uzbek people have not lost their place over the centuries. The traditions of the Uzbek people have been considered very important in the formation of the Uzbek nation for centuries, and the Uzbek family is alive with its traditions and customs. One of the main characteristics of every Uzbek family is hospitality and respect for elders. Usually, all Uzbek families live in large families consisting of several generations, and therefore they like large houses with a yard. Greetings - when shaking hands or hugging, it is customary to ask: "How is the person's health at work and at home." Most of the traditions are related to family life and consist of birth and upbringing of a child (cradle wedding, circumcision wedding), marriage (blessing wedding). We all know that increasing the importance of the same national values and traditions in the development of children of preschool age, forming a sense of respect for national customs and traditions in them, awakening a sense of patriotism in them begins first with the family, then with the organization of preschool education. It should be mentioned here that the neighborhood should not be left out of these situations. After all, seven neighborhoods are responsible for the education of one child. If we look from the outside, how much influence do our national traditions and values have on the education of preschool children? It is extremely important to rely on the legacy of our ancestors, especially in the spirit of national and universal values, to educate the worthy successors of our future, our young people, as well- rounded people. President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev states in his book "We will resolutely continue our path of national development and raise it to a new level" that "we need to mobilize all our strength and capabilities to educate our youth in the spirit of national and universal values." After all, national and universal values are a social phenomenon that has passed the test of life and serves the development of mankind. When a child is born, he begins to recognize this world with the help of his mother, he begins to react to the world around him, he is cradled with good intentions, he is given a name to resemble his ancestors, the same name is given so that the name of the ancestors does not fade away. calls his child for a lifetime, washes and combs white with good intentions. That Mother Goddess is also a part of our nationality, our history, because no child is put to sleep with rap or world music when they are born, but sleeps with Mother Goddess. No parent wants to name their child by the name of people who have left a bad name, they forbid their child to be in the circle of bad people and talk to them. This is where our nationality begins. In addition, parents bring up their children in the spirit of respect for adults and respect for children, they try to set an example with good deeds so that they can behave in the neighborhood and have a proper conversation in public places. It is not only the responsibility of parents, but we pedagogues, that is, educators, are equally responsible. After all, education after the family is mostly carried out in pre-school educational organizations and schools. It is the main task of every pedagogue to familiarize preschool children with the heritage of our ancestors, to raise them in the spirit of respect and reverence for the great people who left a name in history, to study their heritage and leave it to the next generation. At this point, it should be emphasized that if children of preschool age do not yet know about history, they do not have ideas about where to get respect for national traditions. However, these views lead not only to the child's learning, but also to the weakening of his spirituality. Because our spirituality grows with our history, we build the future by studying the heritage left by our ancestors. How do we teach our nationality to preschool children, first of all,  Greeting them, that is, by instilling a sense of respect for adults and honor in children;  Introducing history, our rich heritage, including spiritual and worldly knowledge left by our great ancestors;  By adding in public events (festivals, weddings, parties or small events);  With trainings and lesson processes conducted in educational institutions, etc. The above-mentioned examples begin with children's first steps, when for the first time concepts of national customs begin to appear in them. In raising the spirituality of our people, our national traditions and exemplary values such as kindness embodied in their essence, glorifying people, valuing a peaceful and peaceful life, friendship and harmony, solving various problems together are becoming more and more important. . 21 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us National values help to understand our way of life, our spiritual image, our traditions and identity, and in this regard, unite people as people, nation as nation. After all, people who know their values and worth do not turn into a crowd; feels that he is capable of great things, preserves independence, worries and fights for the perfection of his children. It is for this reason that national values are an important moral factor that serves to renew society So, as long as the Nation exists, the importance of national values does not decrease at all. The spiritual rapprochement of nations does not reduce, but expands, the opportunities for the development and implementation of national values. In general, national values are one of the main criteria that determine the essence of each nation, its independent social unity.
